I purchased a standing ticket for a gig at the Brixton Academy on Monday, May 1st, along with a companion ticket due to my Autism diagnosis. The event was relocated to the Hammersmith Apollo, prompting me to request another companion ticket through Ticketmaster. However, my standing ticket was mistakenly canceled and replaced with a seated one. I have just noticed this error and would like to have my ticket switched back to standing.

I bought two tickets to the Stevie Nicks concert in Birmingham, but it got cancelled because of her illness. The $[redacted] tickets were supposed to be refunded to my Visa card, but Visa replaced the card due to a fraud attempt, so I never received the refund. I need assistance to process the refund. My spouse and I are looking to buy Mariners tickets for June 17th to sit with family who already have their tickets. We need 3 seats, priced initially at $72 each. However, when trying to buy them, I encountered a message about not leaving a single seat. Today, I planned to purchase the seats, but the price has now increased to $95 each. I would like to buy 3 seats at the original $72 price if possible, not the new $95 rate. Can anyone assist with this issue?

I am extremely disappointed with the unfair refund process for tickets. It is frustrating that the money was taken easily, but getting a refund is a complicated ordeal. I am unable to use that $[redacted] for other playoff games, and I believe there should be an option to credit it to future games. The funds are still being held even though the order was canceled on 4/22/23. I hope the process improves to provide customers with better options and release funds promptly upon cancellation.

I purchased tickets for the BBC Earth Experience on 08 May [redacted]. Regrettably, my husband was in an accident with a cyclist on 26 April, resulting in a broken hip and the need for surgery. He won't be able to attend the event. I contacted Ticketmaster on 27 April for assistance. They advised us to rebook the tickets for a later date when he has recovered, and they would refund the original tickets. We followed their instructions and informed them through their online chat with both order numbers. However, we have yet to receive any acknowledgment or confirmation of the refund. I seek help in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I'm having trouble logging in and buying tickets on Ticketmaster's website. A message that pops up says: "Sorry for the interruption. As you were browsing, something about your browser made us think you might be a bot. There are a few reasons why this could happen: - You are a power user moving very quickly through the site. - JavaScript is disabled in your web browser. - A third-party browser plugin like Ghostery or NoScript is blocking JavaScript from running."

I made a mistake in my email address when signing up for a TICKETMASTER account via FIAF (French Institute Alliance Francaise) to purchase performance tickets. I misspelled [redacted] without the 's'. Unfortunately, correction emails from TICKETMASTER are sent to the incorrect [redacted], making it impossible to update my email address. I initially mistakenly transferred tickets to my wife instead of loading them into my account. After receiving an email stating the tickets had been returned, I repeated the error. Despite attempting to load the tickets into my wallet, an error message indicated the system was unable to process them. While I can view the tickets, following the instructions in the email from Calvyn did not resolve the issue. On March 9th, I bought two tickets, and I believe I made an error with my email address. The charges for the tickets were $[redacted].00, and I also paid $17.50 for insurance in a separate transaction. Despite the payment deductions from my account, I cannot retrieve the tickets. I contacted a number I found online today, and they informed me that the email was incorrect. They advised me to purchase a $[redacted].00 Target gift card and call back to use it along with my MasterCard. After following these instructions, they mentioned that the $[redacted].00 would be refunded to my card, and I would receive a confirmation email with the tickets. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates or emails regarding this issue yet.

I am a veteran who was awarded tickets via the VET TIX program. The tickets, for Section [redacted], Row [redacted], Seats 5-6, were issued but when I try to access them on the VET TIX website, they are not there. I bought tickets for the Cats performance on 5/12 for $[redacted].60 and added refund insurance for $74. I contacted TicketMaster with all the details and my refund request. Initially, during a chat, an agent claimed the funds were refunded on Feb 2nd, the purchase day, which isn't accurate. Another agent said they were too busy to address my issue promptly. I submitted my ticket for resale through Ticketmaster back in February. Despite nearly three months passing since they received it, I have yet to receive a definitive update on its status. Initially, I was informed it would only take a few days, but now they are citing technical issues. I am confused about when and how my ticket will be resold as it is not showing up on any platforms or on Ticketmaster's website. The concert, Imagine Dragons in Rome, is sold out, and if Ticketmaster could return the ticket to me, I would consider selling it privately.

I purchased a ticket for the Phantom of the Opera with booking reference [redacted] on April 16th. I realized when downloading my ticket that it was for 2:30 pm yesterday instead of today as I had intended. Could I please exchange the ticket for tonight at 7:30 pm or for Saturday, May 13th at 2:30 pm, or any other evening next week? I am having trouble signing into my Ticketmaster account from my phone. Despite trying all the help options available on the Ticketmaster website, I have not been successful in resolving the issue. Each attempt to seek assistance leads me back to the sign-in page, which is problematic because I am unable to access my account. This has left me unable to retrieve my tickets for which I have paid a significant amount. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties while attempting to use the Ticketmaster app. Upon trying to create an account, the app immediately prompts me with a message saying that I am navigating the app with "super-human speed", despite having ensured that JavaScript is enabled on my device and that no third-party plugins are hindering its functioning. I bought tickets today for the Breaking Benjamin/Bush concert happening tonight on May 5, [redacted], at 7 PM CDT/8 PM EST in Huntsville, Alabama. I opted for mobile tickets. Hello, I am currently on a payment plan and unfortunately, I have lost my card. To ensure that I do not miss any payments, I need to update my account with my new card details. Despite my attempts to reach out through the ticket system, I have not received any responses. I received a text message informing me that a payment attempt will be made on May 9th, which may default if my new card information is not updated. Although I have added my new card to my profile, it seems it will only apply to future ticket purchases. I am finding this process quite challenging and I am concerned about my tickets being cancelled due to the lack of assistance from Ticketmaster's customer service. I bought two tickets for Johnny Mathis on 6/23/23 at Thunder Valley Resort Casino from a third-party seller on StubHub. The tickets are front-row center and came at a high price. I received the ticket acceptance link last Thursday sent to my email at [redacted] However, I've been facing challenges accepting the tickets. Each time I try to accept them on Ticketmaster, I get an error message. I contacted StubHub customer service, and they provided some suggestions to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, I've added a new email, [redacted], into my phone, which may work better for ticket acceptance. I prefer using email over the phone, so I've updated my email on the account. I purchased 4 tickets for Kinky Boots at Sheas [redacted] Theatre for May 14, [redacted], at the 2pm showing using my Chrome laptop.
