Dear Team, I was playing Clash of Clans on my iPhone when I encountered some issues that led me to reset my phone at the iPhone center. Upon trying to log back into Clash of Clans, I realized my ID is no longer accessible. I need assistance in recovering my ID since I put in a lot of effort to reach the level I was at in COC. Dear Supercell,
Today, my friend was banned for disruptive behavior. There was an argument between us, and he said some offensive things like calling me names. I believe the permanent ban is excessive. Even in the heat of an argument, I think a ban of 1 or 2 months would have been more appropriate. Please reply as soon as possible so I can provide further details.

I lost access to my account. After resetting my phone, the email linked to my Clash of Clans account was deleted. I've created a new Google account, but it is connected to Facebook, where my original Clash of Clans account was registered. The same Facebook account is still active on my phone. I've been having trouble logging into my Clash of Clans account despite multiple attempts. It seems like I've lost access to my Town Hall 9 account under the name SwAG MaSTEr- #GUPLU2J, and now when I try to log in, I'm directed to a Town Hall 1 account at XP Level [redacted], Town Hall Level 9. I recently turned the legal age to have an email, and I needed to reach out to you regarding an issue with my account transfer. Unfortunately, during the transfer, the HQ level was forgotten, I recall not having a medic but I did have rocket launchers on my base. The information got mixed up on my iPad. The account on iPad (1) was the correct one, with a high level and well-equipped base. I attempted to link it to iPad (2) according to the steps provided, but instead, iPad (2) linked to iPad (1) and resulted in me losing all my progress :( I'm hoping you can help me resolve this. Could we possibly chat through webchat or a similar platform? I recently attempted to recover my old game account after losing access to it due to a phone incident a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, my account got banned for "account phishing" in the process. Despite my concerns about retrieving it, I assure you it was legitimately mine. It's disheartening to be accused of such, especially when I just wanted to continue where I left off without starting anew. Being unable to play the game now has left me frustrated and seeking resolution.

Two days ago, I used my account on my sister's phone as mine was lagging. She logged in, I played for a while, and then went to bed. The next morning, when I tried to log in on my phone, it asked for an unlock code. I didn't use any mods or play improperly. I'm upset that my account was banned. I upgraded from Town Hall 9 to Town Hall 12 during Winter Jam, using many magic items. I dropped from Master League 2 to Silver 3 for more loot and less defense. However, I didn't benefit as expected. After a day, I found myself in Gold 1 due to opponents surrendering after deploying their heroes. I lack a max army to match max bases in multiplayer battles, making it impossible to defeat or loot them. If there's a way to downgrade my Town Hall level or suggest another solution, it would be appreciated. My game tag is #PURY2PUGG. Thank you.

Since the recent TH13 update, my game has been experiencing issues. Despite having a 4G internet connection and over 30GB of free space, the game keeps crashing and disconnecting randomly. Initially, I could manage, but now the game won't load at all, which has been ongoing for a few hours. All other online apps on my device are working fine. I suspect these issues are due to bugs from the update. I believe it's necessary to address these problems before releasing updates to ensure a smooth gaming experience. Hello, my name is Arpit. In February, a girl joined my clan BATTLETHRONE. She wanted to give me her account because she had exams coming up. She instructed me to log in with her Supercell ID in the settings by providing her email address. I followed her instructions, but then she mentioned not receiving the verification code. Yesterday, I opened my Clash of Clans account, but it shows that my account has been permanently banned for Account Phishing. I have not engaged in any suspicious activities with my account. I have been playing Clash of Clans with that account since [redacted]. I recently purchased a new phone, OnePlus 7, and sold my old phone to someone without formatting it, which I realize now was a mistake. I have never attempted to access anyone else's account.
