I need assistance with a serious issue on my Clash of Clans account. My account details are as follows: - Players tag: #LRP9V8VUU - Account Name: Kundan - Account Level: Townhall 11 (XP-[redacted]) - Clan Name: Chatter Box (#2L9PLPUGL) (Clan level 9) Unfortunately, I made a mistake by trusting a player from my clan, Jorden99 (#8GY20LQPJ), who has now left the clan. He tricked me into connecting my account to his Supercell ID by using his Gmail address. This has resulted in me losing access to my account, which was previously connected to Google Play. He asked me to reinstall the game, and as a result, I have lost my account as well as leadership of the clan. I am seeking urgent help to rectify this situation. Prior to connecting to Supercell, my account was linked to my email address. I hope for a positive resolution to this issue.

Six days ago, I tried to open my Clash of Clans app and found out I was permanently banned. I'm unsure why this happened as I haven't engaged in any disruptive behavior. Some members of our clan were reporting others to cause trouble, but I didn't do anything wrong. This is the third time in two months that someone in our clan has been banned, and now it's permanent with the reason of disruptive behavior. I've been playing for eight years and have nearly maxed out my base. Please reinstate my base so I can continue playing and find a new clan. I can't access my base as I don't have an SC ID number. My login name is "PBilder" and my Clash name is "Beer Dawg." Additionally, I play Clash Royale as Adolphus Busch with the SC ID number #SC-[redacted]. Firstly, I hope you read the entire message. My Clash of Clans ID is #Q9JPQG9PU. I belong to clan #2LQUQJGOU. There was a member named Astro who used disrespectful language towards me, calling me names like "pussy" and "bitch." Then, when a female member joined and he made inappropriate comments asking for a "sloppy blow job," she left immediately. I confronted him, and he had his friend report me, resulting in a 7-day ban for me. I reported the harasser before being banned, and he received a 2-day ban. This is my second ban; I previously contacted support about another issue. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

Dear Support, I am reaching out regarding the ban on my 5 accounts due to alleged account phishing activities. I am certain that my accounts were accessed by someone after my phone was stolen, leading to activities that resulted in the ban. I have never engaged in any malicious actions or cheating, as I value fair play and do not seek to gain any unfair advantages. I am not competitive in a way that would compromise the integrity of the game. Although I am unsure how my password was obtained, I suspect that my phone may have had auto-login enabled or that the password manager autofilled them. I have diligently changed all the passwords I could recall and my email password, which mysteriously logged me out recently. Additionally, I am waiting for my antivirus scan to ensure my computer is secure and not compromised. The truth is that a friend gained access to my Gmail, changed the password, and sold the account on Facebook without my knowledge. I have two accounts, one is a Town Hall 14 and the other a Town Hall 10. Recently, my Town Hall 10 account was demoted from co-leader status by another co-leader during the last two Clan War League days. I was upset but did not say anything ban-worthy. I've been a user for over 8 years and have never been banned before. Please consider unlocking my account. I have invested a significant amount of money into my base over the years. I hope an exception can be made and my account can be monitored going forward.

Hello, I have two accounts, OakRidge TH14, and BootyLover TH14. Both are in the same clan, and I use the same Play Store account for both since I don't have two separate accounts. Unfortunately, my tablet broke, so I couldn't access the game. I've now got a new tablet and need help with my mini base BootyLover #Y2GQYYC8P. The OakRidge account #V20C8RLQ is accessible from my phone. I believe you can verify that both accounts are linked to the same Play Store account. My email associated with the Play Store account is [redacted] I've made purchases on both accounts with the same Play Store account and email. I've been wrongly accused of trying to steal an account that belongs to me. I want the 31-day ban on my BootyLover account lifted and the account restored. I've played on BootyLover since the beginning and regularly participate in monthly season specials with that account. Please investigate why I was accused of trying to steal my own account, which I have played on exclusively.

I was banned for trying to recover my old account, but I believe it was wrongfully done. I can explain why I named the old account as I did and prove its age since it lacks a builder base. If my information wasn't convincing enough, a message would have sufficed rather than a 31-day ban on my main account. I have in-game purchases, like the expiring gold pass, which worsens the situation. I am a legitimate player and not involved in cheating or phishing; my intention was solely to retrieve my old account. I feel unfairly treated with this ban and hope for a resolution to this issue as I am dissatisfied.

A couple of years ago, I was playing Clash of Clans with a friend who requested to use my phone to access his game profile as he had forgotten his password. After that, I tried logging back into my account and found out that it was banned due to attempting to access someone else's account.
