I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my Clash of Clans account. Unfortunately, my account was permanently banned for allegedly attempting phishing. The truth is, a friend of mine took my phone to try and recover his own account. When he messaged Supercell, it seems he provided false information by mistake, causing confusion. I tried to explain the situation to Supercell, but the ban was already in place before I could clarify. I have been a loyal player since December [redacted] and have never had any issues with Supercell before. My account details are as follows:

I was participating in a war on January 13, [redacted]. When I attempted to log in on January 14, [redacted], I discovered that my accounts had been banned. I use the MEMU Android emulator on my PC to manage all three accounts simultaneously for convenience. This setup allows me to handle donation requests and contributions efficiently. I fail to see how this setup constitutes cheating since I am directly involved in the donation process.
I kindly request that my account access be reinstated, or at the very least, I would appreciate an explanation for the ban. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly valued. Thank you in advance.

I have had a Clash of Clans account for over 6 years linked to my Gmail account, but I recently set up a Supercell account with the help of my friend, McFearless. He gifted me a Golden Pass, which led to creating a Supercell account about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Despite changing my password and blocking third parties in my settings, McFearless still has access to my account. I tried to disconnect Supercell and return it to my Google account, but now my Clash of Clans account is locked out. I have contacted support multiple times to no avail. I woke up to find my account inaccessible, requesting a verification code I do not have. I just want my account back to its original state without Supercell, as I cannot access my games without it now.

During the last clan games in Clash of Clans, I earned 4K points, entitling me to two sets of rewards. However, after selecting two sets, only one was added to my account. When I contacted support, they confirmed the receipt of the first set but did not address the missing second set. Despite multiple follow-ups, they rudely refused to assist further, claiming the matter was closed. I am simply requesting the addition of the second set of rewards that I rightfully earned. My account was hacked along with my email ID. I have tried to recover it, but it has been unsuccessful. The account is still active, and I can see it being used from my other account. Last year, I successfully recovered the account twice by resetting the email password and changing phones. However, this time Supercell has not assisted me. It is unbelievable that an account signed in from India could suddenly show activity in Georgia. You can verify this with the account number #29P9PORQOU. I can provide additional information about this account. The first name was initially Adrian, but I changed it to *BR¡AR€OS. Despite changing phones, I have never traveled outside of India. The last email used was [redacted] The hacker has altered all account recovery details. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I recently encountered an issue with Supercell regarding Clash Royale. Typically, I save my chest openings until the end of the season to maximize my rewards. Unfortunately, Supercell unexpectedly ended the season on Super Bowl day, causing me to lose the chests I had been saving. I am frustrated as I dedicate a lot of time to the game to earn crowns and progress. The lack of consideration for players in this situation is disheartening. I would like to have my chests restored as it feels like my efforts were unfairly invalidated. I believe I have been unfairly banned from the game, along with a friend who had no connection to my actions. The situation stemmed from a disagreement in the clan chat where I offered war strategies. There was a new member who insulted our clan, threatening to report us. I assumed it was a joke, but later found myself banned when attempting to log in. Admittedly, I had been previously banned for inappropriate behavior, which I regret. I had issues with my account as I did not receive notification messages about the change in clan leader. I know it is all automatic, but could you assist me? The new leader expelled everyone and closed the clan with their second account, so you cannot replace them. This does not seem fair to me. Can you please help? Maybe reopen the clan so I can see who to contact through chat. I have been playing this game for many years, and what happened does not seem right since this person just wants to keep the clan without improving it, even though you have the leader cycle to help move the clan forward.

Greetings, for some reason unknown to me, my account has been banned. This account was a co-leader in our clan, of which I am the leader on my other account named Quique. The account used to be named Quique2, but has recently been changed to Bebesita, which is now named after my wife. Around two weeks ago, my friend "Hy," whom I've known for over a decade, was struggling to regain access to his account. He asked me to help him recover it, but unfortunately, the next morning, I found out that I was permanently banned for account phishing. I understand how suspicious this may appear, but I want to clarify that my intentions were solely to assist my long-time friend. I now realize that it was not my place to intervene in his account matters, and I acknowledge that this led to my ban. I was hoping for another opportunity to rectify the situation. My account was mistakenly banned due to suspicion of phishing, which is incorrect. I am a loyal customer with a history of using three accounts, two of which were purchased years ago. At the time of purchase, I was unaware that it violated the Terms of Service (TOS), but I simply wanted to save the money invested in those accounts and the subsequent upgrades, totaling thousands of dollars.
The situation escalated when the original account owner attempted to reclaim an account I had purchased years later, prompting me to change the email address to safeguard my investments. However, instead of recognizing my efforts to protect my assets, I was accused of phishing. As a result, all three of my accounts have been banned, including one that I legitimately purchased and extensively upgraded.
Having invested more than $15,[redacted] over six years in the game, I am deeply disappointed by this outcome. I urge the company to reconsider its decision and either assist me in restoring my accounts, which I strongly prefer, or provide a partial refund, although that is not my preferred resolution.

I would like to request assistance in changing the email linked to my recent game base associated with my Supercell ID. Attempts to seek help through in-game support resulted in being stuck answering repetitive questions from Otto and Sparky. My player tag is #9YQRGQ889, and my player name is Lord Ankit. I created a new account on my Android without knowing I would switch to an iPhone. The Android account is linked to Google Play, and now I've linked my Game Center account on the new iPhone. Is there a way to transfer the gems from my Google Play account to my Game Center account? I still have a significant number of trophies on the old account that I no longer use. I used to play Clash of Clans daily between [redacted] and [redacted] but took a break. Recently, I tried to retrieve my account without the original device. After creating a new account and contacting support, I struggled with answering all the security questions accurately. When I later found most of the correct answers, I provided them to the best of my knowledge, given the time that had passed. Unfortunately, upon trying to log in next, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned for "account phishing."

I was a founding member of the "Ming Dynasty" clan. After returning to playing Clash of Clans, I noticed an inactive account currently leading our clan. With no elders or co-leaders, and with the inactive account having no part in creating the clan, I feel I should be named leader. The other two accounts are inactive and not original members, so I believe it's fair to transfer leadership back to the clan's founders.

I realized that my village went missing a few years back, and recently, a friend pointed out that it's still active. The issue arose because my iPod 4 became obsolete due to a Clash of Clans update, leaving me without a compatible device.
