While playing Clash of Clans, I received a notification that another player logged into my account. When I tried to play again after a few days, I was shocked to see that my account was permanently banned due to transfer of ownership. My friends confirmed that my name was changed in the clan and I couldn't be found. Upon checking my Gmail, I discovered that there was also an issue with it being hacked by someone from Brazil using Windows.

On Facebook, Prudencio Austria Lagunzad posted an ad seeking to purchase COC accounts. We agreed on a price of =P= [redacted],[redacted].00 for 20 accounts. To start the deal due to our distance, I sent login details for 2 accounts for him to pay via Gcash. The plan was to repeat this process for the remaining 18 accounts. However, after sending the first account's details, he blocked me on Facebook. I am seeking help to either recover my COC account or have it banned on COC.

I need help with my Clash Royale account. My account, [redacted], was unexpectedly banned for 31 days during normal gameplay without any reason provided. I suspect it might be an issue with the company's network and associated with a remote IP address, but I have consistently played using my own iPhone. After not playing Clash of Clans for a while, I tried to log back in after about 1 or 2 months, only to find out that my account has been permanently banned. I've been playing with this account for 7 years and have spent €[redacted] on it. If it's gone now, I will never support a Supercell game again and will inform my acquaintances and friends about this incident. I have been using the email address [redacted] for years to play Clash of Clans. Unfortunately, my account got hacked, and the perpetrator linked their Supercell ID (iCore) to my account. Strangely, both of us can still log in. The person appears to speak Spanish or Portuguese since I have received emails in those languages. I have already updated all my passwords. Could you please log my account out from all devices to prevent the hacker from accessing it? I am willing to provide proof of my in-game purchases if needed. Thank you.

Today, I reinstalled Clash of Clans on my phone and logged into my Supercell account after a 10-month break. I noticed several changes, such as updates to troops and town hall levels, plus a recent attack three days ago. Upon entering the game, I saw that some upgrades were in progress. A few months ago, my Clash of Clans account was hacked, despite being linked to a supposedly secure Supercell ID. The hackers also breached my Gmail account connected to it. Although I managed to recover one account by providing billing information to customer support, my other account, specifically Clash of Clans with OTTO, remains compromised. Since there's no email support for this issue, I'm reaching out here in the hopes of finding a solution.
Currently, my Clash of Clans account is still linked to Google Play, but when attempting to reinstall, it prompts me to load it. Unfortunately, I'm uncertain about what other data is associated with the Supercell ID. Recently, my Clash of Clans account was hacked. I took a break from the game, but when I returned, I discovered that my account was no longer associated with my email address. The hacker may have changed the email linked to the account. Interestingly, when I viewed my clan with another account, I noticed that my messages were still in the chat history. My original name, "GRIM SHADOW," had also been altered. I believe it would be prudent to request the hacker provide evidence that the account belongs to them. I have saved all communication from Supercell and can provide a friend who can verify my identity.
