I encountered an issue on Ticketmaster while placing an order. An error message displayed, "it's not you it's us, try again later," preventing me from completing the purchase. I attempted a second time with different tickets but faced the same error. Surprisingly, we discovered that our credit account was charged for both ticket sets despite the failed orders. Although the tickets are non-refundable, I believe a refund is warranted due to Ticketmaster's system error resulting in double charging. Hence, I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charges.

I bought commemorative badges for The Clash at the LA Coliseum, but I didn't get them at the event. The Coliseum said they would be mailed to me within 2 weeks after the race, but after several weeks, I still hadn't received them. I've reached out three times to the NASCAR website as advised by Coliseum customer service, but I haven't received any response. I want to resolve this issue and reach out to Ticketmaster since I purchased the tickets and badges through them.

I purchased tickets and commemorative badges for The Clash event at the LA Coliseum on February 5th through Ticketmasters. I received the tickets and attended the show, expecting to receive the badges there. However, I was informed they would be sent to me within 2 weeks after the race, like they were last year. After weeks passed, I reached out to the Coliseum, who directed me to email a NASCAR site. Despite emailing them three times, I have not received a response. I am seeking assistance from Ticketmasters to help me resolve this issue, as I paid for the merchandise through their platform. Thank you.

I am having an issue with Ticketmaster and a major promoter in Scotland. It seems that the promoter has instructed Ticketmaster to cancel any tickets purchased by me or anyone residing at the same address. This situation has been ongoing, and I suspect that Ticketmaster may have violated the Data Protection Act by sharing personal information of all residents with the promoter. Additionally, it appears that the promoter is violating the Consumer Rights Act [redacted] (UK Public General Acts [redacted] PART 3 CHAPTER 5). This behavior by both Ticketmaster and the promoter amounts to discrimination.

On March 28th, I bought two sets of (4) tickets for The Chicago Bulls vs. the Detroit Pistons game at the United Center on April 9, [redacted]. I purchased one set from Vivid Seats and one set from Ticketmaster. I used different cards for both orders, but I ended up with the same 4 seats for both sets, Section [redacted], row 14, seats 3,4,5, and 6. I contacted a Vivid Seats agent who was unable to resolve the issue. If I do not hear from Ticketmaster by 12 noon EST on Thursday, March 30th, I will cancel one of the cards tomorrow afternoon. Please let me know if you can assist me with this matter. Thank you, Tomylynn Padgett.

I purchased my tickets three months ago. Unfortunately, during this time, I discovered my mother's body, having passed away three months prior. A person I trusted was actually stealing valuable items from her house. It turns out she had been conning me for months, taking a significant amount of money and gold. I recently found out about this and am in the process of filing a police report. I had given her a ticket months ago, not realizing she was the thief. Now that I know, I have asked for the ticket back, but she is refusing to return it. I am seeking assistance as I deal with making a police report. I wish to have my ticket back so I can bring a true friend with me instead. The email address involved in this situation is [redacted] Your help is greatly appreciated.

I made a mistake when booking tickets for The Weeknd on Ticketmaster. I accidentally entered the wrong email address, ending with .com instead of .co.uk. Unfortunately, I only noticed the error after the tickets were already sent. I've been struggling to find a way to cancel the order as the tickets have been sent to the incorrect email. I have tried reaching out for customer service support but haven't found a solution. I contacted my bank, but they mentioned that I can only cancel the transaction after it's processed, which could take up to five working days. I really need urgent assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I am having trouble resetting my password. When I attempt to do so, I receive an error message stating, "There isn't a Ticketmaster DE account linked to this email." However, I am certain that I have used this email address. When I tried to create a new account with this email, it indicated that the account already exists. As a result, I am unable to reset my password or access my account. My email address is [redacted] I have a ticket for an event tomorrow evening, so this issue is urgent for me. Thank you in advance.

Hello 👋, I purchased tickets yesterday for the Alejandro Sanz concert. The seats are in a corner but in the front row. I wanted to change seats and move closer to the stage, to the 4 available seats. I have paid over $3,[redacted] for this concert, so they should allow me to change seats. It is rude not to assist people in need. There is no phone number to call. Please help me, and if not, I request a refund. Thank you 🙏.

We encountered two issues with our early access tickets for the Miranda Lambert concert. The venue mentioned they don't offer early access as advertised. We were unable to use these tickets and request a refund. Additionally, we purchased Ada handicap tickets at $[redacted] each. Unfortunately, the designated area had obstructed views, with most attendees standing, hindering our concert experience. After being relocated to the back terrace where we still couldn't see the stage properly, missing a significant portion of the performance, we realized the adjacent seats priced at $79 provided a better view. We seek a refund for the price difference between our $[redacted] tickets and the $79 tickets we should have had initially.

On Thursday, March 30, [redacted], a Ticket Masters employee named Peter Williams purportedly assisted my husband inquiring about tickets gifted by a family member. However, Peter allegedly scammed my husband out of $[redacted] through his Cash App card. He then promised to return the money but claimed his bank account was inactive. Subsequently, he gained access to my phone via an app called AnyDesk, took control, and withdrew $[redacted] from my account. I am urgently seeking a phone call to address this situation.

I accidentally bought tickets twice for the same event and now need a refund for the second set. The insurance and Ticketmaster are not willing to refund me, so I am exploring other options. If I can't resolve this here, I may have to turn to the BBB or initiate a chargeback, risking losing the tickets altogether.

I received an email regarding my tickets for the John Mayer concert tomorrow, but I am unable to view or store them in my digital wallet. My order is for two tickets under Order #2[redacted]-8[redacted]-4, with a total payment of $[redacted].49 for seats in section [redacted], row 11, seats 19 and 20. I also purchased insurance for these tickets. Unfortunately, when I check my account, it does not display the John Mayer tickets. I only have the order confirmation as proof of purchase. I apologize for the delay in reaching out, but I am eager to attend the concert. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I accidentally bought tickets twice for the same event. I want a refund for the second set since only two people are attending. The insurance and Ticketmaster won't refund me, so I'm considering other options.

Hello, I wanted to share that a company I work with bought tickets for me to attend the Sacramento Rivercats game on 04.06.23. The tickets were sent to me via email and I successfully accessed them through the Ticketmaster website on my laptop. Strangely, I can't see them on the Ticketmaster app on my phone. I attempted to transfer them to myself, but encountered an error stating that I can't transfer tickets to the email I am currently using to log in. It is important for me to have the tickets on my phone for entry to the stadium tonight. I would appreciate fast assistance regarding this matter. Thank you. - T.

I listed a ticket on Ticketmaster to sell, and it was sold on November 27, [redacted]. I know the seat was occupied because I was sitting on the next two seats. Despite filling out the seller tax form three times, my listing still shows as "Pending Offer" due to the tax form. I have not received payment for over a year now. Ticketmaster has not provided any follow-up except for sending me self-help links. When I try to contact them through My Account, I am unable to do so because of the Pending Offer status. I have both the listing number and the case number. I am requesting for Ticketmaster to expedite the payment for the ticket I sold on November 27, [redacted], via the Ticketmaster app account.

I purchased baseball game tickets online from Ticketmaster for the Blue Jays vs Angels game at Angel Stadium on April 8th instead of April 7th. Unfortunately, we realized the error only when we arrived at the stadium for the game on April 7th. We tried to sell the tickets on the site but were unable to. We couldn’t reach Ticketmaster's customer service through the numbers provided. We had to buy new tickets for the correct date. I am requesting a refund for the mistakenly purchased tickets under the name Bernie Krec. If additional information is needed to locate the tickets, please let me know. Thank you.

I purchased tickets online from Ticketmaster for the Anaheim Angels vs. Blue Jays game on Friday, April 7th. However, upon entering the stadium, the tickets were scanned for the Saturday, April 8th game. I tried to sell or refund the tickets online, but encountered difficulties. I submitted a request online for assistance but have not received a response yet. Due to the date error, I had to buy a new set of tickets for the correct game on April 7th. The tickets were bought under Bernie K., using an Avion Visa for 2 tickets with the order number [redacted]92. The seats were in Section [redacted], Row F, Seats 6 and 7, for the incorrect date of Saturday, April 8th, when they should have been for April 7th. Please contact me to resolve this issue and provide a refund to the Avion credit card. Thank you.

On April 11, [redacted], I unknowingly contacted a fraudulent website that asked me to purchase Target gift cards to unlock my Ticketmaster account and tickets. Despite their threats to lock my account and sell my tickets if I did not comply, I did not provide any information or gift cards. Strangely, it appears that this scam company has access to information only Ticketmaster should have about my account. After attempting to reset my password, I can log in successfully, but I am prompted to reset my password each time I want to access my account. Upon logging in, I noticed that my four tickets for the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Chase Center on December 8, [redacted], are marked for resale. When viewing the tickets on the Ticketmaster App on my iPhone, the resale message is absent, yet I am unable to transfer or sell the tickets or find any scan codes present. I am troubled by the fact that this fraudulent group has access to my account details without my knowledge and request assistance in addressing this issue. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss and resolve this situation. Best, David S. [redacted] [redacted]

I have encountered two issues. I was meant to receive a refund for a Rob Thomas ticket, but it has not been processed yet. Additionally, the recent ticket I purchased indicated that I would be seated on the left side next to the stage, yet upon checking last night, I discovered I am actually seated on the complete opposite side, which is too far away for me to see well. I typically only attend events with good seats, and the discrepancy in seating location is unacceptable considering I selected tickets close to the stage. I have noticed that in other venues, the [redacted] section is indeed positioned next to the stage. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for these tickets as they do not align with what was displayed to me at the time of purchase.
