I recently attempted to log in to "Clash of Clans" and received a message stating that my Supercell ID login had expired. When I tried to log in again, I received an email stating that my game progress needs to be advanced further to connect and save it with Supercell ID. The email mentioned that the Supercell ID I used does not have "Clash of Clans" connected to it. Now, I am unable to access my account. Please assist me in retrieving it.

Hello, 2 months ago, my Town Hall level 13 account was hacked. I have other accounts, so I didn't pay much attention to it. However, today, my main account (Town Hall level 15) along with a Town Hall level 14 and 12 were hacked. The hacker linked these accounts to a phone number, and I am unable to recover them through the game. Please assist me as I have nearly 5 years of progress in Clash of Clans. Thank you.

My account has been hacked, and the hacker changed my email and phone number, preventing me from reverting them. I have always used this email and recently used it to make in-game purchases via PayPal, proving ownership. Contacting support has been challenging as the chatbot offers to send a verification code to the wrong contact information. Email support advised me to use the in-game chat, cycling me back to the unhelpful chatbot. I urgently need assistance to restore access to my village, which is dear to me after years of dedication. Dear officials, I am a devoted player from China who greatly enjoys playing COC games. Last year, the copyright for COC in China was acquired by Tencent, resulting in the game becoming a separate entity within China rather than an international server like before. Consequently, 40% of players in China have stopped playing, leading to a poor gaming experience. The diminishing player base and scarcity of resources have made the game less enjoyable. Moreover, the game's style is deviating from the international version, creating an indescribable overall experience. Tencent's introduction of a one-click upgrade feature using coupons allows players to quickly advance in the game with monetary investment, eradicating the challenge and satisfaction for long-time players. The top player rankings are now dominated by those who spend money, undermining the fair competition and the essence of the game. Without intervention from the official team, the future of COC in China seems bleak. I urge the officials to take responsibility for the Chinese COC section and provide a gaming experience that honors the dedication of players like me who have enjoyed the game for a decade. I need to contact someone at Supercell ID because the bot they sent me did not solve my issue. I have tried all the methods suggested by the player support system accessed within the game. I am hoping for assistance from a real person rather than chatting with a bot, so I can explain the situation and find a different solution.

I am having difficulty recovering an old account associated with the Game Center on my iOS device. Despite using the email linked to my Game Center for account recovery from Supercell, I am not receiving any emails (not in spam, junk, or main folders). When I try the support chat via my Clash of Clans app, I provide accurate details like previous Supercell ID, base name, town hall level, and previous clan, verified by a friend. However, the chat responds that they cannot locate the account. How should I proceed?

Unauthorized charges have been made on my PayPal account totaling thousands of dollars for the Brawl Stars game, which I did not purchase or authorize. As a result, my bank has frozen all my accounts and debit cards. I am seeking a full refund promptly to rectify this issue. The fraudulent transactions have left me unable to cover my basic needs like bills and groceries, impacting my family's ability to access necessities like heat and electricity. I am deeply upset by this situation and will take legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly.

Despite my numerous attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful and contacting Supercell has yielded no results.
