I have been playing Clash of Clans on my phone for a while, and recently re-downloaded it on my tablet from the Google Play Store. However, when I try to open the game, I only get a black loading screen. I have tried various solutions like force-stopping the application, clearing the cache, rebooting the tablet, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work. I have the latest versions of both the game and my tablet, and have also attempted different network settings with no success. Interestingly, when I turn off the internet while loading the game, I can see the Supercell logo and hear the loading sound, but as soon as I reconnect, it goes back to a black screen. My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note Tab 10.1.

I am facing an issue with my Jane Alam ID, which seems to be linked to my other ID, IDK. While seeking assistance with my Dip Shaha ID, I experienced delays in responses. Realizing that using my primary ID might expedite the process, I provided my Jane Alam ID details to my editor, th 12 #$ilent Mahadi. Shortly after, my #$ilent Mahadi ID was unexpectedly banned for allegedly attempting to steal an account. This has caused me distress. I seek clarification as to why my secondary ID was banned when all the IDs belonged to me. I urge for the reactivation of my #$ilent Mahadi ID, which I have diligently built over four years. Good morning. Today, as I was donating troops for an upcoming war in the game, I was surprised to find out that my account, as well as my 8-year-old son's account, had been banned. I am confused as to why this happened, as the reason provided stated that I had used unauthorized software or hacks, which is untrue. My son and I have always played the game fairly and abided by its rules. I have never used any cheats or hacks to gain an unfair advantage. I am willing to answer any questions you may have. I am having trouble accessing my village on Clash of Clans. Since the October 16 update, the game won't open on BlueStacks on my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and BlueStacks but still can't retrieve my village using my Gmail account. After managing to open my Gmail account at [redacted], when I try to retrieve my village using Supercell ID, it says it's sending a code to Gmail, but I don't receive it. The village name I'm trying to retrieve is "weaargrandpa231," and our clan is "weag." The last time I needed to retrieve my village, the 6-digit code was sent to my other email, [redacted] I need the code to access my town hall 11 village instead of starting from scratch. Thank you.

This morning when I tried to log in, I was surprised to find out that I had been banned for a certain number of days. I'm not entirely sure what led to this. I am one of the top donators and most active members in our clan. I always offer help to my clan mates, giving advice and offering to teach them new attack strategies. Some members consistently miss their war attacks, and I suggested that there should be consequences for this behavior. I even informed the leader that these individuals might be taking advantage of her leniency. During the last war search, which I participated in, I made sure to fill all the clan castles and then logged off for the night. It is important to me not to disappoint my team due to someone misusing the report button. I kindly request Supercell to review and lift the ban. Thank you for taking the time to address my concern. I've been playing for literally 4 months now and I can't find a new character. I open boxes, buy them with gems, but nothing. No character shows up for me. In case you need it, my nickname in BRAWL STARS is gxleon2.0. Yes, I am a girl, and I love this game, but I can't find any more characters. I've even gotten to the point of uninstalling the game because there's nothing new, and it's becoming harder as the characters reach very high levels. I don't have any legendary characters, while all my friends have at least one. I have [redacted] trophies, but I think it's time to do something. A person can't wait to reach a certain number of trophies to get a legendary. At least Frank. With that character, I can only play on my friends' phones. The same goes for Piper and Mortis. I've been an avid player of Clash of Clans since its release without any issues. Recently, when switching to a new phone, one of my accounts went missing causing me to fear it was lost. After reaching out via email for help, I was directed to a computer-generated response that led to my account being banned without cause. Despite figuring out how to regain access to my account and successfully logging in, I was met with a ban message. I've invested a significant amount of money into this game, appreciating its gameplay, and now having my almost fully upgraded Town Hall 12 account taken away feels unjust. I'm requesting for my account to be unbanned as there's no valid reason for the restriction. As the creators of the game, Supercell has the ability to reverse the ban and restore my valuable account, despite any initial claims of impossibility.

I am a big fan of Brawl Stars, and recently I unlocked Sandy from a brawl box, which has me excited. With Halloween approaching and new skins being released, I was thinking it would be cool if Sandy could have a mummy-themed appearance with white bandages. This could be a popular choice among players. Additionally, it would be great if Mortis could have a vampire makeover with a dramatic collar and a spear instead of a shovel. I know this suggestion might not be seen, but I appreciate the effort the team puts into the game. On another note, I would love to acquire Crow in the game; he is amazing! Maybe giving him a bat-inspired appearance would be fitting for his character.
