Tracking number [redacted][redacted]44 indicates the package is on the truck for delivery. Despite attempting contact with the local post office for information, no return call was received from the supervisor. It is now 8 p.m. with no package delivered. The tracking still states it's out for delivery. Subscribing to updates continues to show the same status, although it seems unlikely for an 8 p.m. delivery on a Saturday. Frustrated by the lack of communication and support, I was unable to file a complaint on the website due to technical issues. Thank you, Diana Ross.

Subject: USPS Acknowledgement Received - Reference Case HQ[redacted]93 To: Sherry Ramee, Carrier Supervisor, New Orleans Main Post Office Dear Ms. Ramee, I am reaching out regarding ongoing issues with our mail service. Today, a substitute mail carrier handled deliveries at our location. Regrettably, our staff encountered difficulties in retrieving important mail and packages. Our colleague, Benyetta, made multiple trips downstairs to check for deliveries. Despite her efforts and a note left for the carrier, our package remained inaccessible. Previously, our former reliable carrier's retirement has left a service gap that we sorely feel. Timely package and mail retrieval have become unpredictable, causing inconvenience and frustration. We are hopeful for a resolution to ensure efficient mail service for all tenants at [redacted] Poydras. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Best regards, Kay Saucier Legal Assistant to Richard G. Passler and Michael C. Luquet BREAZEALE, SACHSE & WILSON, LLP [redacted] Poydras Street, Suite [redacted] New Orleans, Louisiana 70[redacted] Phone: [redacted] or [redacted] Fax: [redacted] Email: [redacted] CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This message includes confidential information intended for the recipient. I have been attempting to update my P.O. Box information online from P.O. Box [redacted] to P.O. Box [redacted] at a different post office due to my recent move. I have encountered repeated issues with the website indicating an "invalid email address" upon submission, despite my email being valid. I have input all necessary details multiple times today, including payment using my Visa card on file. I am looking for assistance to confirm my submissions to avoid having to redo this process again online or in person at a post office. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

I responded to your first email on May 2, [redacted], regarding my online account order for a new P.O. Box as we have recently moved to a different location. We currently have a P.O. Box at the Camino Al Norte station in North Las Vegas, NV, under my husband's name. I attempted to change our P.O. Box number and location online on May 2, [redacted], through usps.com. I completed the steps to rent a new P.O. Box and made a payment of $[redacted] for a 6-month rental. Despite my payment being processed on May 2, [redacted], I have not yet received a confirmation email from USPS regarding the new P.O. Box details and when it will be available. I am eagerly awaiting a response to address the next steps, such as transitioning from our current P.O. Box to the new one and updating our address.

I've been eagerly awaiting an Amazon delivery scheduled for today. However, I observed the mail truck pass by without stopping, and to my surprise, I later received a notification claiming the package had been delivered. This has been a recurring issue with the mail service, as I have previously encountered situations where I received "delivery attempted" messages despite being at home. I will have to wait until Monday to address this matter at the post office. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]08, and the post office is in Brevard, NC.

I am inquiring about the location of my package. I was informed that it would arrive in 5-7 days from America. It was processed at an Australian facility on May 2nd, but I have not yet received it and no further information has been provided. The USPS website is challenging to navigate for international inquiries. The customer service phone number is not functional outside the US, making it difficult to contact USPS. I am curious about the delay as regional mail in Australia typically arrives quicker. The tracking information CJ[redacted]62 has not been helpful as it is not updated. Despite paying around $[redacted] for delivery and insurance, my item has not arrived. Please assist. Thank you.

Dear recipient, I've sent a package to the U.S.A. and have been tracking it online. The parcel RR[redacted]05FI seems to be stuck in limbo. On May 7, the status showed "Delivery attempted – recipient not at home (card left)" with "Delivered" below it, causing confusion. The USPS site indicates "Delivery Attempted: Action Needed." I used Priority mail with a registered letter for a personal delivery experience. I'm concerned about the recipient not being home and missing the delivery. Can you clarify the following: - Will there be another delivery attempt? - Can the recipient reschedule delivery if they were not there during the first attempt? - How can we ensure the package reaches the recipient? - How long will the package stay at the local post office if not collected? - Will the USPS tracking page update once the recipient receives the package? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Marjo P. from Finland

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]79 I have been tracking this package, which has been "in transit to the next facility" for two days now. It reached Opa Locka, FL, on 5/10/18, and as of 5/12/18 at 2:39 PM, it has yet to arrive at the destination post office in North Port, FL. Last month, I encountered a similar issue with a package taking around 4 days to go from Opa Locka to North Port, FL, with the status consistently showing "in transit to next facility." The delay is causing problems with my prescription medication dosing. I'm quite frustrated by the extended delivery time from the Opa Locka facility, especially after discovering numerous complaints about delayed and lost mail from that facility. Some have even requested its closure. Can you assist me in ensuring a more timely delivery of my medication? Thank you for any help you can offer! Best regards, S. M. I am extremely frustrated! I urgently need to speak with someone now. On 5-14-18, I was at home when a delivery attempt was made, and a pink "sorry we missed you" slip was left at my mailbox located at the start of my driveway. The delivery person didn't attempt to come down our road. I expect my package to be delivered to my house directly, regardless of my presence. As a busy full-time student and employee, I cannot pick it up at the store or visit the post office before closing. I was home all Saturday, and this situation is very upsetting. I am willing to arrange for the package to be left at my front door without requiring a signature. Thank you.

My package was shipped from New York, but there was an issue with the destination address causing it to be sent back. I need the package urgently as I am deploying soon. I have the correct address ready to provide if I can speak to a live agent since navigating the phone prompts is challenging. The tracking number is EE[redacted]46US. Please contact me promptly as this situation is frustrating. If USPS had notified me earlier, I could have corrected the address to avoid this problem. I paid $[redacted] for express shipping and still have not received my package.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]70 Recipient: DIANA SILLAOTS I am inquiring about the whereabouts of a crucial state agency document intended for Diana Sillaots from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). Despite a USPS update indicating delivery, the document did not reach its destination, causing concern. The provided address for the USCIS is [redacted] SCHERMERHORN St apt [redacted], New York [redacted]. However, USPS's incomplete information states only the ZIP code of delivery - NY [redacted]. It seems the important document may have been mistakenly delivered to Diana Sillaots' previous lawyer's non-existent business address at [redacted] Avenue of the Americas, 5th Floor, New York, NY [redacted]. Even after visiting this address, the document was not found, leading to frustration. The document's significance and its delivery status, as stated by USPS, are troubling. Assistance from USPS has been unproductive, leaving us without crucial information on the whereabouts of this insured and essential document. We seek urgent clarification on the delivery location and the recipient. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Dagmar Raudam, representative of Diana Sillaots

I sent a package from Armonk, New York, to Durango, Colorado containing various clothing items, toiletries, and food. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the box only had a few items left. This situation is truly upsetting as I trusted the delivery service to handle my belongings securely. It's disheartening to see such a significant loss of important items. I feel distraught and shocked by this experience. I sent this package to assist someone in need, and it's disappointing that only a fraction of the contents made it to the recipient. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]34 under the name Emeline Richards. I look forward to resolving this matter.

I am Mikaela Gregorius. I recently contacted the USPS annex in Raleigh ([redacted]) and unfortunately, I had a really bad customer service experience. I was checking on the delivery of a package to my fiancé's apartment, but there seemed to be an issue online. The woman I spoke with initially was pleasant, but things quickly went downhill. She abruptly interrupted me to talk to her carrier, leaving me on hold for about 5 minutes. When she claimed the package was delivered, it turned out to be a different one. She then accused me of lying and refused to help me. The carrier was making negative comments in the background and called me a liar. When I requested both of their names, the woman, who I believe is named Renee, rudely hung up. Reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one unhappy with their service. I was simply trying to get my dog's new tags and felt deeply upset by this experience. Thank you.

I was expecting a package to be delivered to my residence and left at my mailbox by the street. However, I have a concern because the package was larger and should have been placed on my porch instead of being left at the street level. Despite having a RING doorbell camera and being home at the time, there was no delivery made or captured on video. I had to inform HSN about the issue, and they had to charge me again for a replacement item. The package was delivered through UPS Surepost. What bothers me the most is that no notice was left, and I only found out about the delivery through a notification on my phone. I'm frustrated because the package contained my customer information and the ordered item. This situation is completely unacceptable and unsettling. All larger packages should be left on my porch behind a brick pole for security reasons, not out in the open where they can be easily taken. It's essential to exercise common sense and ensure safe delivery practices, considering the risk of theft. I am currently waiting on hold with the customer support center to track this package, which has the tracking number 1zEA8345YW67S73530, delivered by UPS via Surepost.

I am having difficulties with receiving my mail consistently. The mail delivery varies, with some days having no mail until late in the evening. Despite numerous complaints to the local office over almost two years, the issue persists. Recently, after not receiving mail for a few days, I filed a complaint and someone was sent to deliver my mail as a one-time remedy. Unfortunately, this is not a sustainable solution. The delayed delivery causes issues with receiving bills and other important mail. For instance, I had to contact companies to get bill amounts and even missed a failing notice for my grandson due to late delivery. Today, when I called the local post office to report the problem, the lady on the phone rudely asked me to call back in two hours and then abruptly hung up on me. I am feeling frustrated and exhausted by this ongoing problem and hope for a resolution soon.

I am encountering difficulties while attempting to access the Intelligent Mail Small Business section of the Business Gateway with the ISBN. The specific error message received pertains to an issue communicating account information for ID '[redacted]16'. It advises returning to the USPS Gateway and attempting to access IMsb again. If the problem persists, it suggests reporting the error to the USPS Help Desk. The relevant URL issued is provided along with an error status code and details of the HTTP Exception experienced, with Code '-16'. The error message indicates an initialization failure, and the incident occurred while on the Index page during activation.

I need to schedule a passport renewal appointment for my child. The Post Office informed me that they do not accept walk-ins. However, your appointment system is not functioning, and I am unable to book one. I visited the Post Office located at [redacted] N Ashland Chicago, IL [redacted]. Despite the place not being busy, and having the necessary equipment and staff, they declined to assist with passport photos and applications due to the absence of an appointment. This is disappointing customer service. I am frustrated as the employees were unhelpful, and I cannot reach anyone as the phone lines are also not working. I require both parents to be present to obtain the passport for my son. Why is it not possible to walk in for this service? I hope to get assistance soon.

Hello, I'm reaching out about a shipment sent via USPS to Chile on May 17. The tracking number is EH[redacted]89US. It shows that on May 21, it reached the Arturo Merino Benitez airport in Santiago de Chile. The shipment was sent using the Priority Mail Express International service which typically has a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. However, today, May 31, it has been 10 days and there is still no sign of delivery. Even the couriers in Chile have not received anything with that tracking number from USPS. I urgently need this shipment, so I would appreciate it if you could provide an update on its current status. Thank you.

Today, we had a different mail carrier, a young woman of African American descent, who felt scared by my dog and chose not to deliver my mail. My dog, Scooter, has been barking at the mail carrier for years but has never shown any signs of aggression. The new mail carrier appeared frightened and even attempted to defend herself against Scooter, despite not being in any real danger. I had two workers in my yard who can confirm that the mail carrier was never at risk. Despite putting Scooter inside, she still refused to deliver my mail. You can check with our usual mail carrier to confirm that Scooter is not a threat. I would appreciate having my mail delivered as usual and an apology from the USPS for the behavior of this particular mail carrier.

Tracking number: 9[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted] 07. I sent a package via first class from Amite, LA on May 23, [redacted], to Gray, LA, with an expected delivery date of May 25th. After tracking it online, it showed as out for delivery on May 24th and delayed on May 25th. It's now June 1, and despite contacting the Houma, LA Post Office multiple times, where Gray deliveries come from, I haven't received much information. I was told by Houma that I need to wait 30 days to file a complaint, while Amite said I can do it anytime after the scheduled delivery date. I am puzzled and frustrated about the status of my package and seeking guidance on how to proceed.
