The barcodes on the tickets I sold are not being accepted at the venue. I purchased these tickets directly from the venue, so they are legitimate. I have contacted StubHub twice regarding this issue. On the first call, I was assured there would be a follow-up email, but I did not receive one. During the second call, they promised to resolve the problem within 24 hours, which has not happened. The concert is happening today.
I am looking for the tickets to be transferred to the buyer this morning. Otherwise, I will need to place a fraud alert on my credit card to dispute any charges from StubHub.

I have sold 5 orders of Elton John tickets for July 30th at Progressive Field in Cleveland. The first order number is [redacted]87. I originally linked my PayPal account for payment, which was not received by August 8th. After contacting StubHub support, I was informed the issue was on PayPal's end, so I linked my bank account instead. Even after providing my taxpayer ID multiple times on the app, my payment remains pending with a supposed payment date of August 11th. Despite being reassured that the funds would be sent to my PayPal account, I have yet to receive them. I am now seeking to have the sales proceeds wired to either my PayPal or bank account promptly, as each promised time frame for payment has been delayed.

My order number [redacted]80 was received on 8/24/22 with a mistake, I had requested a paper parking ticket. After calling customer service, I was informed it would be corrected, and a mailing label would be sent. With an upcoming trip without electronic access, I followed up on 8/26 and was told that UPS did not have the buyer's address. Despite assurances, I did not receive the email as promised by that evening. Following another call on 8/27, I was informed that they were still processing the data and it might take 24-48 hours. This caused me to delay my trip. After 5 days, I called again today, and they are still working on sending me the data to send a simple email. I might need to delay my trip once more. Please expedite the process. I believe StubHub can provide better service than this.

I have not received my ticket for the Jack Johnson concert at the Gorge Amphitheater tomorrow, September 24 at 18:00. Despite checking my spam and all other folders, I have not found the ticket. I called at 12:15 today and was promised a coupon to buy another ticket, which should have arrived via email within half an hour. It's been over 2 hours, and I have not received anything at [redacted], including in my spam folder. I have verified my email through the app. I need help getting my ticket as I will lose service before the concert tomorrow. This situation is making me question the legitimacy of StubHub as a ticket company, and I may not use this platform in the future.

Hi there, I bought 4 tickets in May [redacted] for the Chiefs-Bucs game on October 2nd in Tampa. I've tried to sell them since July, but they got deactivated on August 2nd. Despite reaching out multiple times because the platform wouldn't let me activate them, I didn't make any progress. After filling out a form following an email, I still couldn't activate them. Even after receiving the barcodes recently, they are still deactivated. I stand to lose $[redacted] due to StubHub's incompetence. I reside in Honduras and this situation is frustrating. I spoke with Amanda who mentioned a resolution might come today, less than 72 hours before the game. Please ensure honesty and provide a refund.

I had four tickets to two Michigan State home football games in Section 1, Row 34, Seats 18, 19, 20 & 21. The Western Michigan game in late August went smoothly on StubHub. I sold the same 4 seats for the September 24 Minnesota game. Initially, everything seemed fine. Barcodes were requested and provided, although there were transmission issues via the app. After a lengthy phone call with StubHub customer service, I was assured all was well. To my disappointment, the proceeds did not arrive as expected. I spent considerable time trying to resolve the matter with unhelpful representatives. I am a loyal StubHub customer and need this financial issue resolved promptly. I hope a manager can address this matter urgently. I have all the documentation to support my case. Thank you.

I purchased tickets from your company in July for the Tennessee versus Alabama game. However, we never received the tickets. Despite multiple phone calls over the past week, we were continuously told the tickets were on their way. We spoke with several of your representatives who promised to resolve the issue, even though one blamed Ticketmaster for the problem. We trusted your team to deliver the tickets as promised, but unfortunately, we were let down. Even this morning, while canceling our trip due to the lack of tickets, we were assured a supervisor would contact us about our missing tickets. Ultimately, we were informed that the tickets were not available. We are deeply disappointed by the misinformation and lack of follow-through on your part. As a result, we have decided not to do business with your company in the future and will share our negative experience with others.

I have tried contacting multiple times without assistance. I bought 3 tickets for the Chicago Bears vs. NY Giants game on October 2nd. Order number [redacted]70, Section [redacted], Row 12, Seats 24, 25, 26. After calling on October 1st regarding reselling the tickets, I was assured by an employee that they were successfully sold. Despite this, I have not received payment as promised. We couldn't attend the game due to a family issue. I was told the tickets were resold over the phone. Each time I call, I'm denied repayment. I have requested to speak to management twice with no callback. I am adamant about receiving a refund.

I experienced two incidents where my purchased seats were double-booked. The first at Texas AM @ Alabama and the second at Mississippi State @ Alabama. I was embarrassed as someone else had also bought the seats. Texas AM discussed the issue and compensated the other party two seats. The person who took my seats at Mississippi State mentioned they bought them from Stubhub, causing further embarrassment with my guests. I had to leave the stadium due to the situation. I had trouble accessing my StubHub account to retrieve my event tickets on the night of the game. Despite multiple attempts to reset my account, I didn't receive the email. Thankfully, the venue assisted me in obtaining my tickets in time. However, I continue to face difficulties accessing my account for upcoming events.
I hope STUBHUB can offer a solution for resetting my password on my account.
**UPDATE**: I received an email inquiring about StubHub's assistance in resolving the issue - unfortunately, I have not received any support from them. This experience has deterred me from using their services in the future.

I have not yet received the refund I was promised. As a visually impaired individual, this is an Americans With Disabilities Act concern that should not require legal intervention. I listed Luke Bryan concert tickets for sale on September 10 at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater in Tinley Park, Illinois for September 10, [redacted]. Despite multiple emails stating my payment method was invalid, I was unaware the tickets had been sold as the app showed zero listings, payments, and other details. I later realized my debit card information was correct but was still charged $[redacted] erroneously. I urgently need a supervisor's assistance as this $[redacted] deduction severely impacts my monthly income of $[redacted], $[redacted] of which goes towards rent. Refund was supposed to be processed by October 10, but it never occurred. I’ll provide my email for contact. This situation has left me financially strained, risking homelessness. The inaccessibility of your website also poses a legal concern. I insist on a prompt resolution and reimbursement. My child and I have been unfairly affected by this ordeal.

I sold my Billie Eilish tickets on StubHub recently. I transferred the mobile tickets over using the Ticketmaster app, as instructed. I purchased two tickets for the Rammstein concert in Berlin on July 15, [redacted], today, January 9th. Each ticket cost [redacted]€. I regret not checking Trustpilot before buying as I wanted to surprise my dad with the tickets. For the past four days, I have been trying to locate the $[redacted] tickets I purchased on StubHub. Despite speaking with two friendly and helpful StubHub representatives, my issue remains unresolved. I've also contacted SeatGeek, where the third-party seller who sold me the tickets resides. Despite downloading both apps and attempting to sign in, I have been unable to retrieve my tickets. The customer service representative I last spoke to mentioned escalating the issue with no estimated resolution time, which I find unacceptable. This situation is casting a shadow over the fun and exciting show experience I'm looking forward to. The main issue I'm facing is that when I attempted to accept the ticket transfer, an error message initially stated I couldn't receive the tickets, and now it says the ticket transfer has been canceled. I just received an email from the customer service rep with an attachment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased four tickets from StubHub for the Alabama vs. Auburn men's basketball game on February 11th at Neville Stadium on the Auburn University Campus. On 11/10/22, we bought 3 tickets for the Formula1 Miami Grand Prix totaling $3,[redacted].62. The order info is [redacted]24. The email received indicates our seats to be Section M2, Row 10, Seats 1-10. However, there is no Access Code provided for downloading the tickets. The email mentions that the tickets will be available starting Wednesday, May 3, [redacted], and we'll be notified when they are available. I just need to verify that we indeed purchased the tickets and confirm this on the Stubhub site. When trying to access the website, an Access Code is required to confirm the ticket purchase and availability on the specified date, coinciding with the event's first day in Miami.
