After returning from vacation and noticing an update, I now find myself unable to access one of my accounts among the 15 I manage. Despite multiple attempts with assistance from my family, we are unable to determine the reason behind the issue. There's no apparent suspension or ban on the account. I generally keep to myself within my clan for clan wars and don't engage in chat with others. The only possible explanation I can think of is a glitch that occurred while playing on different Wi-Fi networks during my trip. It's puzzling that I can retrieve accounts numbered 1-10 and 12-15, yet the 11th account is the one presenting difficulties. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Yesterday, I lost my phone and unfortunately, my Supercell account was hacked soon after. I'm seeking help to regain access to my account. The account was initially linked to [redacted] before I changed it to my current email address due to personal reasons. The hacker seems to have activated account protection and I'm being prompted for account protection codes that I don't possess. Initially, my first names on the account were "Mysterious Maker," then I changed it to "Upreti Brothers," and finally, the current name. The account was created on 21 April [redacted] and I also have a receipt for the gold pass.

A few years ago, I lost access to my Clash of Clans account. I cannot recall the exact timeframe of when I last accessed it. Feeling disheartened about retrieving my original account, I started a new account named "Mini Major" to begin anew. Fast forward to today, Supercell allows multiple account linking through a Supercell ID. In an attempt to recover my old account, I created a new email. Unfortunately, they requested information I no longer possess. When I explained this, they unexpectedly banned one of my current accounts. Now, I am facing a 31-day ban for simply trying to regain access to my lost account.
