I bought Breeders Cup tickets for Nov 3 and 4 at Santa Anita Race Course. The tickets should arrive via FedEx two days before the event. However, I will be on vacation at a resort without the address for the week before. If I don't receive the tickets by October 23, I will have to cancel my order and buy new ones. StubHub, please ensure the paper tickets will be delivered by October 23 or inform me if this is not possible so I can cancel my order.

I need to report a fraud incident. I purchased four tickets for the Foo Fighters concert with order number [redacted]51. When we arrived at the entrance, we were denied entry as the tickets were invalid. The box office informed us that the tickets had been sold to multiple people. I traveled to AZ for my wife's birthday celebration, and the tickets we bought from StubHub turned out to be fake. I am looking for at least a [redacted]% refund to be credited back to my card. - Michael M.

I recently received one of my orders which included a pit seat for Aerosmith, but the event has been postponed. I am missing a VIP ticket, and my bank only provided a printout. The total amount was $4,[redacted].88. I've called customer service multiple times, but only the pit seat is showing in my account. I do not need the parking pass refund, I just want my missing ticket or a refund. This situation is really stressing me out. I've been on hold for 55 minutes now after several unsuccessful calls. It's frustrating to have to fight for what I paid for when spending this kind of money.

I bought two tickets for Aftershock in Sacramento on October 6 back in May, but unfortunately, I never received them. Despite several attempts to reach out to them, I was told to wait until the day of the event for the tickets to be delivered. Disappointingly, the tickets never arrived, causing me to waste $[redacted] on a hotel room for the concert. On the day of the event, I couldn't get through to StubHub and the Aftershock website was down. I am seeking a refund for the tickets that were purchased but never received.

I bought VIP tickets for the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas in March, costing over $[redacted]. Despite multiple calls to customer service last week yielding no results, I did not receive the wristbands nor any confirmation. Surprisingly, on Sunday night, the tickets arrived via FedEx at an old address. Due to this mix-up, I had to cancel my hotel and flight bookings. It would be appreciated if a refund could be processed for the ticket purchase made under Parker Keane. I can be reached at [redacted]. I purchased tickets for the Cypress Hill concert at The Novo in Los Angeles scheduled for October 28 on September 20, but I did not receive them. My son and I traveled all the way from Indio, CA for the concert only to find out this is a common issue you are aware of. I am requesting a full refund or tickets to a similar event. It is concerning that this problem persists without a solution in place. My son's birthday was ruined, and it would mean a lot if you could address this issue promptly.

I ordered 2 tickets for the San Antonio Spurs and LA Clippers game on November 22, [redacted], with order number #[redacted]92. When trying to select seats in Section [redacted], Row 18, on Ticketmaster, the tickets were not available, so I bought different seats on the same site. However, I noticed charges on my credit card for $[redacted].85 from StubHub and $95.44 from Ticketmaster. I received an email from StubHub to accept tickets, but I already purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and won't be accepting these. The redirection to a third party and the unavailable seats message caused confusion. I kindly request a refund of $[redacted].85 from StubHub. Thank you. - J. Montez

I purchased 3 tickets for the OU Iowa State Game on October 28, but the owner did not transfer them electronically. The tickets were sent 3 days after the game on October 2. I had to buy 3 more tickets as the original ones did not arrive. I've been trying to contact StubHub for weeks, but keep getting put on hold and disconnected. Today, I spoke with an agent who said she would escalate my refund request, but she ended the call abruptly. Order number: [redacted]15 I need this matter resolved promptly.

I need urgent assistance. I listed 2 tickets on StubHub for Nathaniel Rateliff tonight. The order number is #[redacted]03, contact email [redacted] I am unable to transfer the tickets as they were not accepted by a third party I was not aware of. I need help accepting and transferring the tickets to the buyer by 4 pm today, 11/3/23. I spoke with StubHub earlier, but the call got disconnected. When I try to "accept" the tickets on the website, there are no options visible. I am anxious about losing out on the money.

I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction on my credit card statement for ticket number [redacted]83, which I did not purchase. Despite responding with an 'N' as instructed when asked about the transaction, the charge went through. I have already informed American Express about this fraudulent charge. It appears that my account has been compromised or your system has been breached. I kindly request a refund of $[redacted].76 to be credited back to my credit card.

I encountered an issue with Order # [redacted]60 for the John Legend concert. My StubHub order and email confirmation listed Tue, Nov 7th as the event date, but upon arrival at the venue today, I was told the concert is actually on Wed, Nov 8th. This has caused inconvenience as I need to rearrange my plans and travel back to the venue tomorrow. I am seeking an explanation, compensation, and confirmation that my tickets will be valid for tomorrow with similar or improved seating arrangements. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly to proceed with my plans tomorrow.

I had a problem not receiving my tickets and missing a show in July. They refunded me $82 and provided a credit. I initially used the site as a guest but now have an account under [redacted] I've tried to use the credit for two tickets to Doobie in Atlanta tomorrow, but the code isn't working. If someone could assist me in applying the code correctly, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
