Hello, my Gamertag is MrmobileFanboy. I was part of a Clan named "die jaggers" in Clash Of Clans, with the leader being spayki 02. He requested in the chat for those interested in the Clanwar to respond, but I didn't. Despite that, he included me in the Clan war. As I don't play Clash Of Clans frequently, I received an in-game message in German stating that if I don't do my 2 attacks, I will be kicked. I questioned why I was added to the Clanwar when I had no intention of participating due to my infrequent gaming. This issue led me to contact Supercell. However, a week later, spayki 02 kicked me out and used inappropriate language towards me. This behavior is not acceptable. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you in advance.

My Clash of Clans account was banned back in [redacted] due to my use of the XMOD application. I deeply regret using it and promise not to use any third-party apps in the future. I am hoping to have my banned account reinstated as my friends have returned to the game, and I wish to join them with my Town Hall 9 account. Dear Supercell, A friend told me you helped them recover their banned account, and I've been trying to contact the support team for 10 days with no response. Recently, when I was playing Clash of Clans, I received a notification from a player named HOUSEFULL wanting to connect to my account. I tried to cancel it, but my phone froze. When I restarted it, my account was gone, and I suspect HOUSEFULL hacked it. I reported them once I regained access, but then my account got banned for phishing, even though I didn't try to transfer it. Please assist me in reclaiming my COC account. Many have suggested you can help. I am ready to share all my account details, creation date, and city. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I am having trouble recovering my Clash of Clans account since my phone broke and I received a new one. I cannot receive the 6-digit code to my email despite checking all folders. When trying to recover the account, I struggled to answer some questions due to not remembering every device I have used since playing since [redacted]. I reached out to my carrier for device details, but they advised me to visit the store. In the process, I accidentally got my husband's account locked as well. My account details are laurakk #CR0L89PC in Total Mayhem clan. I have the necessary information, including receipts from 11-25-14. However, I am uncertain why my account was banned during the recovery process. His account is B-Man #90GYG9PV in the same clan. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to contact your support team for the past week via email and within the Clash Royale app with no luck. After investing time and money into playing Clash Royale over the last five years without issues, I was shocked to find that my account was banned. Despite previously receiving temporary suspensions for using inappropriate language, I had learned from those mistakes and was careful not to repeat them. I recently realized that the permanent ban might have been a mistake. Upon reflecting on recent events, I believe the ban may have occurred because my friend, Avery, used his account (which was also on my phone) to engage in inappropriate behavior, resulting in a ban for him and inadvertently for me as well. I value my account with the name "Pounder," last in the clan "Direct Action," and with the player tag #90UL209JY, and sincerely hope for a reconsideration of the ban. Dear Supercell, I need your help. My account got banned for phishing, but I can explain what happened. I was transferring one of my accounts to my new phone, and now I'm banned for phishing. I treasure my account and worked hard on my maxed TH 11 village. Please reconsider and unban my account. I cherish it and would be devastated to start over. I have proof of my purchase history. I recently tried to recover my old account, inadvertently creating a new one in the process. This was my first time attempting to recover the account, providing a detailed description of when it was lost. Despite my efforts, my current account was banned for "account phishing attempt(s)," even though it was my initial recovery attempt. I am now unable to access Clash of Clans on my phone. I have reached out to Supercell for the second time regarding this issue, but it seems like they are ignoring my situation.

Hi, my name is Jey Fer. Super Cell recently banned me for one month. I attempted to contact them regarding a lost account and answered some questions incorrectly, leading them to suspect phishing activities and ban me. I lost access to this account back in [redacted] or [redacted], and I genuinely can't remember. I was merely hoping to recover it but got banned for inaccuracies. It feels unjust since it's been years, and I was only in elementary school when I played Clash of Clans. I wish to regain access to my account, but the mistaken answers led to my ban.

I am unable to access my Supercell account as my iPhone is broken, and I no longer have an iPhone to retrieve my Supercell account email address. I was trying to recover my old account and spoke with a worker who requested additional information. After providing details, I unexpectedly got banned. I spent money on the battle pass and just reached Town Hall 11. I really enjoy the game and don't want to be permanently banned. Please consider my request to be unbanned as I wasn't trying to scam anyone. I would appreciate your help in resolving this as being banned has made my day worse. I have proof that the ban was unjustified and I hope you can understand my situation. Losing access to the game for 31 days would be a setback given my progress. Your game has always brightened my day, and I sincerely hope to have my account back. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to prove my innocence.

Yesterday, my Clash of Clans accounts #989UVUPRP (Mushi_Orange) and #8U98PV2YL (LegendWorldXI) were hacked via my email. The hacker changed the email linked to my Mushi_Orange account, making it inaccessible. I contacted Supercell's help and support through my AgerAA account (#QPGG8YOC9) to recover my accounts. Fortunately, Supercell assisted me in regaining access to my LegendWorldXI account by updating the email to "[redacted]" When trying to retrieve my Mushi_Orange account from my LegendWorldXI account, Supercell mistakenly banned LegendWorldXI, suspecting it was not mine. Both accounts are mine; I updated the email addresses from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" per Supercell's recovery emails on the new email. I am not familiar with the process, and I assure you I am not trying to phish other users. Please assist in restoring my banned account. Thank you for your prompt attention.

I have lost my old account from years ago. I used to play on an iPhone 4S and iPhone 5S, then stopped for a few years until now. I have tried to recover it, but my colleagues told me I attempted to take an account that wasn't mine, which it is. I can provide all details about how I played, my friends, the clan I was in before being kicked out, the level of the king, everything. However, it seems it wasn't me playing after all, so I ask, may I please have access to my old account?

Last night, on August 12th, [redacted], I went to bed at 12 am Eastern Time. Upon waking up at 8 am, I discovered that lower-ranked clan members were kicked out, likely by a hacker who accessed my account. When attempting to log in, I received a "Supercell login expired" message. The hacker changed my name to foreign characters. I quickly changed my email password as a precaution. I own a level [redacted] Town Hall 11 account with the player tag #QPJ2LC28. I have numerous screenshots and recordings of gameplay. This account is valuable to me, and I seek assistance as I have put significant effort into it since the beginning of Clash of Clans. Thank you for any help provided. My account email is [redacted]

I would like to request assistance from a customer service representative regarding the recent ban issued on my Clash of Clans account. I recently re-installed the game and started playing on a new account at town hall 5. Recalling an account from around seven years ago where I was at town hall 8, I attempted to recover that old account without complete details. Despite my efforts through the app and support feature, I lacked essential information like my in-game name, relying only on my memory of playing on an old iPod. Nevertheless, my attempts led to a 31-day ban for alleged account phishing. While aware of security concerns, I was unaware a lack of specific details about the iPod model would result in a ban. Hi, my account was hacked a few months ago, and I've been struggling to recover it ever since. The in-game help and support have been unsuccessful so far. Initially, when my account was compromised, it was a Town Hall level 13 under the village name "Nobody" in the "Puredestruction" clan, which is now at level 22. The email associated with the account is "[redacted]" The hacker has changed the village name to "streakarito_mv," upgraded it to TH14, and joined the "TITANES WAR" clan with 12 clan perks. My player tag is "#22G9VYRUV." I've reached out to Supercell multiple times via email, but only received automated responses that did not address my issue. Supercell, please assist me urgently as I've invested a significant amount of time and money into this account. I can provide proof of my in-game purchases. I am having trouble logging into my account as it requires a code for login, indicating that it is locked. Despite not being able to access my account, I am not receiving assistance through the game app. The support team provided help after providing all the necessary details, only to abruptly end the conversation or state that they cannot help. While playing, someone tried to access my account, leading me to report the issue to Supercell. I subsequently locked both my original and second accounts accidentally while trying to resolve the matter. I am now seeking assistance in regaining access to both accounts. Since I haven't received an unlock code and am unable to recall all login dates and device details, I am requesting help to verify my ownership of the accounts. I assure you that I am the rightful account holder and will prioritize its security in the future. The two account IDs I reached out from are #9V09J0808{exp [redacted]} and #90J9RCGJC {exp [redacted]}, both under the name shivamks in the clan named aja bsdk, which is a level one clan.

To whom it may concern, I woke up to find my account banned for 2 days. As a veteran player, I have never cheated and am puzzled by this. I belong to the adult clan "grownasspeople." I understand the removal of global chat due to bans but feel unfairly targeted. It's disappointing that my investment in the game doesn't seem to matter. I have two Clash of Clans accounts. One is fairly inactive because it's my smaller account played on an old device with many issues. My clan needs more help, so I've been attempting to load this account onto a different device to offer assistance. While I can log in on the tablet where the account exists, it's challenging. Every time I try to load it on another device, a verification code is required. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't locate the associated email with the code since I don't use it frequently. I spent hours today before gaining access to the email, only to find no verification emails in any folder, even after sending a test email to check. Please advise on how I can successfully transfer my account to another device to start using it effectively.
