I've been attempting to log into my Android account, which was working fine until I returned from a vacation. Now, when I try to log in, I hear the background music but I'm stuck on the loading screen. After a few minutes, I receive an error message saying, “you have lost connection with the server. Check your internet connection and try again.” I tried deleting data, and it loads fine. I've had this account since high school and I'm worried about losing it. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I need help accessing my Clash of Clans account. Supercell support mistakenly accused me of attempting to steal someone else's account and banned me. They also warned of a permanent ban if I sought support again. I apologize for the confusion. It's been years since I last played my Clash of Clans game, and I'm trying to recover my account using notes from my clan.

I am having trouble opening my game. The loading screen stops at 90%, and even after waiting a long time, I receive a notification about a lost connection. I tried logging in with a different ID and it worked fine, but when I tried with my original ID, the issue persisted. I can access other IDs on my phone except for the main one.

Mon compte Clash of Clans a été piraté, probablement par un ami, car il souhaite avoir le contrôle de plusieurs comptes, même ceux de ses amis. Mon village était au niveau 10 de l'Hôtel de Ville, mais le pirate l'a sûrement modifié. J'ai tenté de le récupérer sans succès. Un ami m'a dit que le pirate a probablement changé l'adresse email de récupération. J'ai signalé le problème dans l'onglet "Aide et Assistance" il y a plus d'un mois, mais je n'ai obtenu aucun résultat. I want to explain what happened. I was in the process of unlocking my account (Rhy) when there was some suspicious activity due to my brother occasionally logging in on his phone. Although I successfully recovered/unlocked it, I then encountered difficulties with unlocking (Frost) because of similar reasons. During the account recovery process for (Frost), I unknowingly used my main account (Rhy) causing confusion. Consequently, I received a notice of failed verification and a 31-day ban warning on (Frost). I own both (Rhy) and (Frost), but I lack the necessary resources to recover (Frost). The reason behind my attempt to recover (Rhy) was due to being without my devices as they were being repaired, leaving me to use my brother's spare phone for Clash of Clans. Facing difficulties with accessing my Gmail account on that phone, I proceeded with the recovery process for (Rhy). I believe I am innocent as I have not intentionally violated any rules. I believe I was wrongly accused of phishing when I was trying to reconnect to my old Clash of Clans account. The system flagged me for trying to access someone else's account, but it was a misunderstanding. I would appreciate it if you could review my case. I am grateful for any help you can provide. At this point, I don't even need access to my old account if it will continue causing issues. I couldn't recall the account details as I last played in [redacted], and the email associated with it was deactivated due to inactivity. I am frustrated with trying to get in touch with Coc agents. I have been attempting to explain my situation about my deactivated account. I had initially agreed to a refund for a Town Hall 12, mistakenly believing they would only deactivate the purchased Gold Pass. Unfortunately, they completely closed my account, not just giving a 30-day ban. I was unaware that deactivation meant a permanent ban, so I am extremely disappointed and have lost interest in my village.

I started playing Clash Royale and was unexpectedly banned for "Disruptive Behavior." My only interaction was asking my clan for help, but I never received any cards, so there was no unfair advantage. The ban occurred a few months ago, and I don't have the account name or any contact information linked to it. I believe this ban was unjustified. Please reach out to me promptly.

I attempted to login to my Clash of Clans account at approximately 8:15 am on December 13th, only to discover that I have been suspended for 14 days. I have never faced a ban previously and did not receive any notification or explanation for this two-week ban. While a two-week ban seems severe, I am confident that my behavior did not warrant such action. I have not used any third-party software and can provide evidence if required. The only questionable conduct I can recall is moving between clans while requesting troops, which as per my understanding, does not violate any terms and conditions. I am puzzled by the lack of details provided and suspect that I may have been unfairly reported by another clan, possibly during a war. I am anxious about facing a permanent ban if this issue is not resolved promptly. I have been an avid player of this game for over seven years. I urgently require assistance in appealing this ban and guidance on preventing future bans. Although I cannot recall my Supercell ID, I use the name Mark in Clash of Clans and belong to the Kappa Sam clan.

Hello, I am reaching out because I want to play Clash Royale once again. The game has brought me so much fun and joy, and I love playing it in my free time when I'm bored. Unfortunately, I was permanently banned due to a friend using my phone to say some horrible things in the game without my knowledge. I only discovered this when I logged on one day to find out I was permanently banned. I recently received a two-day ban due to a friend's joke report while we were together. We were in class, having fun creating a clan when my friend, as a joke, reported me using the word Chantelle from a song by Roll Safe. Our intention was not malicious, and no harm was done. Playing this game daily, I value my progress and wish to be unbanned swiftly.

I need assistance with accessing my old account. I reached out to support from my new and main accounts. Suddenly, both accounts were banned, which seems unfair. I recently purchased the battle pass and can provide a receipt on my main account. Kindly lift the ban on both accounts. I was not attempting to phish for accounts. I attempted to regain access to my old Clash of Clans account by following the steps outlined by Supercell. After providing my situation, I was instructed to wait for assistance from a person named Estaphaine. She inquired about the device and model the account was last played on (which I believe was an LG), as well as whether the account name was changed, which it was not. Upon checking for a response, I was shocked to discover that the account had been banned for phishing. I am adamant that I am not involved in such activities and I simply wish to retrieve my old account. The situation is frustrating as I have tried to communicate formally and respectfully. Being wrongly accused has become bothersome, especially given my adherence to rules and codes of conduct. I am hopeful to resolve this matter and regain access to my account.
