I have not received payment for tickets I sold in November. Although I received small deposits in my bank account and a confirmation email about my tax info, I have not seen the full payment. The tickets were for an Eagles concert on November 23rd, bought on August 18th with my Amex ending in [redacted]. I recently realized that I entered the wrong email address when setting up my account with Ticketmaster. I successfully made a purchase, but all the important emails were sent to the incorrect address, [redacted] I tried changing it with no success. I purchased a concert ticket for the Dead last December. My nephew assisted me by using an email address that I rarely check. Recently, I bought two new tickets for another Dead concert via StubHub. After transferring them to my Ticketmaster account, I can view them successfully.
However, I am encountering difficulty in transferring the ticket purchased for July 16, [redacted], from the original account linked to the unfamiliar email address. There's a possibility that when I created my new account, I may have inadvertently changed the email associated with my original account. Hello, I bought tickets through my Ticketmaster account for two concerts, a week apart, on December 10, [redacted]. One is for the Home Free concert and the other for the Buddy Guy concert. Each ticket cost over $[redacted].00 and they are gifts for Christmas. I received an email receipt for the Home Free concert, stating that the tickets have been printed and are being mailed to me about 50 days ago. However, I have not received any emails regarding the Buddy Guy concert tickets besides the purchase confirmation. Ticketmaster can't provide information on when the tickets were mailed. I'm experiencing difficulties with Ticketmaster regarding a basketball event in Canada that I purchased tickets for while in the UK. The separate UK and Canadian Ticketmaster entities do not share information, causing issues with accessing my tickets. The browser states that tickets should be available on my phone, but I cannot find them. I attempted to follow guidance from Ticketmaster's website with no success. Adding the tickets to my wallet is impossible as they are not in the browser. The Canadian Ticketmaster app is inaccessible in the UK, rendering the mobile ticket option unusable. Even the UK Ticketmaster app does not display the Canadian event tickets. I attempted to buy 6 tickets for section [redacted], row G, seats 7-12 for Monster Jam at Reliant NRG in Houston, but during checkout, there was an error, and my credit card was not accepted. I tried again, selecting a different section, purchasing 9 tickets successfully. However, the following day, I noticed a charge for the initial 6 tickets that supposedly weren't processed, totaling $[redacted]. I did not intend to buy 15 tickets and would like a refund for the 6 tickets in Section [redacted], Row G, seats 7-12. I will keep the other 9 tickets. This situation is frustrating as I did not expect to be charged for the tickets that the website indicated were not processed correctly.

On Friday, 2/3/23, I spoke with a representative named Anna who advised me to buy an Apple gift card to purchase BTS accessibility tickets. I followed her instructions and bought a $[redacted] gift card, but I haven't received the tickets as promised. Anna was supposed to call me back the next day, but despite my attempts to reach her, I never received a return call. Today, when I called, I was informed that Anna was on leave, and a person named Lucas offered to assist me. Unfortunately, Lucas scammed me for over $1,[redacted], and despite his promise to refund the money, no reimbursement has been made. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, the individual I spoke with was unprofessional. I will attempt to resolve this matter tomorrow, but if unsuccessful, I will involve the BBB. Being 71 years old and living on a fixed income, the funds taken from me by Lucas were meant for my bills.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly bought 2 tickets for the Cody Johnson concert in Pittsburgh, PA on 10/27/23. The tickets are for Section [redacted], Row J, Seats 1 and 2. My order number is [redacted] and I used the Fan Club Presale code. This purchase was accidental as I intended to buy tickets for the Allentown show on 10/28/23. The confusion arose because when I visited the Ticketmaster website, the last show listed was Pittsburgh, and I did not realize it was not the Allentown concert. I only noticed the error after purchasing the tickets.
Due to my recent stomach surgery, I was not as attentive as usual. I kindly request a full refund for the total cost of the 2 tickets, and I would prefer not to utilize the resell option.

I encountered an issue when attempting to accept my mobile transfer tickets. After clicking on the accept tickets link, I was directed to the Ticketmaster app where I tried to log in. Unfortunately, I kept receiving a message indicating that there was no email account associated with the information provided. In my frustration, I tried changing my password multiple times. Regrettably, due to this, the seller, Jackson, has canceled the tickets. I am incredibly upset about this situation and demand a prompt resolution. I have already made arrangements, such as purchasing my airline ticket to San Jose, CA, and now require my tickets to be reinstated.

I am attempting to buy a single ticket for the match between the Eagles and Tampa on 3/28. The ticket is in Section FL6, Row 9, and Seat 11. However, I keep encountering an error message stating I cannot purchase a single ticket at the end of a row, which is incorrect as this seat is not at the end. I've been struggling to list my tickets for a show tonight since last night. It's too late now, and I'd like Ticketmaster to refund the ticket cost and fees. During our trip to Vegas, my spouse and I tried to book tickets for The Beatle Cirque du Soleil show on Feb 14. However, the confirmation we received was for Feb 23, which was not our intended date. Despite the mix-up, we managed to get tickets for the 14th at the Mirage box office. They assured us that they would reach out to Ticketmaster regarding our situation.
