I'm anxious because I had made purchases on TikTok shop and am unable to see any updates. Furthermore, I have valuable personal information on the account that I'm worried about losing.
The issue seems to stem from the fact that I have used my current email and phone number on other accounts in the past. When I try to log in, I get signed in automatically to these other accounts linked to the same email or phone number. I unexpectedly got logged out of my TikTok account without receiving any notification. Initially, the account was created as a joke, but it unexpectedly gained popularity, accumulating millions of views and 16k followers.
As I set up the account for fun, I do not have access to the associated email since it does not exist. The email linked to the account is @sekkieditz. I'm unsure of the password, and no phone number is linked to it.
I have evidence to support that the account belongs to me, such as the editing work put into all uploaded videos, screenshots displaying the "edit profile" option upon reaching 10k followers, and the device used to create the account.

I am frustrated because my videos keep getting deleted. There is a lot of inappropriate content on the app, yet my videos get removed. I want to showcase races, but my videos are constantly taken down without a valid reason. I feel like the guidelines are not being applied consistently.

I was using my account of 3 years to go live when suddenly I got banned for no clear reason, just a vague "general" violation. I am 21 and all was going fine - no vaping, no violence, everyone was appropriately dressed. Despite appealing, it seems my case wasn't properly reviewed as there was no wrongdoing. Losing access to my account means losing 3 years of memories and nearly 9K followers. I am not concerned about the live session, but those 3 years of memories are priceless to me and they weren't backed up on my phone.
It's frustrating to see discrepancies in how rules are enforced, seeming to favor the rich or celebrities who can bend the rules without consequences. One day when I attempted to log in, I was met with a temporary suspension message. At first, I dismissed it, thinking it was a minor issue. However, when I tried logging in on my computer, everything was fine. Despite uninstalling and restarting my phone, the problem persisted. Additionally, when I tried to submit feedback, I encountered responses from an unfamiliar user. I even tested on a different phone, which worked seamlessly. I accidentally sent stars that I was credited with. I wasn't aware I would be charged and considered them as a credit. I read that occasionally a charge would come after being credited, but believed it meant after the credit was spent and I still had some remaining in my account. My issue now is that I have no money left in my bank to attend an important ear, nose, and throat appointment of a serious nature. I want my money back to be able to attend and I didn't ask for this credit. This situation is very misleading and feels like a scam.
