I have forgotten which email account I used for my Supercell ID. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that account. I have my Gmail account, but I am unable to open the game using just my Gmail credentials. When I attempt to connect using my Gmail account, the system prompts me to log in using my Supercell ID. I have tried reaching out to "Help and Support," but the new O.T.T.O bots were not able to assist me even though I provided the correct details. Therefore, I am looking to either delete my current Supercell ID or change the email associated with it. I am confident that I can provide proof of ownership for the account and hope that Supercell can assist me in recovering it.

I believe my Clash of Clans account has been compromised. Recently, a friend accessed my phone without my knowledge and shared my login details with a stranger. I tried to secure it by changing the email, but I couldn't activate the account protection as the verification code didn't arrive. Sadly, the account was locked by the unauthorized person who then sold it to another individual. Good morning, I am having an issue with Clash of Clans. This morning the game won't open. I've restarted the connection (using mobile data), rebooted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it still won't open. I suspect unauthorized access to my account. During a game, an unknown person logged in, leading to a back-and-forth login struggle until it ceased. Prior to this incident, I noticed discrepancies in my decks but disregarded them. The concern arises as the system prompts a verification code. Despite having email access, the code fails to send when attempting to enhance security features or modify the email address. Multiple attempts to trigger the code have been unsuccessful.

Hello, I had an account under [redacted], but it got blocked and I lost access. However, I could still play because it was linked to GameCenter on my iPhone. I am having an issue with my Supercell ID email being changed without my knowledge. On October 5th, I attempted to log in to Clash of Clans and discovered I couldn't access my previous village. The email I used before, [redacted], was no longer linked to Supercell ID. Hello Supercell, I recently came across the news about the Brawl Pass, and it has left me feeling disappointed. It seems unfair that only paying players can access the Brawl Pass, while free players like me now have to pay for something we used to get for free. The change from gems to money has taken away the fun and turned the game into a pay-to-win situation. Previously, both paying and free players had an equal chance. If the update goes forward, I urge you to consider removing the paid aspect to keep the community content. On another note, I hope you reconsider removing Chroma Credits as they are valuable, and I have worked hard to earn them. It would be appreciated if their rarity could be preserved. After logging in, I noticed that my Supercell ID was changed to an email ending with rambler.ru, which I later found out was the work of a hacker. This individual logged me out, causing me to lose all my in-game progress. I attempted to reach out to Supercell, but the new AI in the "Contact Us" section did not grasp my problem accurately and was unhelpful.
