I would like my account to be unlocked as creating content brings me joy. I provided all the necessary information below. If it was due to a violation, I assure you I will not break the rules again. Hello TikTok, this is my 5th complaint regarding this issue. On June 2nd, my follower count was initially banned on this account. It was reinstated after 24 hours but got banned again on June 12th after following 5 people on different occasions. I have submitted complaints via the app but have only received generic responses like "Thank you for your feedback! We'll contact you if more info is needed," which do not address my problem. Despite receiving a tutorial advising me not to follow too frequently, I am still unable to follow others. I am determined to continue until this issue is resolved. It has been almost a month without my following, and I am dissatisfied. I rate your customer service as 3/10 for being unhelpful. I suggest improving your customer service to be more effective. It is frustrating that such a large platform like TikTok cannot handle a basic issue. Additionally, the response mentioning "suspicious behavior" is unfounded as there is no rule in TikTok's terms preventing reciprocal follows. See attached screenshots. Please address this matter promptly.

I was chatting with a guy named Jacky on TikTok when he started asking personal questions. When I declined to answer, he began swearing and saying awful things. I realized he was a scammer. I reported the issue and within 20 minutes, I was banned from messaging anyone. The app claims Jacky was banned, but he continues to message people, while I remain banned. It says I was reported anonymously alongside Jacky, although I reported him myself. Despite appealing the ban, I was warned that any further communication on the matter could result in a lifetime ban. I don't understand why I'm being punished for his actions when they banned the wrong person and account.

My account was recently banned following the removal of a video. This is the second time I've faced a ban, with the first one occurring at 175k followers and now again at 70k followers as I was trying to rebuild my following. It's incredibly disheartening, and I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can resume posting (@deluxefrs). I strictly adhere to posting PG content without any swearing, making me believe that the ban is unjustifiably severe. Despite my efforts to comply with TikTok's guidelines and regulations since the initial ban, I found myself facing another penalty. I sincerely request assistance in reclaiming my account, as it holds tremendous value to me.

Hello, TikTok never offers software updates, as I have a big problem. I can't set photos as the background on TikTok. I don't have the effects and enhance setting side by side. Please check why I can't display a photo as the background because when I switch to Live, it jumps at the Live launch. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I have friends with an iPhone, and the photo background works on their iPhone, but not on mine because I don't have that option. @ekinox78 on TikTok.

I have recently been banned for being underage. I am 15 years old, born on June 24, [redacted]. I have faced this issue multiple times due to being a therian and furry, which often leads to reports against me. Despite legitimate concerns like videos depicting harm towards furries, I am targeted for being underage. My account, Cams_safespace, has been unfairly banned. I urge for proper investigation before taking such actions and addressing accounts that genuinely violate rules. I am frustrated with the platform's lack of action against harmful content while targeting innocent users like myself. I request the swift resolution of this matter and the reactivation of my account. It is unreasonable to expect a 14-year-old to provide evidence suitable for an 18+ individual during the appeal process. I have put effort into my account and helped others, so I ask for a fair approach in handling these situations.

Dear TikTok Support Team, I wanted to inform you that I was banned from TikTok without any reason. There must be a misunderstanding. I have been using TikTok for over 3 years and was quite happy with it before this unjustified ban. Now, I am unsure how to recover my account @modded_carss. My account "yblanaa" has been compromised, and the hacker has altered all my details, preventing me from accessing it. Inappropriate content is being posted, and messages are being sent to my contacts. This situation is concerning, as it seems to be escalating. None of my acquaintances have my login credentials, and I am unable to regain access. If assistance with account recovery is not viable, I request for it to be closed. I possess ample evidence of unauthorized access, notwithstanding my friends receiving suspicious messages purportedly from me.

My TikTok account was banned for allegedly being underage, and it's been two weeks now. I reached out to TikTok through the app, and they responded by claiming that my account was permanently deleted as it suggested I was under 13, though this was not the case. They only provided guidance on appealing the decision and did not ask for any further verification, like a photo ID for age confirmation. It's frustrating and confusing.

One day while live streaming Fortnite on TikTok with friends, after about 35-40 minutes, someone joined and left inappropriate comments that were caught by the filtered chat I had just disabled. Now aware of what is being filtered, I will keep it on in the future. Though I may have responded hastily to the first comment, I did block the user after the second inappropriate comment. A third comment came through, which I interpreted using Tikfinity's text-to-speech feature. As someone with epilepsy and on the autism spectrum, I chose TikTok for its larger audience. I would like my access to TikTok Live to be restored, as it is how I socialize.

I understand the concern as my appearance in the passport photo from [redacted] has changed since I have transitioned and updated my look by cutting my hair. The image does not fully represent me, now that I have come out as transgender. Could you please review the photos again, considering the information that I have transitioned? I previously contacted the TikTok chatbot for assistance, but unfortunately didn't receive any help. My account is under the name Rowan King🪐 with the username rowankingfr. I recently upgraded from a Google Pixel 6 to an iPhone 14 but am unable to log back into my account on the new device. Despite attempting all known usernames, passwords, and emails, I'm getting nowhere. The TikTok chatbot mentioned logging in with an email address I don't recognize - r*****[redacted] My usual email for everything is [redacted], so this is puzzling. This account is important to me as it features a video with over 1 million views and nearly [redacted] followers. Additionally, the profile picture is of my girlfriend wearing a New York Yankees hat.
