Hello, I had purchased 4 eGift cards, 3 were $[redacted] each and 1 was $[redacted]. When I tried using them as a guest, I encountered issues. The email associated with the transaction is [redacted], which now has multiple guest accounts due to my attempts to locate the funds for ticket purchases. Unfortunately, the $[redacted] has been redeemed, making it challenging for me to proceed. Despite multiple calls over 5 days, I have not received assistance, causing me to lose out on tickets for a concert. I am eager to transfer the money to my new account under [redacted] before it's too late to buy tickets. I bought 2 tickets for Jason Aldean on June 13th for the concert on August 5th. I accidentally purchased the wrong tickets and tried to cancel the order, but there was no option to cancel. The automated message from customer service instructed me to call back on the day of the event. I am disappointed with this experience and unsure if I want to use StubHub again in the future. I am attempting to sell these tickets, and the process on your website is quite confusing. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the event and mistakenly confirmed the sale without fully understanding the details. I have re-listed the Chris Stapleton tickets, but I am uncertain about how to proceed with transferring them or where they are located. I purchased tickets to see Rema on July 21st. Originally costing $[redacted] plus a $35 fee, the confirmation email stated the seller would send the tickets by July 21st, the day of the concert. This situation seems suspicious. I prefer receiving what I paid for when I paid for it. I have extensively researched this website further, and my concerns have only escalated. I would like a refund promptly to seek alternative options. I am concerned that on the day of the concert, I may receive an email stating that the seller was unable to provide the ticket I purchased.

On June 17, [redacted], I tried to purchase a ticket for Reggae Fest Blaze, but after completing the purchase, I received confirmation for August 19th instead of the intended date. I promptly requested a refund and was informed it would be processed within 24 hours. However, after 96 hours, StubHub is now requesting proof of the error, which seems unreasonable since I wasn't expecting to encounter this issue. There are no screenshots available to show the incorrect date, as all indications up to the confirmation were for June 17th. Despite contacting them within 24 hours for a refund and being assured it would be sorted out, I am now being asked for evidence that is impossible for me to provide. Hello, I recently noticed a charge of [redacted].56 euros on my bank account for selling my ticket, but I never actually sold it. Even though I posted that I was looking to sell the ticket, I changed my mind before the concert and decided to attend instead. I informed you of this change and canceled the sale, receiving a confirmation from you. However, you still charged me the full ticket price listing. Since I made the decision to travel from Italy to Poland, I couldn't fulfill the sale. I have initiated a payment cancellation through my bank and ask for a refund. I am unable to access my account as it was deleted after the buyer canceled. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I successfully received my three tickets for the Jason Mraz concert in Phoenix happening on July 23. I initially had them on my phone without any issues. However, when I tried to add on a parking pass, the tickets vanished, and a message appeared stating "you don't have any tickets." My order number is [redacted]42. I have taken a screenshot of the tickets as proof. Additionally, I stored them in my Apple Wallet, but there is no barcode visible. Instead, it says "Hold Near Reader." I would like clarification on whether "Hold Near Reader" is equivalent to a barcode.

HI. I am writing because I am not a regular concert-goer. Tonight, I purchased a Chris Stapleton/VB Amphitheater ticket on StubHub. After completing the process and paying $[redacted].00 for the ticket, an additional $[redacted].00 for parking popped up, which caught me off guard. I reviewed my screenshots and noticed a message saying, "Driving to the event? Parking passes are available once you complete this purchase." This was the only mention of needing a parking pass. I wish it had clearly stated that parking passes were not free, so I could have prepared. As I cannot afford the pass now, I request a parking pass or an equivalent concession from StubHub to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I bought 3 tickets for the Eric Church concert this Friday, August 11th. I have them saved in my Apple Wallet and they appear on my credit card statement. They are also listed on the StubHub website. I want to transfer them to my granddaughter, but I can't find the option to do so anywhere. I reached out to StubHub via email earlier today for assistance, but I haven't heard back from them yet. According to them, someone has already accepted the tickets, which I assume is me, but I'm confused. My order number is [redacted]77. I also paid $[redacted] for premium parking, which is reflected on the site and my statement, but the ticket itself is not showing up. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I have purchased and paid for two tickets to see Andre RIEUX on August 6, [redacted] in Prague (order reference number [redacted]63). I received an email on August 8th stating that the tickets were sent via FEDEX and delivered on August 11th. However, I have not received anything yet. FEDEX mentioned that I need to pay customs fees of 2 Euros with my credit card to collect the parcel. I am confused about why these taxes are required and where the parcel is coming from as the tracking numbers from Stubhub (VL[redacted]05CZ) and FEDEX ([redacted]2) do not match. I have not received my tickets for The National on August 20, [redacted], at 6:30 PM, even though the payment was processed on March 19, [redacted], with my Visa for $[redacted].98 CAD. My order number is [redacted]66. On April 17, [redacted], at 4:39 AM, I received an email from [redacted] stating that my ticket from Adelbert is ready for acceptance. After accepting the tickets, they disappeared and my Ticketmaster account is empty. In my StubHub account, I can see my invoice, but when I try to access my tickets, I receive an error message saying the ticket transfer has already been accepted by another email address with a penguin icon and red flag. These tickets were not a gift, and now it is too late for my guests to travel to Toronto. At this point, I would like a refund. I have tried to communicate with both you and Ticketmaster several times without success. My English is not great, so French communication would be appreciated.

I bought tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert in Alpharetta, GA for Friday, but the tickets were dated for Saturday. After spending hours on the phone, they offered a refund but at $[redacted] more per ticket than the original price I paid in February. This feels unethical and I won't stop fighting until this is resolved. I doubt Chris Stapleton would condone these tactics of reselling at inflated prices. I will take this matter further if necessary.

I'm having trouble logging in as it keeps saying my password is wrong, despite being saved in my Google password vault. I've tried to reset my password since 10 am, but haven't received any reset emails in my inbox or spam folder. The chat is down, and calling has been unproductive as they are closed. I attempted to purchase a ticket for the weekend of September 29 in Mexico City, but unfortunately encountered an error when trying to make the purchase. The website informed me that there was a problem validating my card and suggested trying a different one. Despite trying three different cards, I continue to receive the same error message. I am unsure why this issue is occurring. Could it be related to the time of purchase or could there be another underlying problem? Yesterday, I placed three ticket orders but only needed five tickets. Unfortunately, none of the seven tickets I purchased could be viewed in the app or through the email links as the PDFs were blank. This led me to mistakenly order two extra tickets. After speaking with three representatives, the third one finally sent me the PDFs for all seven tickets around 4 pm. However, by then, it was too late to sell the extra tickets due to game time constraints. The problem seemed to be with the email links and viewing the tickets in the app, but I was only able to successfully access them after 4:00 pm thanks to the help of the third representative.

I encountered an issue with transferring tickets I sold through Listing #[redacted] (Order #[redacted]98). Despite my efforts in good faith, I faced challenges due to Stubhub's unhelpful customer service. This was my first time dealing with e-tickets for University of Michigan football games after they changed their resale platform to Seatgeek. At 81 years old, I struggled with the technology and did not receive sufficient assistance from Stubhub. I trusted Stubhub's promise of providing clear transfer instructions upon selling the tickets, but the instructions lacked the necessary information for transferring University of Michigan football tickets. My attempt to seek guidance over the phone also proved unfruitful. I believe I should not be charged the $[redacted] penalty as I made genuine efforts to transfer the tickets but was let down by Stubhub's customer service. I refuse to authorize any charges and will dispute them with my credit card company since the ticket delivery failure was a result of Stubhub's inadequate support.
