I am trying to recover my account which I have forgotten the email for, but it belongs to me as it is under my name. Despite explaining this, Supercell mistakenly banned me for account phishing. I put a lot of effort into it, reaching Town Hall and leveling up to TH8 with level 69-73 and purple and black walls. I started the account on December 24, [redacted], under my name. I was part of the clan SHUSHHHH, led by Ryan, with 6 wars. I have all the achievements in my Google Play games and can provide details. I would greatly appreciate help in retrieving my account.

I am having trouble with my CC account and cannot access the email linked to it. Despite contacting customer support multiple times over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. Super Cell informed me to log in again, but this is impossible without email access. I had to create a new account to discuss this with customer support, which left me dissatisfied. I was trying to gather the required information to prove my account ownership when I was banned for alleged phishing attempts, a term I am unfamiliar with. I simply want to recover my account and update the email address. The email associated with the account is [redacted], but please do not send any correspondence there as it is not accessible. Username: MisterFister I had an argument with a player who defeated me on ladder. In response to his taunts, I engaged in banter without threats or violence. Unfortunately, I suspect he mobilized his clan mates to unjustly report me, resulting in a permanent ban. Previously, I received a warning for inappropriate language, which I ceased to use. I was unaware that retaliating to trash talk could lead to a ban. I am requesting a review of the specific comments that led to my ban. As a dedicated player since the game's launch in Canada, I am deeply upset by this ban without prior notice or explanation. I urge you to examine the reported context thoroughly. I believe I did not violate the terms of service and would appreciate a chance to rectify any errors and continue contributing positively to the clash community. Thank you for your understanding. I believe others may be facing similar situations.

Hi Supercell, I believe Clash Royale is an excellent game, and I have an idea for a new card that my friends and I came up with called the Swashbuckler. This card wields both a pistol for shooting at air, land, and buildings quickly with moderate damage and a sword that deals substantial damage similar to a mini PEKKA but with a slightly faster attack rate when enemies are near. We envision this card fitting well into the shipwrecked theme. We suggest it could be a legendary card, but that decision is ultimately yours. If you decide to implement this, we would be grateful for the card and some gems. Our usernames are LucasTheBeast, Lucas23, loading..., will_isthebest, and hoops32. This morning while playing Brawl Stars, I came across the new Piper skin. Although I wasn't planning on purchasing it since I rarely use Piper, I was intrigued and decided to test it for fun. Unfortunately, my friend unintentionally bought the skin for me while messing around. While I was a bit frustrated, it was only [redacted] star points, so it wasn't a major issue. I was wondering if it's possible to get those points refunded, considering it was just a cosmetic purchase for a character I don't use often. I understand if a refund isn't feasible, as it may not be fair to request it. Thanks.

I need help with my account. Four weeks ago, my old clan called Universal King was hacked by a leader with the ID "hack," leading to my account being locked. However, I managed to recover my account by providing proof of ownership. I play Clash of Clans on multiple devices including Oppo Realme 3, Asus ZenFone Max M2, Sony M5 Dual, and Samsung Galaxy On Max because I love the game. Despite buying a new phone, Realme 3, two weeks ago, I am not selling my account as I have invested a lot of time and money into it over the past three years. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to show my dedication to the game. Please help me by unbanning my account and I am willing to comply with any new terms and conditions. I would like to retrieve my old game "Cindy lue who" where I used to play with my brothers and dad. Their screen names for the clan are dw4923, silky Jonhson, and [redacted] trioxon. My tag for my account was #20808CUGJ, and I was town hall 10. I initially started playing around [redacted] on an iPhone, then switched to an Android, and now I've returned to iPhone. I am unsure of my Supercell login, but I started playing with my email [redacted] I reached out to support for help last night, and they requested a gem receipt from my first purchase, which I unfortunately do not have. Unfortunately, I got banned while trying to recover my own game.

Someone logged into my Supercell account without my knowledge. My account name is Yourdaddy! with the tag #2U2QOURY9. I need to log out of my Supercell account on all devices. I used to be the leader of a level 11 clan called Purple Raven with the tag #QLG2VPJU. Someone accessed my account and kicked out all my clan members, then kicked me out as well. They even sent a video anonymously, which I reported to Clash of Clans Helpshift, but they directed me to contact them in-game (conversation code: [redacted]07). Despite trying, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them in-game and only get automated responses. My friends worked hard in the game, and they are upset with me. I sincerely request assistance as I am unable to resolve this on my own.

My ID was hacked, and my phone was stolen, leaving me unable to access it. Despite recently recovering my ID a month or two ago, the hacker compromised it again two to three days ago. I need assistance as I am struggling to recover it, even after providing the necessary information. My account was hacked, and unfortunately, I don't have my phone to recover it. I only recall the Gmail associated with the account. A month or two ago, I managed to recover the account, but a few days ago, the hacker gained access once more. Despite providing the same information, I can't reclaim my account this time. My underage son, who is only 16 years old, downloaded the game BRAWL STARS created by Supercell. I attempted to recover my old Clash of Clans account after switching to a new phone by re-downloading the game. Unfortunately, I was unable to sign in using my Apple ID. I reached out to Supercell's support team for assistance and provided them with images of my account. My friend allowed me to use their phone to capture these pictures since I couldn't access my account. Both of us belong to the same clan called OFBSHIIT, and I go by the name King Jerry in the game. I have tried to contact the hacker and request my email back, unfortunately, my game data was not recovered. I suspect the hacker is located in Indonesia.
