The tracking details on the USPS website indicate that my package (Tracking Number: EV[redacted]96CN) has reached the US. According to the information, "Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 6:43 pm on April 29, [redacted]." Since then, I have filed two missing mail searches (#[redacted] and #[redacted]), along with an inquiry (case HQ[redacted]61), but there has been no progress. Interestingly, the status on the USPS website changed and no longer shows the package processed through ISC Chicago after I filed the inquiry. However, the EMS tracking website still indicates that the package arrived at ISC Chicago. I am disappointed with USPS for altering the status after my inquiry. I recently made an online purchase from a company in Japan. I received notification from USPS that my package has arrived and is awaiting collection at my local post office. The reference number is [redacted][redacted].
I am currently in Ireland visiting elderly parents. I am wondering about the options available regarding my package before it is returned to the sender.

As a British resident working in NYC this summer, I faced an issue with a parcel my mother sent from the UK. A delivery was attempted on 06/14 to my address at Apt. #2, [redacted] Madison Street, Brooklyn NYC, NY [redacted]. Unfortunately, I only found out on 06/23 when my mother tracked the parcel. Surprisingly, no delivery note was left, leaving me unaware of the attempted delivery. Despite requesting to pick it up at my local post office, I haven't been informed of its location due to the missing delivery note. The urgency lies in picking it up prior to the 28th to prevent it from being sent back to the UK on the 29th. I am experiencing issues with Premium Mail Forwarding services at my summer address, PO Box [redacted], Lincoln, NH, and my home address at [redacted] Aviamar Circle -[redacted], Naples, FL [redacted]. Despite only receiving one mail forwarding in early June, my neighbor collected mail from my FL box today. I am reaching out because I encountered an issue with an Amazon package delivery from USPS scheduled for Sunday, July 1. Despite being present during the listed business hours, I received an email claiming delivery was attempted with the reason being "business closed." We were at the location at 10am, with no USPS representative showing up nor leaving a notice. Our business hours are clearly displayed on the building from Wednesday to Sunday from Noon to 8pm, and we typically arrive an hour before opening.
I revisited the business on Monday, but once again, found no notice or package. I will be available at the location today from 2pm to 7pm. FedEx and UPS typically account for business hours during delivery, unlike USPS. It seems USPS does not adhere to business hours and does not leave packages at the entrance deck. I urgently require this package, for which I paid expedited shipping. I am uncertain if USPS will successfully deliver the package. I am willing to pick up the package personally if feasible. Since the second week of June (around June 14, [redacted]), I have not received any mail, including the weekly flyers. After contacting USPS on June 28, [redacted] (Case # CA[redacted]13), I am concerned about my undelivered mail, especially a Bank Card and other bills that are missing. I currently reside in the Evergreen Senior Community at [redacted] Enfield Chase Ct, Bowie, MD [redacted]. In our senior apartment, the mail is placed in individual slots after the main door to the mail wall is opened. My slot is labeled with my name for Apartment #[redacted]. The apartment manager has mentioned there may be a different carrier involved. Any assistance regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Regrettably, it was not received until June 22, [redacted]. The tracking details indicate it was ready for pickup on June 21, [redacted], at 10:44 AM.
Given the size of the organization, the letter should have been promptly directed to the appropriate department or mail room without delay on June 20. I have noticed a recurring pattern as this is the second instance where USPS overnight service has resulted in a one-day delay.

I have been waiting for a Fashion Nova package for almost three weeks now. I placed my order on June 21st. Today is July 5th, and the tracking information shows my package going back and forth between two facilities. I just want my package and believe I should receive a refund for such a delay. I have used the same address for other orders without issue, but this time it was sent back to California on June 28th and has been there since. Despite reaching out via email and phone, I have not received any assistance. I have also contacted Fashion Nova, but they are also unsure of the package's whereabouts.

I paid $13.85 for a Priority box (2-3 day service), sent on July 3 and hasn't arrived by July 9 (6th day). While I know there's no delivery guarantee, there should be a standard level of service. It feels like there's a lack of accountability for delivery times. When I attempted to get a refund at the local post office, I was unsuccessful. I believe the postal service needs to improve their 2-3 day delivery. I'm requesting a refund of $13.85 or else I'll switch carriers and so will the recipient of the package. Losing two customers doesn't seem beneficial in the long run.

I lost the mailbox key for my unit in a multiple box style typical of condos and townhouses. I have a new lock ready. The USPS Branch on Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, CA, helped me last time by leaving the mailbox open for me to replace the lock. Can you assist me today, or should I take other steps?

I placed an order in March [redacted] for a package that has yet to be delivered. Despite attempts to have it returned, it never reached me. Following up with USPS led to an inquiry and subsequent advice from a Colorado USPS office to file a claim due to the package being redirected elsewhere. I initiated a missing parcel claim, and after several updates indicating possible locations like Atlanta, the search is ongoing. Despite attempts to follow up via email and phone calls, progress has stalled. Finally connecting with a supervisor in Colorado USPS, I was directed to call for a refund. As the office manager for the Madison Suburban Utility District in Madison, TN, I am reaching out regarding a package shipped from Hunter Transit in Wyatt, IN on May 17, [redacted], with Tracking number [redacted][redacted]06. The package was addressed to our P.O. Box [redacted] in Nashville, TN, where we receive water payments.
