I encountered an issue with my phone that led to a factory reset, resulting in the loss of my Kiss Tickets for a show in Calgary on November 12. Despite multiple emails with Ticketmaster support, they have not been able to help me retrieve the tickets. The tickets do not appear in my account, and the links provided by support have not resolved the problem. Unfortunately, when I try to access the tickets, I am informed they have already been used. I understand this is not Ticketmaster's fault, but I am now in a difficult situation. I am willing to provide any necessary information to clarify that I am not attempting fraud. My wife and I simply want to attend the event we purchased tickets for. I am hopeful there is a solution to this issue.

Subject: Refund Query from 14/09/[redacted] Email Hello, I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding a ticket purchased at the Sevens World Cup. I met with Caylee at the Ticketmaster Office on 09/09/[redacted]. We purchased a ticket for R1700, thinking it was for 4 people's entry, and later realized it wasn't. Caylee requested proof of payment to arrange a refund. I also purchased 4 entry tickets separately. Despite multiple emails and ticket numbers, I am yet to receive a resolution. It has been 7 months since I spoke to Caylee, and the issue remains unresolved. Please urgently assist with processing the refund as originally discussed. Order #64-[redacted]/NY1: I believe I correctly transferred two Ed Sheeran tickets for 6/10/23. However, the recipient, with the email [redacted], seems confused on how to accept the transfer. Despite my explanations and sending them a guide, they still seem unsure. Today, they asked about Ticketmaster's permission and when they will receive the tickets. I have successfully transferred tickets before but haven't received confirmation this time. I would appreciate a prompt response or assistance. Thank you.

I need a refund from Ticketmaster as I was mistakenly charged twice for tickets. I didn't complete the purchase and only intended to add parking to my order. While placing an order with PayPal, I was charged for both tickets and parking. I want the extra charge refunded due to a website error. Ticketmaster stated the venue does not issue refunds, but the venue mentioned Ticketmaster needs to request the refund. I can't afford to lose $[redacted] because of a website glitch. Despite Ticketmaster saying they escalated the issue, I am skeptical. I have also filed a dispute with PayPal regarding this matter.

Yesterday, I received two tickets from my daughter for the Phoenix Suns round 2 playoff game. They are located in section [redacted], row 11, seats 5-6. I listed them for sale on my Ticketmaster account for $[redacted] each. However, I am unable to see the listings in my account or make any changes to the price. My tickets for the Rod Stewart concert in Denver on June 26th, [redacted], at Ball Arena were initially canceled. After being informed by Ticketmaster that refunds were not possible as the event would be rescheduled, I waited patiently. With the concert now rescheduled for August 1st in Denver, I've been encountering difficulties reaching Ticketmaster to secure our purchased tickets. To attend the rescheduled event, I am unsure how to retrieve our tickets, bought a year ago. The order number listed on the receipt is [redacted]9, and the seating reference number is Section [redacted]/Row 3.

I bought Lil Wayne tickets for $[redacted], but unfortunately, my disabled child has been ill for three days. I tried to sell the tickets without success and now I can't attend the concert on my birthday, which was meant to be a treat for myself. The money I spent was my last savings. Can you advise me on how to get a partial refund so I can use the money to take care of my sick child?

My Ticketmaster account was compromised recently and has been taken over. I reached out via email for help 14 days ago. Ticketmaster responded by mentioning that their Fraud department would assist me. However, I have not received any updates since then. When I inquired about the progress, they claimed to have resolved the issue by reaching out to me, which never happened due to the fraudster changing my phone number. It has been over a week now, and the situation remains unresolved. I am unsure about the next steps to take to resolve this ongoing issue.

I mistakenly entered the wrong email when creating my Ticketmaster account. The incorrect email does not exist, which is causing issues with receiving important account information and accessing the tickets I purchased. I am unable to update my email address to the correct one due to verification emails being sent to the non-existent email. This is particularly frustrating as I am trying to attend the Bill Maher event tomorrow night. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter promptly.

I have been a long-time fan of his since we were both kids. I support everything he does and buy all his merchandise. Finally, now that I'm old enough, he's having a concert close to where I live during my birthday month - a dream come true for me. I have been saving up money to move out due to poor housing conditions and recently found out about a lifelong health issue. I decided to treat myself and purchased the tickets since no one ever does anything for me. After all the challenges I've been through, I thought, why not take a break and enjoy myself. Even though I've sacrificed everything for my children, I wanted just one thing for myself. Unfortunately, I had to dip into my moving funds, despite living in a mold-infested place, hoping things would improve as attending the concert is something I love. Despite being diagnosed with h.i.v. and gerd, dealing with various trials, and my 4-year-old son falling ill with multiple health issues, including Bart's disease, I was looking forward to the concert. However, my son got seriously ill on the day of the event, and I had to miss it to take care of him. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster agents seemed unhelpful when I reached out for a refund after failing to sell the ticket prior due to technical issues. The costly ticket was supposed to include a Sirius music subscription, which I never received. It's disheartening that I missed the concert and can't get any assistance.

I bought tickets online at the start of April and completed the payment. I received an email with an order number confirming the purchase. However, when I tried to claim the tickets a few days ago, I encountered an issue where it stated they were already claimed by a different email address. I listed tickets for sale on April 15, and they quickly sold for an event happening the same day. However, I have not received my payment yet. After reading several reviews mentioning payment issues, I followed all the website's instructions. I verified my identity and tax information successfully by verifying a small test deposit. I have a screenshot confirming that my payment was sent on April 19, but it's now April 24, and I still haven't received it. I really need to get my money without further delay.

I had tickets to see Razorlight at Sheffield O2 Academy on 23/04/23. While waiting in line, I logged into Ticketmaster to get my tickets but received a message prompting me to reset my password, right before entering the venue. Despite multiple attempts in the pouring rain for 45 minutes, I couldn't reset the password. Unfortunately, I couldn't access the Ticketmaster help center without the password. Eventually, seeking help from the box office, I was allowed in but missed seeing Afflect's Palace, the support act I was looking forward to.

I received an email today on 25/04/[redacted] at 12.07 PM stating that I have been successful in the ballot for a pair of standing tickets to The Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle on Sunday, 7th May [redacted]. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis in this round, and I need to act quickly to claim them before losing the opportunity. I bought 3 tickets for Franki Valli and the Four Seasons on June 3rd and transferred them to Elizabeth Luca on May 24th. I got an email confirming the ticket transfer, saying "you're all set" and that the tickets have been removed from my account. However, the tickets still show up in my wallet under my name. I'm wondering if Elizabeth Luca can still use these tickets. Thank you for your help!

I bought tickets for the Janet Jackson tour on April 27th at 7:45 p.m. However, I just found out the date has been moved to the 28th. I had already arranged a round trip from Denver, CO to ATL, booked a hotel, and rented a car from the 25th-28th. Unfortunately, I cannot modify my flight, extend my hotel reservation, or add another day to the car rental. The entire trip was planned around attending this concert. I would like a refund because these last-minute changes were beyond my control.

Order #58-[redacted]. I switched my tickets from Thursday, May 4th, to May 5th due to an email about a lead actor change. I called and exchanged the tickets, expecting them on my phone in an hour, but now I'm told they'll only be at will call. I'm disappointed in Ticketmaster's handling of this. I can't access Ticketmaster on my devices. The agents keep apologizing, but I'd prefer e-tickets. Edith Pankowski

Hello, I purchased 9 tickets to Snoop Dogg in Albuquerque, NM in August [redacted]. I have 8 tickets on my phone, but the one for my daughter (section6, row w, seat39) is missing from her phone. Her email didn't work at first, but even when it did, the ticket wasn't there. I checked my bank statement, and I did pay for it. The map shows it as purchased, so I believe it should be available somehow. I have all the other 8 tickets in that row; I'm just missing that one. Please help me get it back onto my account.
