Hello Supercell, I need assistance with a recent purchase issue. I have multiple villages, with my primary village being Methador #9JQ2LU800, while the second village is used for providing troops to my main one. I mistakenly attempted to purchase the Gold Pass for my second village, THE__SHILEDS #QLJQQLLR, instead of my main village. I do not require the Gold Pass for THE__SHILEDS and would like to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. I am seeking assistance as my game account has been locked. I have two accounts, and I allowed my brother to play on one without logging out. Subsequently, my main account, where I have made purchases, was banned for 31 days. I have tried to recover it to no avail. This game is significant to me as I have dedicated a lot of time and money to it. I lost my second village in Clash of Clans with the following details: Village name: "Out of Love" Clans: "Imagine Fight" and "RupshoR virus" under the tag #9UGCL9V8C, owned by Mizanur Rahman. The village is at level 14 with an XP level of [redacted]. My phone was reset after clicking on an SMS from the Play Store, and upon reopening the game, my phone number and Gmail were changed due to hacking on October 24, [redacted], at 3.00 pm. The game was first opened in [redacted]. I have used Samsung Galaxy Mini, Lenovo, Lava, Vivo, Nokia6, and currently Vivo1902_19. I recently upgraded my phone and sold my old one, not realizing I hadn't wiped it properly. The buyer accessed my accounts, including my Clash Royale (CR) account. Friends noticed strange activity, and my account got permanently banned. I reached out to Apple support to wipe the old phone, but my CR progress of 4+ years got lost. My account, OahuPolarBear, was at level 13 with over 24 maxed cards before the recent update. I'm unable to access my player tag now. The ban was due to a hacker, not me. I'm asking for a review of the ban and reinstatement. If not possible, I hope for a similar account with the progress and resources restored. CR is more than a game to me; it's been a vital coping mechanism. Thank you for your help.

Dear Supercell, I have encountered an issue with my two accounts being locked due to suspicious activity. Recently, I had to take a break from the game due to a family emergency, and during that time, a clan mate played on my behalf during clan war leagues, which is against the terms of agreement. Unfortunately, when I returned and removed the devices associated with my accounts, I unintentionally locked myself out. I have been a loyal player for over 3 years and can provide proof of purchases and devices used in the last 2 years. I sincerely apologize for any unintended rule violation and assure you that I only sought to assist my clan during my absence. There was going to be a rotation in my clan, and I was the co-leader. Hackers attacked my Town Hall 3, then proceeded to lock my Town Hall 14. After unlocking it, they threatened me to leave the clan, or they would ban my account. Once I left the clan, they locked my account, resulting in a ban. I assure you that I did not violate Supercell's policy, and I am a dedicated player seeking justice.
I have been playing the game since November [redacted], putting in hard work. Being banned in a single second after all these years is unfair. I trust Supercell, but the lack of proper response is disheartening. I want justice.

I attempted to recover my old account named yasyas along with my main th eleven account. Supercell asked me challenging questions that did not align with my request. Although the account dates back several years, they requested specifics like the exact last playing date and devices used, contradicting the reason for my request. Despite my best efforts to provide answers, I was accused of account theft, resulting in my main account yasnadyoopie th eleven being banned. Similar issues arose with my secondary account. Both accounts remain banned, and my lost yasyas account recovery is at a standstill. I hope Supercell can restore my main account yasnadyoopie and assist in recovering my old yasyas account. Disappointed with the Supercell support experience.

I have been playing HayDay since [redacted]. Recently, Supercell banned one of my farms for 31 days, accusing me of trying to take over the Somerset Farm, which I started in [redacted] and only played on my Apple iPad. Transitioning to a new device led to me unintentionally selecting the wrong farm and facing difficulties in restoring the correct one, Somerset Farm. While attempting to correct this with HayDay Support, my ban ensued. I now worry about being completely banned if I continue to pursue proving my ownership of Somerset Farm. I was banned for 'Disruptive Behaviour,' which came as a surprise to me. I have been actively playing the game and interacting with my friends from school in a clan. I had two Clash of Clans games saved on my phone, each with a separate village. I requested an agent to remove one of the villages to focus on just one moving forward, but was informed that I would not be able to play on my device for a month. It has now been nearly six months, and despite buying a new iPhone as suggested by a Supercell employee, I am still unable to access the game. The error message states that my account has been disabled due to a deletion request, even though my actual account is not deleted and I can still access it on friends' phones using Supercell ID. This issue seems to be related to my Apple account since it does not work on my iPhones but works on others with different Apple accounts. I only wanted to manage one village and did not ask for this problem. I hope for a solution to play Clash of Clans again on my new iPhone.

I am facing issues logging into my Clash of Clans account with the in-game name "Spirit," having Town Hall level 9 and being above level [redacted] (approximately). I haven't accessed this account in years, predating the implementation of Supercell ID. Recently, I attempted to log in and was prompted to create a Supercell ID.
