I'm trying to track a package I sent through Swiss Botany a few days ago. The tracking number is UA[redacted]00US. I was receiving updates for a few days, but then they stopped. I suspect my package might be stuck in customs clearance because the address is missing a special ID proof. I tried to contact USPS India, but none of the numbers provided are working. I am reaching out because I encountered issues with the email system being down. After being disconnected following 90 minutes of being on hold, I am trying to resolve an issue with my tracking number [redacted][redacted]44. The package I am tracking was mistakenly delivered to a previous address. I had arranged with my local post office for redelivery to be collected there, as per the tracking information. Upon visiting the post office and waiting in line for 45 minutes yesterday, I was told it was still on the truck. I was advised to call before 8:30 am today and request to speak with the onsite supervisor. When I called, I was told I couldn't speak with the supervisor. The staff mentioned they saw my request but decided to return the package to the sender. However, this information does not appear in the tracking details, leaving me unsure about the accuracy of the situation.

The mailbox lid is consistently left open by the mail carrier after deliveries, although there are no issues with the mailbox or lid. Closing it securely keeps it shut. This has happened four times in the last month. Since the mailbox is near a busy footpath and receives many small packages, it's concerning. Unfortunately, the mail carrier's early arrival makes it hard to address this matter in person.

I am currently experiencing an issue with a package that was sent from Maryland to Irving, Texas with tracking number [redacted][redacted]01 on May 15th. The tracking information has not been updated since May 19th, showing that it is in transit to the next facility. The package contains important items, and I am concerned about its status. I have already filed a claim but have not received any updates from USPS. I am frustrated as the shipment was supposed to take 6-10 days, and it has been over 19 days now. After reaching out to the seller, I found out there was a tracking and signature confirmation on the shipment from the UK to Georgia in the US. Despite no delivery attempt or notification, I discovered that the package was sent back to the post office in March. Despite visiting two different post office locations, I faced conflicting information about the whereabouts of my package. I am experiencing an issue with a package I ordered that was mistakenly sent with the wrong address to USPS. The package was eventually delivered to the post office, and although I updated the shipping address and made arrangements for delivery to the correct address, the tracking information indicates it is "held in full parcel locker." After visiting one post office where the item was supposed to be, I was directed to another location where they couldn't locate it in the specified locker. The tracking mentioned a delivery date for 6/1, but it has passed without any update or delivery to my home.

I have been facing ongoing issues with receiving my mail for several months now. Even after renting a P.O. box to resolve the problem, it persists. I sent out graduation cards from the Ironton, Ohio post office on May 19, which have not been delivered. Despite speaking to Jason, the supervisor, twice about this issue and signing up for Informed Delivery at the end of May, I am still not receiving all my mail. Even after receiving an email on June 2 notifying me of mail with a picture of my water bill, it has yet to reach my P.O. box. I visited the Ironton post office in person to address the problem with Jason once more. This issue is not just affecting me; I have a list of 15 people within a 6-mile radius experiencing similar difficulties such as missing mail, receiving others' mail, and not getting packages delivered. It would be greatly appreciated if an investigation could be launched to determine whether the problem lies within the post office or with the carriers. Many in my community, including myself, are understandably upset by this situation, and if we are required to take on the responsibilities of the carriers, perhaps there should be some form of compensation from USPS for the time and effort involved.

My spouse, a green card holder, applied for a re-entry permit 8 months ago. Approval was granted on December 27, [redacted]. According to the case status website, the document was delivered by the Post Office on December 30, [redacted]. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]66. Checking on USPS.com with this tracking number shows "Label Created, not yet in the system" for about 3 weeks. We have not received the re-entry permit yet. Could you please explain why there has been no update on the USPS website and why we haven't received the permit?

I am experiencing an issue with a priority mail sent by USCIS that was supposed to be delivered on May 25th. The tracking status changed from "Out for delivery" to "Delivery is delayed" on the same day, and since then, the status has been stuck at "In transit to next facility" for three days. Despite visiting the USPS branch in El Camino, Houston, for six consecutive working days, I have been unable to locate the package. USPS staff could not provide any information or even a letter confirming the delivery issue. Numerous phone calls to USPS and the Consumer Affairs office have been unsuccessful, with long wait times and no resolution. This has become a significant concern as I may have to reapply for my EAD card, incurring an additional cost of $[redacted], and face a 2 to 3 month waiting period. The inability to work without the card is causing considerable stress and uncertainty.

I called and waited for over an hour, but the lady who answered couldn't help, so I requested a supervisor. After being put on hold for an additional 10 minutes, they both hung up on me. When I tried calling back, the wait time was 30-40 minutes. My package was supposed to be delivered today, but tracking shows it's delayed until 8 pm. The lady I spoke to mentioned a delivery mistake, ensuring redelivery tomorrow. I require the package at the Naples courthouse by 11 am for a priority delivery.

I have placed an order for two packages. One of them was shipped on Wednesday and is visible on my USPS Informed Delivery Tracking for delivery to: N. Berger [redacted] E Bijou St Apt 336C Colorado Springs, CO 80[redacted] The other package was shipped on Monday but is not appearing on my USPS Informed Delivery Tracking. It is addressed to: N. Berger [redacted] E Bijou St Apt [redacted] Colorado Springs, CO 80[redacted] I am worried because I forgot to include the letter "C" at the end of the apartment number. Although there is only one building [redacted] and one APT [redacted] in the complex, I am concerned the Monday package might be lost. I lack the tracking numbers, and the items inside are valuable. I hope it reaches my apartment safely even without "C" on the address. It's frustrating that my door only shows "[redacted]" instead of "336C." Your assistance is appreciated.

I spoke with someone, maybe Anna, who promised to send someone to install locks. However, the wrong lock was put in one of the units, preventing mail delivery to apartments 1-7. Tracking number [redacted][redacted]36 was meant to arrive by 3pm on the 19th, but the tracking hasn't been updated. I called customer service three times yesterday but received no assistance. I'm on vacation without a car, and this package is crucial for me to get home. I paid for overnight delivery, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of updates. I find it hard to believe that the trucks cannot be tracked when my company's trucks all have GPS. I don't have a contact number for the facility. Someone must be responsible for this.
