I sold two Matchbox Twenty tickets via my Ticketmaster account. After selling them, I received an email from you regarding incorrect fund deposit instructions. You requested me to delete the checking account provided and re-enter the correct one. I have followed your instructions, but I am yet to receive the small deposits needed to verify the new account. I am unsure of the next steps to ensure my funds are deposited correctly and I receive payment. Please advise on what actions I should take to resolve this issue.

I bought tickets online right away and later found out they were not the ones I selected. The seats I received were in the nosebleed section, which I would never choose. When I tried to rectify the situation by purchasing the correct tickets, I ended up with the same incorrect seats. I am now trying to get a refund as it was not my error but that of the ticketing company. It has been challenging to speak with someone about this issue, and they are refusing to refund my money. I feel frustrated and disappointed with the situation.

We purchased tickets to see Shakira on Saturday, May 6, [redacted] at the Watsco Center at the University of Miami. However, upon reviewing the tickets, they indicated "Billboard Mujeres Latinas En La Música" which we assumed was a sponsor due to our lack of Spanish knowledge. Upon arrival, we discovered it was an awards show where Shakira was receiving an award, not performing. Ticketmaster had advertised this as a Shakira concert and sent an email with the tickets labeled 'Last Call' featuring Shakira's image and the event details, leading us to believe it was a concert. This misrepresentation led to our disappointment, as we would not have purchased these tickets knowing it was not a Shakira concert.

Subject: Aladdin Show at Southern Alberta Jubilee on July 20th at 8:00 PM I am interested in purchasing one ticket to sit beside my sister, niece, and mom, but I am unable to choose a specific seat. I could only select the row when making the purchase. Additionally, I would like to upgrade all of our seats to the first balcony. I recently purchased tickets to Cirque de Soleil and created an account. I accidentally misspelled my name as "timandersn" instead of "timandersen," leading to the creation of a new account. The tickets I bought are in the misspelled account, and I would like them transferred to my correct account, "[redacted]" I also encountered issues with the customer service options on the website. Hello, I have reached out before about needing to change my tickets since I broke my ankle and can no longer stand, but our current tickets are for standing. It will be very difficult for us, and we want to address this as soon as possible. Yesterday, you advised me to contact the stadium, but I am unable to do so. I attempted to call Ticketmaster at 0[redacted], but it seems the line is not operational. This situation is causing me a lot of anxiety because I fear we may not be able to change our tickets. Is there any way you could assist in changing them or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

We had tickets to see Moulin Rouge on April 8, [redacted], at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans. We were informed inside the theater that the show had been cancelled, and refunds would be issued to the original payment method. I received an email from Ticketmaster on April 21 stating that the refund had been processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. They mentioned that the refund should reflect in my account within the next 7-10 business days. The email also provided instructions on how to view refund details by logging into my Ticketmaster account, but I have not been able to access my account successfully as I keep getting a blank page.

I am interested in purchasing tickets for the NY Red Bull game at the US Open Cup on Tuesday, May 23rd. I checked the NY Red Bulls official website, and they were not listed. The website mentioned that Ticketmaster is their official ticketing partner, but when I checked Ticketmaster for the NY Red Bull game on Tuesday, May 23rd, it was not available. Can you please provide me with information on how to buy tickets for this event? Also, I would appreciate a customer service number to call for assistance. Hello, I am writing to address an issue with my ticket purchase. Communicating via text has been challenging, and despite speaking with the Twitter team all morning, I have not received any assistance. I am trying to resell or transfer my tickets bought through your platform because I cannot attend the event anymore. However, I am unable to do so as I currently reside in the United States. I understand that you do not have support for banks here, but I feel stranded without any options to ensure a refund. Although I have requested a refund from the Twitter team multiple times, I know it is not possible if the event is not canceled. I believe it would be fair for you to offer a refund if you do not allow me to resell my tickets. Due to a sudden medical issue preventing me from traveling overseas, I need this resolved quickly. It seems unjust that I am left with no alternatives. Thank you.

I purchased a ticket on Ticketmaster, but I’m unable to log into my account now. I can’t find the confirmation email anywhere, but fortunately, I took a screenshot of my order number. My concert is on May 24th, and I really need access to my ticket. This was a birthday gift, and I'm frustrated about why this is happening. I have screenshots of the payment confirmation, insurance purchase, and the order number as proof. Can anyone assist me with this issue, please?

I recently fell victim to a scam involving tickets I bought from someone on Ticketmaster. The seller claimed they couldn't attend the event and wanted to sell the tickets. Though hesitant, I trusted the transaction because it was on Ticketmaster. Sadly, I was scammed and left with no tickets. Upon checking Ticketmaster, I found the same seller with a similar story and contact information. Despite my attempts to reach out to Ticketmaster, I received an email this morning asking about an interaction with Ivan, which never occurred. I feel frustrated as a victim of fraud and disappointed by Ticketmaster's lack of assistance in this situation.

I have unfortunately suffered a severe injury to my ankle and left foot, resulting in a lengthy healing process and significant financial strain due to medical bills and treatment. I am in a difficult financial situation as a permanently disabled individual living on a fixed disability income. Due to these circumstances, I am unable to attend an upcoming concert in August and am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00 for my ticket. I have tried unsuccessfully to sell the ticket through various platforms and now seek assistance from Ticketmaster in accordance with ADA regulations regarding individuals with disabilities. I was looking forward to attending the John Mellencamp concert in Ft. Wayne tonight, May 15th. I purchased the tickets back in December for $[redacted]. Despite being told I would have my tickets by Saturday, May 13th, I checked my account and found no tickets for upcoming events. With the travel time and time change, attending the concert seems impossible. Can I transfer these supposed tickets to the South Bend show in June? I would make an effort to be in the area somehow. It appears that I may have lost $[redacted], and I'm feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Resale tickets for the Heineken final on May 23 were available today. There were some technical issues as the tickets were not consistently showing up. I was fortunate to select two tickets and filled out all my personal information, but when I tried to continue, I kept receiving an error message stating the page was unavailable. This occurred multiple times. I then switched to my phone, and after spending most of the day searching, more tickets became available. Unfortunately, the same issue happened on my phone. Adding to the frustration, Ticketmaster blocked my attempts, accusing me of being a Bot despite multiple verifications confirming I wasn't. After an entire day of unsuccessful attempts to purchase tickets, I am left empty-handed and blocked from further tries. Feeling completely frustrated.

I purchased 6 tickets for the Morgan Wallen concert in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, the concert was rescheduled to a date that I cannot attend. Ticketmaster sent an email providing the option to request a refund, but the link is not functional. Each time I attempt to use it, an error occurs. Despite reaching out to Ticketmaster through chat multiple times, I only receive the same generic response indicating they will inform me if the tickets are refundable. However, I have already received the notification, and the link remains unresponsive. Ticketmaster has not replied to my recent chat inquiries for days.

I did not authorize my order, and it was impossible to contact you until after the sale. I am 75 years old, my wife is in a wheelchair, and I only have a flip phone. I did not approve these tickets and need a refund. I do not want excuses about refunds being impossible. If not resolved, I will contact my Attorney General and expose your lack of BBB rating due to ignored complaints. I will be your worst nightmare if I don't get a refund. My order number is [redacted]8 for $[redacted].50. I tried all day on the 14th and 15th to cancel. I will prove that you are unreachable. I will also attempt to remove you from Facebook. You will face consequences for your actions. How are businesses like yours allowed to operate?

I bought tickets via SeatGeek a month ago for a concert tomorrow (5/18). The tickets are confirmed, but I am redirected to Ticketmaster to access the transfer tickets. However, I keep encountering an error message on Ticketmaster's site, preventing me from retrieving them. Additionally, I am unable to log into my Ticketmaster account separately as it only shows a blank screen. How can I obtain these tickets?

I purchased two tickets and parking for the Mann on May 18, but received four tickets and parking for May 19 instead. I engaged in a chat yesterday, and although it mentioned an agent would call me at 1 p.m., no call came by 1:30 p.m. After leaving a message, I tried calling back since 4 p.m., with no luck. I have tried around 30 times and keep getting the message to call later. I need to cancel and get a refund for the May 19 tickets as it's inconvenient for me. Tomorrow I will try to buy two tickets and parking for the correct concert on May 18 that I intended to attend.

I attempted to buy tickets on Tuesday, the 15th, for Chris Angel's show in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 17th. Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased tickets for May 24th instead. After realizing my mistake, I reached out to Ticketmaster via online chat and was told to wait for a response within about 18 hours. However, over 40 hours later, I am still waiting for assistance. I believe it is unfair for the app to display a concert date a week later than the one I selected. I am hopeful they will refund my purchase.
