I need help recovering my Clash of Clans account that I played years ago with the username Nuck_Chorris #2GCGRGVP. I reached out to support and they instructed me to contact them through the app. However, when I tried to create an account (but couldn't get the player tag) to reach out, I was banned for attempting to recover my original player account. Now, my device is blocked due to the banned account, causing a month-long restriction on my device. The main concern is not the banned account itself but rather the device being restricted for an entire month.

I need help with my son's Clash of Clans account. I've reached out for support through in-game channels like submitting an issue to the development team and providing feedback, but no one has responded. Even though I had a ticket number [redacted], my problem wasn't resolved, and the ticket was closed. We are facing an issue transferring his saved game to his new phone. When he launches the game, it asks for a 6-digit code sent to his email, but we never receive the email with the code. We've checked all folders, including spam, but no luck. I want to share my experience with my base on the account login*[redacted] I was offered to swap bases using a super cell ID, but I ended up losing my base without receiving the new one. After some time, I returned to the game and found my account under the name @@ArTyOM@@ with the tag #8LCR2POVU. My base is currently in the clan UNIKRON. There are suspicious account sales happening in Uzbekistan, which supports my claim of losing my base. I have all the necessary information to prove ownership, but I cannot access my base via super cell. Please help me recover my data. If you cannot assist me, please ensure they cannot continue playing.

Hello, three weeks ago, I wanted to play Clash of Clans again. Not being able to find my old account from 4 years ago, I had to start from scratch. Currently, I am at level 7. I contacted support to try to recover my old level 8 account by providing the username, etc. However, since it's from 4 years ago, I don't remember all the details. I just got banned for 31 days for an account theft, which I didn't do. I understand if I can't get back my old account, but being banned unjustly and not being able to play the new one I started is quite tough. Please respond to me and kindly unban me. Hello, I had a Clash of Clans account where I was a level 8 Town Hall for over 4 years. I changed phones (from iPhone to Samsung) and was unable to retrieve my old village. I had to start over from scratch three weeks ago. When I requested to recover my old account, I provided my ID, but then I was asked for the year and month of when I played and receipts for gems, which I don't remember as it was a long time ago. Due to this, I was banned for 31 days. I think this is unfair as I did not steal any accounts. I don’t mind not getting my old account back, but being banned from my new game for 31 days without reason seems excessive. Could you please unban me? Thank you in advance.

Hi there! I'm currently attempting to regain access to my Supercell Account. When I logged into Brawl Stars and followed the recovery steps within the game, a verification code was sent to my email address ([redacted]). I have not received the email containing the code, which has prevented me from accessing my account. I have confirmation emails in my inbox regarding previous purchases made in Clash Royale and Brawl Stars, verifying that this email is indeed the correct one. Initially, I mistakenly believed that my HOTMAIL.COM address was linked to my Supercell ID because it is my primary email for personal use. Upon entering this email first, I promptly received the verification email. However, upon entering the code, I received a message stating that no account was associated with that email. It became apparent that my account is linked to my GMAIL.COM address, but I have been unable to receive the verification email despite repeating the process twice already. I kindly request assistance in sending the verification code to my [redacted] address to facilitate the account recovery process.

This morning, I decided to play Clash Royale but encountered an issue when logging in with my Supercell ID. I used my Google Play email for verification but received an email stating that there was no Supercell ID associated with it. The message suggested creating a new Supercell ID or using a different email for login.

Hello everyone, I have an important inquiry regarding my Supercell ID. About a year ago, I created my Supercell ID with an email address I no longer have access to. The password is unknown to me as it was linked to a "spam" email I used solely for newsletters and did not consider its significance at the time. Next week, I will be switching to a new phone, and I am concerned about reconnecting to my fully upgraded account. I am seeking information on whether it is feasible to update the Supercell ID associated with my Brawl Stars account to a different email. The current email linked to the Supercell ID is "[redacted]" However, for Clash Mini, I have a separate Supercell ID linked to my usual email, which is the same one I am using to compose this message, "[redacted]" I am eager to preserve this account as I have been playing since its inception around [redacted], I believe. I left my previous clan to create a new one focusing on helping new players. Our first Clan War League experience hasn't been ideal since we got placed in Gold League 2 with mostly lower TownHall levels. This has made the CWL challenging and unenjoyable for many members, with unfair matchups like a TH7 being paired against a TH11. Is there a way to address this issue, such as moving us to a lower league for a fairer competition?

I've been trying to access my Clash of Clans account, which I've had for a few years. Since my Huawei P40 doesn't support Google, I usually log in with my Supercell ID. However, when I tried to log in with Supercell ID, it's not working for Clash of Clans. Oddly enough, it works for Clash Royale. Despite this issue, a friend confirmed that my account still exists as they can see me on their friend list.

I have spent days communicating with multiple Supercell employees, trying my best to provide them with all the information they require. I even reached out to Apple and my old cell phone providers to gather the data they needed. Unfortunately, I am still unable to recover my account, which has led to a 31-day ban on my new account, preventing me from accessing my old account. I have invested countless hours and hundreds of dollars into Clash of Clans, making this situation incredibly frustrating. Both employees I spoke with have now stopped responding to me, despite telling me to reach out for further assistance. This lack of help is starting to greatly irritate me.

I am having trouble with one of my Supercell accounts. While my other accounts are functioning normally, this particular one is getting stuck on the loading screen. After some time, it displays a message saying "you lost connection with the server." I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as changing the internet connection, clearing the data, and even trying on a different device, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

I sought help from Supercell support regarding retrieving my lost TH8 account using my TH11 account. Instead of assisting with the TH8 account, they locked my TH11 account alleging suspicious activity. Despite explaining this to Supercell, they are not listening and accusing me of trying to access someone else's account due to logging in from a few forgotten devices. They have banned my account for 30 days and are threatening a permanent ban. I am willing to answer any questions to prove my ownership. I hope they understand it's challenging to recall every detail after many years but recognize the time and effort I've invested in my account. Prior to a permanent ban, I urge Supercell to consider clarifying the situation and allowing me to communicate my concerns over the phone for a resolution and the restoration of my account.

Hi there, I started playing Clash of Clans again recently after a few years. I accidentally bought the Skeleton King skin for the Barbarian King without realizing I already owned a skin from before. Is it possible to receive a gem refund for this transaction? I have been playing Clash of Clans and Clash Royale since they were launched and have always supported Supercell. I was banned from one account shortly after a battle that was played fairly, with no exploits. I request a review of this ban as I believe it was unjustified. Subsequently, my second account was also banned despite me only conversing with clanmates and not participating in any battles, exploits, or abuses. I kindly ask for both bans to be reviewed and lifted as I fail to see the reasons behind them.

I believe my Supercell account has been hacked as I am no longer able to access it. Despite having access to my email for my Clash of Clans account, I am unable to access my village. The game prompts me that my account is linked to a Supercell account, but when I input the verification code provided by Supercell, it states that there is no account connected. Additionally, it seems that someone else has taken over my account and keeps switching clans frequently. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account.

I refrained from playing, awaiting resolution. A year later, I tried to recover my account when the bot denied ownership. Consequently, I am now facing a 31-day ban due to alleged account phishing. Good evening. Last year, I tried to play Clash of Clans, but all my attempts were in vain. Today, I remembered it and wanted to play again, but the game just won't launch. Not only is it not loading, but it also kicks me out of the game. So, I decided to try playing Brawl Stars and Clash Royale, but they won't launch either! Fortunately, they don't crash, but I get an error saying there's an issue with the internet, even though it's fine. I have plenty of free space on my tablet, good internet, but even after following internet advice like downloading a VPN, restarting the tablet, clearing memory and data, deleting and reinstalling apps, nothing has helped! I don't know what to do anymore. Last year, I also tried restarting Clash of Clans and tested all the methods to get in, then I just gave up. I thought everything had been fixed and I could play normally, but that wasn't the case. What should I do? Why won't the game launch?

I reached out to Supercell to inquire about changing the Gmail account linked to my Supercell ID to a new one. Surprisingly, my account was logged out and prompted me to input an unlock code. Despite my attempts to contact Supercell afterwards, I received no resolution as they mentioned being unable to assist me. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I only wanted guidance on changing my Gmail account, and now I've lost access to my account without any explanation. I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

Hello, Approximately 21 days ago, I had a discussion with a Supercell employee regarding deleting my old Clash Royale account, "Royal Trainer," to free up the email for my new main account. After confirming the deletion request, I expected the account to be deleted within 14 days. However, seven days past the deadline, the account is still active, displaying an ongoing deletion warning message. This prevents me from using another account as the game keeps reloading and showing the same message repeatedly at 50% loading. I have attempted to reinstall the game, but the issue persists. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your assistance. Best regards.
