Supercell Support: Clash of Clans Player "Dhruv" with tag P9VCRCP9Y Hello Supercell team, while playing Clash of Clans, I mistakenly used [redacted] gems to upgrade my gem mine to level 5 when I had around [redacted] gems. I did not intend to upgrade it and would like to request a refund of the [redacted] gems. If needed, you can revert my gem mine back to level 4. I rely on these gems as I cannot purchase them, so I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to your response.

I have been experiencing significant issues since the recent update. Firstly, regarding the Supercell ID, I am unable to connect on Clash Royale. Interestingly, I had no trouble connecting on Boom Beach on my first attempt. However, with Clash Royale, despite entering the correct 6-digit code, the game claims it is incorrect, resulting in me being locked out of my account for 24 hours each day. Secondly, within my two clans, there is a glitch where trading causes the game to crash and kick me out. The only solution seems to be deleting and reinstalling the app to resume playing. This is the first time I have encountered problems with any Supercell game, and it is causing frustration among some of my clan members. Thank you for addressing these issues. - Ty, havend123

I had an Android phone three years ago with my Google Play and Facebook accounts linked. I switched to an iPhone without transferring the account. How can I activate the same account on my new phone since I no longer have access to my old Android phone? I am looking to reconnect with my friends on the game. I have been seeking assistance through the support feature in the Clash Royale app, but unfortunately, I have not received the help I need. I would like to escalate this matter to speak with a manager. I have been experiencing an issue where my card levels do not match the level of my tower, causing unfair matchups against opponents with higher-level cards and towers. This has resulted in a frustrating gaming experience where I have not won a game in several days. The matchmaking system seems flawed, and I feel the game has become less enjoyable due to these unfair matches. I believe there should be improvements made to ensure a more balanced and fair gameplay experience for all users.

A player with the tag #PL89G9Q8P joined my clan and claimed that Clash of Clans caused him to fail his exam, wanting to quit the game and give me his account. He requested my Facebook ID, which I shared. He mentioned his account was logged into Supercell and provided an email, [redacted], to log in. After entering a code he provided, my account was linked to Supercell, but I didn't receive any emails at my connected Google ID, [redacted] My Clash of Clans ID is #8G8V8V8QJ, and my clan tag is #GQPGORJR. Despite reaching out to Clash of Clans and Supercell with different IDs, I have not received any responses. I have been playing Clash of Clans since [redacted], starting in Qatar, and have put in a lot of effort to build my clan with friends. Unfortunately, this player renamed my account from ✌️✌️हेम कुमार्✌️✌️ to cRaZY KilleR, changed the clan leadership, and kicked out all my clan mates. I would appreciate any assistance.

I have been experiencing a persistent issue in the game for almost a year now. Whenever I play, my opponent always seems to know they are going to win with a significant elixir advantage. I have tried contacting in-game support multiple times about this problem, but the conversation is repeatedly closed. Additionally, whenever I try to access in-game customer support, my internet connection gets lost, and the game resets. This happens consistently every time I attempt to reach out for help.

Hello, My name is Colin Dufault. Several months ago, I lost my phone to water damage, resulting in the loss of access to my level [redacted] account. I created a new account and reconnected with my old clan, using the tag "colin" for the old account and "colinWPG" for the new one to identify myself as being from Winnipeg, Canada. I tried to accept starting over, but I am currently stuck at level 4 Town Hall as I am unable to transfer my old account due to the water damage affecting my ability to sync it. Hello SUPERCELL Support Team, I've been trying to purchase the Pass Royale for the last season and this season, but I keep encountering an error message that says, "Sorry, there was an error on our end." I'm disappointed because I returned to the game after a few years based on my friends' recommendation, and they introduced me to the Pass. I successfully claimed all the rewards last season and have been attempting to buy the Pass every day. I thought I would try again this season, but I'm still facing the same issue. I mistakenly provided my son with the wrong authorization code for his Clash of Clans game, resulting in a 24-hour lockout. We have been attempting various methods to help him access his account on his new phone. The game was registered under his school email, which he no longer uses due to changing schools. After contacting the school, they unlocked his account, enabling us to transfer the account to his new email address. His old school email is [redacted] I mistakenly provided him with the verification code [redacted] [redacted] instead of the correct code you sent, which is [redacted] [redacted].

Good afternoon! I need assistance recovering my Clash of Clans account named "the great KING." It is a town hall 10 account with no clan affiliation. I have not played for some time, and though my game is linked to Game Center, I am unable to receive a verification code. The system also mentions that no Supercell ID is connected to my email "[redacted]" I hope to regain access to this account as I have invested years in building it up. After updating, I am unable to switch between my three accounts on one device. The first account, henrok23, is level 65 in the task force named [redacted] Boom. The other two accounts are named VEGA and Stephen Boom, both also at level 65 under the same task force. I have attempted restarting, uninstalling, and clearing the cache without success. When I delete and re-add my email, it only creates a new account starting at level 1. Any assistance would be appreciated.

While playing Clash of Clans, another player offered to give me their account as they no longer wanted it. They asked me to sign in using their Supercell ID and shared an OTP. Unfortunately, after signing in, they gained access to my account. I am concerned about the safety of my Gmail account. I would like to regain access to my own account and ensure the security of my email and gaming account.

I inquired about an old account I had prior to creating my new one for the game. I provided all possible information about my lost village. However, I received a ban for account phishing. I was enjoying playing the game again and I just wish for my account to be unbanned so I can continue playing. I assure you that I have never engaged in any cheating behavior. I regret getting upset earlier and I apologize for that. Thank you for your assistance.

I had an account under the username "inferno drago77" and decided to create a new account. After logging out of Supercell ID, I made a new account by selecting the option to play without Supercell ID. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log back into my new account. My player tag was #RQLRGU8J, with an XP level of 11, belonging to the clan "Auzzie Snags," and a trophy count of [redacted]. I recently purchased the Pass Royale for season four and urgently need to access my account. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I had an old Clash account a few years ago with great progress at TH9. I stopped playing, and now, two years later, I have a new phone number and email address. I'm having trouble accessing my old Apple ID, which is linked to the account, because it's asking for verification from my old phone number that I no longer have. I recently switched from Android to Apple and unfortunately lost access to my account. I was at level 88, and my friend code was #9RC2JGO. The username linked to the account was Cody Zigg. I made purchases using gems and packs with the email [redacted] Despite searching, I could not locate a Supercell account linked to this email. I have receipts from Google Play showing purchases made for the account. This was a valuable account to me, and I would appreciate any assistance in recovering it. My friends have been actively playing, and I would like to rejoin them in the game.

A few years back, I unintentionally deleted the Gmail account that my Clash Royale and Clash of Clans accounts were linked to. At the time, I was already logged in, so it wasn't a big issue. However, now with a new phone, I am unable to retrieve my account. Upon opening the app, I am prompted to restore my King Level 9 account connected to Game Center, but it requires me to log in with a Supercell ID. I am hoping for assistance to update the email associated with my account. Thank you. I have looked into it, and it seems that Supercell can change my Supercell ID once, which is what I am hoping to accomplish.
