Finding a way to contact customer support without having to call was challenging. Now, the alternative site I used to reach out is asking for my email address to address the issue. It is inconvenient to be forced to provide my email before proceeding.

I purchased tickets through Box Office Ticketsales for the second-round NCAA tournament games in Greensboro, NC tomorrow (19th). I am unable to find the download link, and every time I try to access my orders page online, I receive an error message saying, "OOPS, something went wrong, try again." This has left me frustrated as I have paid $[redacted] for tickets that I do not have, and I am unable to reach anyone at Ticketmaster for support. To whom it may concern, I was attempting to transfer my tickets from my account to someone else, and initially, it allowed me to do so. However, now the transfer option is grayed out, and I am unable to proceed. Could you please clarify the reason for this? Do I need to wait until the show date gets closer for the transfer to be permitted? I am confused about the current status. The show in question is Sabrina Carpenter on March 25 at 8:00 pm. I purchased a concert ticket from Vivid Seats, a third-party seller. They sent me an email informing me that my ticket is ready for acceptance through Ticketmaster. Upon receiving an email from Ticketmaster with a button to accept my ticket, I repeatedly encounter an error message stating "Oops, something went wrong" every time I click the button. Since I did not buy directly from Ticketmaster, the typical contact method of emailing from the booking is not an option for me.

I recently bought tickets for an event, but I am facing issues accessing them through both the iPhone app and the website. Despite numerous attempts, every help button I press redirects me to my account. Although I received an email notifying me that the tickets were available for download, whenever I click on the "accept tickets" option, the tickets are nowhere to be found. Upon checking both the app and my email, it states that I have no tickets or events in my order. I am feeling very anxious about this situation and would greatly appreciate some assistance. I purchased Eagles concert tickets for March 24th via StubHub with Order # [redacted]65. However, I was informed that Ticketmaster will be sending me the tickets, which is causing some confusion. I used the email [redacted] to buy the StubHub tickets, but my Ticketmaster account is under the email [redacted] As per StubHub's instructions, I created an additional Ticketmaster account using [redacted], but I am unable to locate my Eagles tickets. I have checked both email accounts, including the spam and junk mail folders, but still no luck finding the tickets. Can someone please assist with this issue?

I recently purchased a ticket to see Stevie Nicks in New Orleans on April 2, and the only delivery option available appears to be "mobile." I prefer to receive the ticket via USPS mail but I can't find a way to change the delivery method. While I do own a smartphone, I don't have data on my plan to use the app. Moreover, I am concerned about relying on my phone at the entrance only to have it die unexpectedly. It seems like a risky situation to be in.

I recently tried to purchase three concert tickets and was surprised by the additional fees. While I expected a booking fee, I am puzzled by the service and facility charges on top of the already high ticket prices. I reached out to the venue, and they mentioned that the charges were added by the ticketing service, not them. Hello, I am reaching out because I am having trouble locating the tickets I bought from Vivid Seats that were purchased through Ticketmaster. Despite the seller claiming they emailed the tickets to me, I never received them. I am desperate for assistance in finding these tickets as they were intended for my daughter to attend a concert. I have attached my receipt to this email in the hopes that a representative can help me access the tickets. Despite Vivid Seats directing me to Ticketmaster, I have been unable to connect with a human agent at Ticketmaster to resolve this issue, which is incredibly frustrating. Can you please help me retrieve my tickets? I have two Ticketmaster accounts, and the one used for the Kane Brown tickets is under the email [redacted] Vivid Seats has informed me that only Ticketmaster can assist in retrieving the tickets, but my attempts to communicate with them have been fruitless. I have not received any email containing the tickets, despite their claims. I just need to secure a copy of the tickets so we can attend the event. Hello, I'm Judith Hoover. I encountered an issue while trying to purchase tickets for the TWICE concert. Twice now, when selecting tickets, they were taken away. It happened when entering the card details, and suddenly it showed as sold out or at a higher price. I would appreciate assistance in securing tickets at the pre-sale rate we initially saw. I have purchased two tickets for the Australian Pink Floyd Show on Saturday, June 24, [redacted], at 7:00 PM at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, NJ. However, I am unable to receive the tickets on my cellphone as it is US Government property. I purchased tickets under maryed****@gmail.com on October 26, [redacted], for the Leanne Morgan event on March 25, [redacted]. After accepting the tickets, I was informed they were transferred to my account. Despite using maryed****@gmail.com to contact Ticketmaster, when trying to access the tickets, I received a message stating they were transferred to a different email address. Ticket Center staff mentioned they couldn't assist as the tickets were already transferred. I have email copies with confirmations and seat numbers.

On 03/22/23 around 3:50 pm, I tried to buy tickets for the Peter Gabriel Tour on October 10th at the Ball Arena in Denver, CO. I was online but not logged in. I selected EEE Row 6 Seat(s) 1 & 2, but due to a Wi-Fi issue, I lost the connection. I drove to the arena (recovering from surgery) only to find tickets are online-only. When I returned, the seats I chose were no longer available, though I had selected them. I'd like to pay using PayPal Credit for the presale seats at $[redacted] each, plus taxes and fees. I also hope to apply my Senior Citizen's Discount. Raven R.

While attempting to make a purchase for concert tickets, I encountered an issue during checkout where I was prompted to create a Ticketmaster account. Upon trying to create the account, it informed me that I already had an existing one, a fact unknown to me. Subsequently, I went through the process of resetting my password, which proved to be quite convoluted. After successfully resetting my password and logging in, I discovered that my cart, with the selected tickets, was missing. It appears that the tickets I had desired are now unavailable, presumably due to being tied up within my account. How can I regain access to my shopping cart in order to finalize the purchase of those specific tickets I initially selected? Thank you for your assistance.

Yesterday, I called to purchase two tickets for the Def Leppard concert in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 16th. Initially, I had bought two tickets separately, which were in the same section but different rows and seats. The representative kindly organized for two adjacent seats for me. He assured me a refund for the first set of tickets, with the amount to reflect in my card within 2 hours. Additionally, he mentioned emailing me the new tickets. However, I have yet to receive both the new tickets and the refund. I am reaching out to resolve this matter and gain clarity on the situation.

I am writing about order number 2[redacted]-0[redacted]-3. I purchased tickets for an event well in advance and was disappointed when I arrived to find out the front row center seats I had paid almost $[redacted] for did not actually exist. Despite being told to sit in a different area, I feel this is unacceptable. I received minimal support, only an email offering a refund and apologizing for the mistake. It is frustrating to be in this situation after expecting premium seats for such a significant cost. I am simply asking for a refund due to false advertising. It is important for customers to receive what they paid for.

I sold two tickets on Ticketmaster's website last night by listing them within my account. They sold immediately, but I don't understand what I need to do in order to receive my funds from the ticket sale. I went to the site and input my name, personal information, and provided my SSN for the tax form [redacted]-K, but I'm unsure if everything is correct.
