I never had a TikTok account until about 5 months ago, and suddenly TikTok Live has been charging my bank account $5 repeatedly until my balance was emptied. I've tried everything to stop this, including blocking the merchant and TikTok Live, but they still find a way to take money from me every day. This situation has left me with no money in my account, and I am considering taking legal action to get my funds back.

My TikTok account got banned for raising awareness about a man who made inappropriate comments during my live stream involving my daughter. I created a video to expose his account, aiming to protect children from such individuals. However, TikTok disabled my page, which is alarming considering the importance of safeguarding kids. I've saved screenshots of the messages I received and the content I shared, and I'm prepared to pursue legal action. Anyone can review my TikTok feed to verify that no violations were made.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with the TikTok app as I am unable to access my account. Despite having a working internet connection, I am continuously receiving an error message stating 'no internet connection,' preventing me from viewing the feed. Additionally, when attempting to log in, I am informed that I have exceeded the allowed time limit, despite taking only a few seconds. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as verifying my internet connection, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating it, and restarting my device. However, the issue persists. Ticktock issued me a warning, but I believe it was unjustified. I volunteer as a moderator for CARMINEMAIN's live show, where there are numerous fake accounts. On TikTok, I shared a video addressing this issue, but TikTok requested its removal, which I complied with. These fake accounts misrepresent CARMINEMAIN, claiming he solicits money, when in reality, the genuine account has closed its direct messaging. The impostor accounts even ironically warn against scams. The situation has unfairly harmed CARMINEMAIN's reputation. I request TikTok to lift my warning, suggesting they focus on eradicating these fake accounts. I have other concerns too, so I await your response. Thank you.

My account, Elisalagauchiste, represents values that are important to me, and I do not promote harassment. I kindly request a thorough review of my situation. I have had videos removed for speaking out against individuals who endorse harassment. Under laws like article [redacted]-33-2-2 of the penal code, harassment involving repeated comments or behaviors causing harm to someone's well-being, physical, or mental health can result in imprisonment or fines. Similarly, article [redacted]-1 of the penal code addresses hindering freedom of expression, association, or work, punishable by imprisonment or fines. I feel censored for expressing my views respectfully without infringing on the rights of others. I respectfully ask for a reconsideration of my account status. I recently tried to transfer $[redacted] to my old Wagon Train account, only to be informed that it is closed, which led to me losing $[redacted]. Different representatives are advising me to deposit funds into either my store account or tax account, causing confusion. I need assistance from someone proficient in accounting to resolve this matter and provide training for the customer service team. Despite my age and disability, the current situation is distressing as I depend on these funds for essential medication. Any guidance on how to rectify this would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Rihanna hair growth oil from Unilyft Store but did not receive a receipt. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to reach them at [redacted] regarding this issue. The money has been deducted from my bank account without any communication from their end. It is disappointing that they have taken my money and ignored my attempts to contact them. I believe it is unfair that platforms like TikTok allow such scams to happen. I ordered the oil on Sunday, October 15, [redacted], but have not received any confirmation or order ID. I recently stumbled upon a video created by the user @3Dhands that was targeting one of my mutuals for her fashion choices. When I commented in defense of her, the situation escalated as the original poster and their followers engaged in arguments with me. Unfortunately, I made the error of trying to justify my stance. Currently unemployed and recuperating from an eating disorder, I found myself with ample time to engage in the back-and-forth replies today. Surprisingly, the user ended up creating a video about me, displaying my comments and encouraging mocking responses. Despite trying to report both the original video and the one featuring my account, the help team has not taken any action. I am particularly concerned about my account being associated with this individual due to their toxic following, especially since my mental well-being is fragile at the moment.

Hello, I have a video (with 158k views) that was banned. I filed a complaint and the video was restored. However, when I check my account, the video still appears as deleted. When I click on it to see the reasons for its removal, it indicates that the content has been restored when it has not. Could you please permanently restore it? I came across an old TikTok account of mine, but I cannot access it anymore as I no longer have the email address or phone number associated with it, and I have forgotten the password. On this account, @paulialexia, there are some videos of me as a minor that I would like to have removed for legal reasons. I am unsure of the reasons for the block and am seeking further details about the violations that led to this action. I received a warning for a comment that may have been misinterpreted. It was meant as a lighthearted joke under a video of funny moments. Another warning was due to a disagreement with the negative portrayal of education in cities. I expressed my opinion about the good education in my city and did not anticipate it violating any guidelines. Additionally, I was warned and subsequently blocked for a comment offering hair care advice to a girl showing her hair on a video. My intention was to suggest cutting her hair for its health, not to breach platform rules. I regret any unintended offense caused by my comments and sincerely apologize if my words were misconstrued. Hello, my account @thatsjustscrump was recently and unexpectedly banned without any explanation. I received no prior warnings or strikes against any community guidelines. While I was in the middle of a live stream, I was banned and since then have been unable to access my account. I have tried reaching out to TikTok multiple times, but have not received any responses. I did appeal the ban by providing my ID, which was verified. However, TikTok created a new account using the same email address as @thatsjustscrump. I am puzzled by this situation and unsure of what steps to take next in order to regain access to my original account.

My account was unexpectedly banned recently, and during my investigation, I discovered that a support ticket was submitted by someone posing as me and communicating in Russian. This individual is located in Russia, a place I have never visited or resided in. On Sunday, October 22nd, everything was normal when I accessed the app, but when I tried again on Monday, October 23rd, I discovered my account was suspended, and later banned. I can provide evidence to support my claims. I am certain I have not violated any terms of service, and I am hopeful that there is a way to reinstate my account.

My access to go live has been suspended due to a violation of Community Guidelines. I received notice that my appeal was not approved and my access will only be reinstated after the suspension period ends. The specific violation cited was hate speech and hateful behaviors. It is important to respect the diverse community on TikTok and refrain from promoting divisive or discriminatory content. I will need to wait until October 30, [redacted], at 7:34 PM for my live access and mobile gaming access to be restored. Although disappointing, I must adhere to the platform's guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
