Dear Ticketmaster, I have been attempting to reach you by phone for several hours without success. I have not yet received my CMA tickets. There are two accounts associated with my purchases. One is under account # [redacted] linked to the email address [redacted], and the other is account [redacted] associated with the email [redacted] I cannot locate the tickets I paid for in either account. I have paid a total of $3,[redacted].70 for 6 tickets and would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I encountered an error message while trying to transfer my tickets after following a link from SeatGeek. The message stated, "Oops, something went wrong." I attempted to purchase concert tickets and encountered an issue where I unintentionally bought two sets of tickets due to a time-out error on the payment page. As a result, I was charged for both transactions, although I only need one set of tickets. I purchased two tickets for the Australian Pink Floyd Show on Saturday, June 24, [redacted], at 7:00 PM at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, New Jersey. The tickets were supposed to be delivered to my cellphone, but as it is US Government property, I cannot use it for personal purchases. Is it possible to have the tickets mailed to me at PO Box [redacted], Oakhurst, NJ [redacted], or emailed to [redacted], or held at "Will Call" at the concert? On May 11, [redacted], I purchased a Kid Rock concert ticket for $[redacted].50 through Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. After receiving an email link to accept the ticket, I encountered an error message on your website saying, "Oops something has gone wrong," which I cannot bypass despite multiple attempts. Despite reporting the issue to Ticket Fulfillment Service and Event Ticket Center, the problem remains unresolved. The ticket was bought using PayPal Mastercard, and the email address provided was [redacted] Although an agent suggested trying [redacted], this also did not work. My ticket number or confirmation number is: 1SM26884L[redacted]H. I am worried about not having a valid ticket for the event despite the significant investment I made. I am concerned about the possibility of encountering difficulties when entering the venue. Your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

We bought tickets for the Matchbox 20 concert at the Hollywood Bowl on May 22 a while back (see confirmation attached). Today, we've been attempting to access the tickets through the app and website with no luck. After resetting my password, the app now wrongly states I've been a member since [redacted]. We are worried about missing the show. We submitted a support ticket on the Ticketmaster website today but have not received a response yet.

I attempted to purchase 2 tickets for the Hardy show on June 15 in Pittsburgh. After entering my information and proceeding to check out, I encountered an error message. Upon trying again with a different payment method, the error persisted. Ticketmaster charged my credit card twice through Klarna, resulting in two charges of $59.17 each. Although I received a text confirmation of the transactions, I did not receive an email with the tickets, and they are not showing up in my upcoming events. I am concerned as I have been charged but have not received the tickets. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

I am requesting the parking linked to order # 26-[redacted]/SEA to be detached from the seats that were transferred but not claimed by the buyer. A Ticketmaster representative mentioned previously that once the seats are accepted, the parking would remain and be transferable. As there is no option for me to list them together, they need to be separated for resale purposes. It should not matter if they were purchased in the same transaction; both should be transferable independently. For instance, what if I simply wanted to gift the parking to a friend? I believe your IT team is able to handle this without issue. Please submit a ticket to address this before it becomes urgent. Thank you.

I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster but I mistakenly misspelled my email address. I need to update my email and transfer the tickets to someone else's name for an event on June 3rd. I attempted to contact support via chat, but was informed I need to wait 5 days for an email update. Can the tickets under my name be used by someone else? My husband was in a fatal car accident on April 01, [redacted], after being hit head-on by a drunk driver. The impact caused several injuries, including a broken femur, severe damage to his knee ligaments, and significant facial injuries. He underwent surgery on April 02, [redacted], to address the broken femur and will require another surgery for his knee. We recently received confirmation that his next surgery is scheduled for June 01, [redacted], which unfortunately coincides with the Paramore concert we were planning to attend the day after. Given his ongoing recovery and mobility issues, particularly with using a walker and wheelchair, attending the concert at a venue that is not very accommodating is not feasible. I will need to arrange for a refund of our tickets.

I have not received any responses following multiple attempts to reach out via text messages. I, like many other Swifties, am fervently searching for two Taylor Swift tickets in any city. Despite having the Capital One card for the presale event, I encountered technical issues and was unable to secure tickets online. Tickets are now being resold for exorbitant amounts. I had hoped to take my daughter, a fellow fan, to listen outside MetLife Stadium, but this is not permitted. It's disheartening that Ticketmaster has not acknowledged our emails. I am eager to know if last-minute tickets may become available on the day of the show. I am willing to travel anywhere in the United States or Canada. This experience has been particularly challenging as my daughter and I, like many others, have faced various struggles and medical issues. We yearned to attend this concert together, and it is frustrating to see tickets being resold at such high prices. It would be appreciated if Ticketmaster could address this situation promptly.

I need assistance with a refund for 2 tickets purchased for the Dbacks vs Red Sox game on Saturday the 27th. I was instructed to deposit an equal amount into an E-wallet to receive the refund. I bought a $[redacted] Walmart Visa card but was then informed that the refund exceeded the $[redacted] limit on the card. I was pressured to buy another card within 15 minutes to avoid losing my funds. Eventually, I purchased another $[redacted] card and was promised an eBay card to cover the rest of the refund. However, after attempting to complete the transaction, I was told the eBay funds were not accepted, and I needed an additional $[redacted]. I seek a refund without having to pay a total of $[redacted], which was not initially clarified.

Hello, I wanted to share that my daughter purchased tickets for the Barry Manilow performance on June 2nd through Ticketmaster for me. Unfortunately, I'm facing an issue retrieving the tickets to print them out as I have been prompted to change my password multiple times on the Ticketmaster website. I haven't received my tickets in the mail and couldn't find them in my email. Please refund the tickets I bought on May 12, [redacted], for $[redacted].51. I'm disappointed that the tickets for the Terry Blanchard Concert at Keller Auditorium in Portland, Oregon, on Friday, May 26, [redacted], have not arrived. I purchased four (4) seats in Orchestra section "B" Row "BB" and they have not been delivered. Please process the refund promptly. My account with Bank of America ends in #[redacted]. My partner has a spinal cord injury that limits movement. An infection post-surgery has made mobility even harder. I've tried to cancel tickets with no success at the Luxor. The box office manager advised contacting Ticketmaster. I mistakenly booked another room elsewhere due to the Luxor's unhelpfulness and security issues. Valet theft, bugs in the room, and lack of support have made staying here unbearable. The hotel won't refund, so I won't be staying. Kindly refund the Blue Man Group tickets for us.

I bought Mana tickets from my Portland Trailblazers season ticket holder account, where tickets were presold as a benefit. We have Rights of First Request, allowing me to send tickets to a friend after they were assigned to me. My friend accepted the tickets, but she can't see them in her account, and I can no longer access them to assist her. Who can help us locate those tickets?
