Hello, I've been a Clash Royale player for two years and invested a significant amount in my account. However, two days ago, I logged in to find my account reset to the beginning. My clan members can still see my account, but I can't access it. I don't know which email it's linked to since my son set it up for me. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. - Luke

I was recently banned in Clash of Clans, which I find unjust. Following SuperCell's instructions, I contacted them through the app using my account 'Andrew' to address an issue where my friend's account was being accessed on another device without permission. While interacting with Nicholas on Clash of Clans, I was asked specific questions like providing my first purchase receipt and listing all devices used to access the account, which I couldn't answer. Despite explaining that I didn't have that information, my account was later banned for alleged phishing attempts. SuperCell accused me of trying to hack the account, which is not true. I seek assistance as the support from SuperCell has been disappointing.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for 3 to 4 years. After a break and changing my phone and email, I tried to retrieve my old village, but had trouble due to lack of information. Eventually, I created a new village and was playing well until a friend found my old village. I managed to gather the missing information and contacted Supercell to recover it. Despite answering all questions accurately given the time gap, I discovered yesterday that I was banned for "phishing," resulting in the loss of both villages. I seek guidance on what went wrong and to have at least one of my accounts reinstated as I believe I have not violated any rules.

My issue is with the support team of Clash Royale; they just abruptly close the chat. You can check out the chat log, the player's name is Mark. It's unbelievable; they are being paid by you to do nothing. This kind of support is not helpful; they ignore players. My suggestion is that after battles, you should offer a Report button to identify hackers and cheaters better. This way, we can report them right after the match because I have encountered cheaters multiple times and had no way to report them. It doesn't make sense to allow this in your game; it shows when they repeatedly play the same card or have unlimited Elixir. For duo battles, the Report button would also be useful to report players who simply quit the game, giving them a 3-day ban from duo battles. The half-hour or three-hour penalty is nothing. For example, I work 8 hours a day, sleep 5 to 6 hours, and if I play the game shortly before work or bedtime, the 3-hour penalty is not a bother. A three-day ban would be much more effective; it's not as easy to bypass. Please take action against your support team in Clash Royale. If their task is to close the chat, then I would like to apply as a supporter; it's a nice side job.

I used to play Clash of Clans (COC), but one day I accidentally deleted it. After downloading it again and logging in with my Google Play account, I found my village had reverted back to Town Hall 1 instead of Town Hall 10. Despite reaching out to support and providing all the necessary details, I have not received a satisfactory response yet. Here is the information of my lost village for reference: Code: #9CU2QJOY2 Player Name: Nick Player Level: [redacted] Current Clan: Not in a clan Device used: Micromax Canvas Unit Q427 Started playing: October or November [redacted] Lost account: March or April [redacted] I hope someone can assist me in restoring my lost progress.

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to read this! My account was banned for account phishing on Friday the 13th. I was unaware of the reasons behind it until I sought help on reddit and discovered some of my actions seemed suspicious. My friend, Aaron B, had his account and Gmail stolen on Wednesday, September 4th. He suspects someone at his school took it due to his th12 status. We bonded over Clash of Clans at a friend's party and became each other’s only in-game friends despite living in different cities. Aaron asked me to contact Supercell as he was struggling to get a response. I reached out through in-game support from one of my accounts but received no reply for three days. I contacted them again the following Thursday to assist Aaron, only to find my own account banned the next day. Although Aaron recovered his account by changing the Gmail, I was unaware as I missed his call and contacted Supercell on his behalf, leading to misunderstandings. I understand Supercell's caution in such matters and appreciate their security measures. I have evidence of the suspicious log-in attempts Aaron faced and our individual in-game progress if needed. Thank you for your attention and apologies for any misunderstandings. Best regards, Despicable lvl 90 - th11

While playing, my shield expired, and I received a message to exit the game due to being without a shield for too long. Shortly after, I was notified that my village was under attack, but attempting to watch it redirected me to Supercell ID. However, using my Supercell ID displayed a different base, named "abraxas," instead of my original one. It's frustrating that after leaving the game briefly, I can't easily return to my account and encounter these login issues. The transition to Supercell ID has caused this problem, which I never faced with Google Play. I belong to the clan "War Loaded" and my in-game name is abraxas, a Town Hall 12. I would appreciate a complete reset to utilize Google Play for this game instead of dealing with the Supercell login system.

The other day, my son's backpack got stolen at the zoo while he was on a class trip. I usually feel reassured that he can contact me if needed. However, I encountered an issue with three accounts on a device that got banned, including my main account, Dizzy42o, a level [redacted] TH12. I have always played fair and invested time and money into my accounts. I tried to retrieve my accounts but found out one is banned. I am disappointed by the situation. I hope for the account to be unbanned. I have multiple TH levels, but I mainly use my TH12 and TH11 accounts. Hopefully, there are other parents who can relate to my situation. Thank you for your attention and for considering the right decision.

Hello, I need assistance with changing the name on my CoC account. During my absence from the game for about three years, a friend changed my account name to "Your bitch" in Spanish, which is inappropriate. I recently returned to playing CoC, and I cannot afford the [redacted]-gem cost to change it back. Previously, I lost my main account four or five years ago and couldn't recover it due to email verification issues with customer support. I had invested a lot of money in that account with five builder's huts. Now, on my new account, I only have three builders and [redacted] gems, which I want to save for buying more builders without spending real money. I hope you can understand my situation and help me change my account name. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Denis. I initially created my Clash of Clans account a couple of years ago on my old iPhone 7S, which was a Sprint phone. Recently, I upgraded to the new iPhone XS Max and switched to Verizon. Due to the poor condition of my old phone, I couldn't transfer any data to my new device. I reinstalled Clash of Clans but am struggling to restore my account because I may have used an older email address for my Supercell account. I opened an in-game ticket for help with restoring my account as I had a Town Hall 9 and had invested a lot of time and money into it. After some delay, I received a response asking verification questions, which I answered accurately. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access the game due to a mistaken accusation of "phishing." I can provide many details about my account, and even my sister can confirm my ownership. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to avoid further complications. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Raj Chinchole from India. I recently contacted Supercell about an issue with my village being hacked. Someone connected their Gmail to my village account while I had not linked mine previously. I noticed my account was only linked to my mobile Play Store five days ago, and now it's accessible to the wrong person. I kindly request that you connect my village to my sister's email account, [redacted], as a last resort. My village name is ANU, town hall level 11, part of The Avengers clan, with a village XP of [redacted]. I am eager to resolve this situation and appreciate your assistance, Supercell. Thank you.

My phone had a network issue causing me to uninstall and reinstall Brawl Stars. After recreating an account, I tried to load my original Supercell ID but ended up with the new account. Despite attempting to recover my old account, I could only access the new one. The original account didn't appear when I signed in, and the game saved over it when I tried to log out. I am puzzled by why my original account didn't show up and how I can retrieve it. Losing my progress and investment in the game is frustrating, especially due to a simple mistake. It would be helpful if safeguards were in place against accidental deletion. With multiple games and devices, it's easy to get confused. I hope to find a solution to recover my old Brawl Stars account. Thank you.

My friend took my phone at school, assumed leadership, then appointed his friend as leader, causing disruptions in my clan. One of our senior members left due to this. The remaining members are in full support of me and wish to have me, ZLL331, reinstated as the leader. Unfortunately, fulton0912 and BIG DUCKY are not willing to step down. I founded the clan, Electro Vault, in December, and as a new Town Hall 12 player, I have put in a lot of effort to build it into a level 9 clan. Your assistance in restoring my leadership would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support. Have a great day.

I am having trouble finding my account for Brawl Stars. Typically, when I reinstall the game, I play the beginning levels, then log in with my Supercell ID in the in-game settings once I reach the main screen. However, this time when I tried to recover my game account using my email, I accidentally saved new progress over my old account. Is there a way to retrieve my old progress or reverse this mistake? Any help in recovering my original account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I need assistance with my village in Clash of Clans. I had connected it to my Gmail, but someone asked me to enter their Supercell ID. After doing so, my village, which I've had for 5 to 6 years, was lost. My name is Kunal F. and my town hall is level 10. My tag code is #8QC89C8CP. The village is now in the Pekka clan with the tag code #VOPRRQUC. I would like to have my village back and have it only connected to my Gmail account. I am a dedicated Clash of Clans player and hope for a resolution. Thank you for your help.

I recently set up my Supercell account on an iPhone for the first time unfortunately, the phone got locked due to a hacking incident involving spam and illegal transactions made with a card tied to the account. As a result, I had to discard the phone and lost access to my Supercell account. I attempted to sign in again, hoping to link the account to my original Gmail, but it seems to still be connected to the progress on the iPhone. I am currently at King Level 12 with cards above Level 9. When I tried to register it with my original Gmail, I received a message stating that the account was already in use, which I now understand. The account details are as follows: Name - Crown Master, Player Tag - 9G8G99VPU, Clan - No Clan, XP Level - 8, and Trophies - [redacted].

A user has been using multiple accounts to harass members of the Phoenix Fires clan. Screenshots show the user known as “Haygay” and “Requesting63” engaging in disruptive behavior. The clan leader, “JJ303,” initially removed Haygay due to inappropriate behavior in the clan's friendly environment. Despite being removed, Haygay keeps rejoining the clan under false pretenses and continues to spam the chat. The user has now begun using the account “Requesting63” to further disrupt the clan and frequently attempts to spam the chat. If the clan leader decides to lock the clan to stop the harassment, new recruits would only be able to join with an invitation.
