On May 2, [redacted], I bought 2 e-tickets for the Billie Eilish Amsterdam concert on June 18, [redacted], using PayPal. I got the confirmation email indicating I could download the tickets on the day of the concert. Living in Padua, Italy, I've organized a trip to Holland and need assurance regarding these tickets. My email is [redacted] I can't find any emails related to the purchase, and I've been locked out of my account post-complaint, unable to view my order. Each time I log in, it denies access, claiming the email doesn't exist or the password is wrong. Requests to change my password don't reach my email either. These tickets are meant as a birthday gift for my daughter, whose birthday is on May 30th. I seek a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I purchased two tickets to the CMA concert in Nashville a few years back with order number [redacted]45. Due to Covid, the event was canceled, and I posted the tickets for sale. The listing number was [redacted], and they were bought by someone with order number [redacted]42. I don't have the physical tickets as they should have been mailed to me by June 7. I am now being asked to forward the tickets to the buyer, but I am unable to do so since I don't have them. I was previously assured by StubHub that this wouldn't be an issue, but now it seems to have become quite a problem. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my recent purchase of 2 tickets for the Smashing Pumpkins concert. When I bought the tickets, I selected the option to insure them. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that the insurance was not included. I have not accepted the tickets yet, opting for the mobile ticket option. I am unable to reach the seller and believe this was an error during the ordering process on the website. I would like a refund as I specifically wanted insurance to be able to change the venue if necessary, as I now need the tickets for a show in Connecticut instead of Boston. I hope for your help in resolving this issue as I prefer not to resell the tickets since I don't even have them electronically yet. I am new to buying tickets and using insurance on this app, and it seems fantastic. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time.

I recently spoke with a StubHub representative who assured me that I would not be charged for an error they made on their website. They mistakenly listed my ticket twice, causing confusion. I just received a message stating that my sale was canceled due to not delivering the tickets I sold. The charge amount mentioned on my credit card is CA$46.00. If the charge does not go through, they will place a credit memo on my account. I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I was guaranteed that I would not be charged for this mistake.

I visited the StubHub website for the first time on May 31 and bought two general admission tickets for the Oregon State regional baseball game scheduled for June 3 for a total of $[redacted].40 (order number [redacted]). The tickets arrived on June 2. Upon attending the game, I discovered that other fans had paid only $27 or $34 for their tickets. After confirming with the University that my tickets were purchased on June 2, it seems evident that there was some discrepancy in pricing. I believe I may have been overcharged for the tickets I received, especially considering lower-priced options were available during the game. I am disappointed by the potential scam and expect transparency and fairness in all my transactions.

I purchased a parking pass for a concert on 5/30/[redacted]. After encountering issues when trying to download it, and receiving confusing text messages, I ended up unintentionally buying a second pass on 6/4/[redacted]. I need the original pass canceled and a refund of $[redacted].02 issued to my Visa as I have been charged twice. Despite contacting Capital One about this, the issue remains unresolved. I have spent hours waiting on calls and have not received a satisfactory response. Currently, I am waiting on another two-hour call back in the hopes of getting this situation sorted out.

I recently received an email from Stubhub regarding a payment for a sale, but it was unsuccessful due to my missing default payment method. After updating my details as instructed, I expected the payment to go through automatically. However, despite selecting a default payment option, I have not received the payment. Checking both the app and the website, I see no pending or completed payments. Following a conversation with a representative over the phone, I was told that the payment will be processed next week. I am seeking clarification on what led to this situation and would appreciate knowing the exact date when I can expect to be paid.

I ordered two tickets online for the Los Angeles Dodgers versus San Diego Padres game on July 2nd in Loge [redacted], Row A, seats 7 & 8, totaling $[redacted].95. When I tried to get my tickets from the Ballpark app, it showed no orders. I contacted Ballpark and Dodger Stadium for help, but they couldn't assist. Speaking with StubHub, I encountered an unhelpful representative. Due to being busy with court duties as a federal judge, I couldn't call back promptly. My Capital One statement shows the charge, but I have no tickets. This makes me feel like my money was taken unlawfully. I insist on receiving either the tickets or a refund. I want the tickets mailed via the United States Postal Service, not electronically. This needs attention, or I will escalate the matter to your CEO through legal means. Please respond to this email promptly.

I purchased 2 tickets to a Bikini Kill concert in Royal Oak, MI (Order #[redacted]41) on 11/8/[redacted]. The show, which was initially scheduled for May [redacted], has been postponed multiple times due to COVID-19 and is now set for July [redacted]. Unfortunately, my plans have changed, and I can no longer attend. When I logged into StubHub to sell the tickets, I couldn't find them. It seems that they were supposed to be transferred to Flash Seats, which is no longer available. I am hoping to either receive the tickets so I can sell them or get a refund of the $[redacted].95 I paid.

I bought tickets for a Chris Stapleton concert on StubHub. The tickets were originally from Ticketmaster, so StubHub advised me to watch out for a "transfer" email. However, when I followed the link in the email, I ended up on an error page on Ticketmaster. Even attempting to transfer the tickets directly from my StubHub account using the link provided led me to the same error page on Ticketmaster, and the tickets were not transferred. I reached out to Ticketmaster, but they informed me that they were unable to assist and suggested that I ask for the tickets to be "retransferred."

I recently sold Dodger tickets for the game on June 5, [redacted], against the NY Mets. The tickets disappeared from my inventory on June 3, indicating they had sold, but I did not receive the usual confirmation email from StubHub. I have sold tickets before and received prompt payment via PayPal, but this time there has been no payment activity according to PayPal.
I have a reference number of [redacted]19 and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to StubHub for assistance. I am very frustrated by this issue and would appreciate if someone from StubHub could promptly address this matter.
Please contact me at [redacted]/[redacted] at your earliest convenience.
Thank you,
William A. Cook

I purchased a ticket today and received an email stating that my ticket was ready for printing. However, when I tried to log in, it indicates that I have no orders under the same email I used to sign in. The order number provided is: Your tickets are ready - order# [redacted]06. An access number was sent to me, but I am unsure where to input it. When I attempt to print the tickets from the email, I am directed to a page that explains the need for an access code. I simply want to print my tickets. I have also downloaded the app, but I encounter the same message mentioned above.

I purchased 2 tickets from StubHub to attend Sting's concert in Chambord, France. Unfortunately, my tickets were rejected during check-in, causing a lengthy wait to address the issue. I have been attempting to request a refund, but my emails have gone unanswered. Despite them contacting me initially through email to sell the tickets, I have had no luck reaching them. I have made formal complaints to the authorities and have a detailed file prepared if necessary. I am based in France, and my contact number is +[redacted]3. Thank you. - Bruno

Regarding listing # [redacted], I had tickets for the Avett Brother at Edgefield in Portland, OR on July 16, [redacted]. I purchased the tickets in April [redacted], and the concert was canceled in both [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite the third cancellation this year, the tickets were sold on the day of the event which had been canceled. I contacted Customer Service to address the situation, asking for a refund as I no longer had the tickets due to them being sold. The conversation with the representative about transferring the tickets due to the concert happening that day became frustrating as they did not understand my request for a refund. After asking to speak to a supervisor multiple times, I was met with rudeness and reluctance to acknowledge the issue. Despite following the email instructions to report the issue, I encountered difficulties and lack of help from the Stubhub Help Center. The timing of the ticket sale on the day of the canceled concert seems suspicious. Thank you, M.W.

On June 26th, I bought a parking pass for the Mile High Nationals in Denver, CO, and received it promptly. However, on July 15th, I received an email from StubHub stating that the pass for the 16th was not delivered. Despite opting for a replacement, when I downloaded the ticket on Saturday morning, it turned out to be a seat ticket, not a parking pass. Unfortunately, at that late hour, no alternatives were available. This left me frustrated as I had to pay for a shuttle due to my knee issue. StubHub's response was that the seller missed the deadline to send the ticket, yet I received one on the 26th. They offered a refund in about 5 days. Do you think this resolution is satisfactory?

I purchased 2 tickets to see Sheryl Crow at Ravinia. I bought the “best tickets available” over the phone right when they went on sale. The tickets I got are labeled Center CA 9 andCenter CA 10 for the pavilion seating. Initially, I thought I had front row seats, but later found out they are for the first row of the upper pavilion, with A standing for accessible. This misunderstanding has caused confusion for me and the buyer I sold the tickets to. To make it fair, I think a refund for front row ticket price is necessary, so I can sell the tickets at a lower price reflecting their actual location. I've tried reaching out to the buyer, but they are also perplexed. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing a problem with order number [redacted]89 totaling $[redacted]. I received an email stating the order was not fulfilled, but I am uncertain about the added charges that may arise. I find this situation unjust as I was unaware that my tickets were sold initially.
I possess several tickets and am open to offering the purchaser an alternative ticket of higher value for the same price. Kindly inform me promptly on how we can address this matter.

I recently relocated to Orlando, FL and unfortunately, I am unable to make it to the Big Time Rush Forever tour concert in Phoenix, AZ. I was hoping to inquire about transferring my tickets to a concert in Tampa, FL as I don't have much time to sell them. I have a total of two tickets valued at $[redacted].31. If possible, I would like to attend the Demi Lovato concert on October 28th for her Holy Fuck tour. I am interested in two Adult Admission - Floor tickets at $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. I prefer mobile ticket transfer with the remaining amount refunded. If this isn't feasible, a full refund would suffice since I won't be able to attend. Additionally, I am experiencing issues with the payment payout system. Kindly respond promptly. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

I previously sold a pair of tickets on Stubhub for an event. The tickets were close together, as mentioned in the listing. After some back and forth with Stubhub representatives, it seemed resolved. However, on July 18, I noticed a charge of $[redacted].60 on my credit card, which Stubhub said was due to the sale not going through as expected. Despite already deducting fees, they charged me again without notice. I have tried contacting customer service without success; even a promised supervisor callback is pending. I am seeking assistance reaching the CEO's office, but the numbers I have are invalid. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
