I have a buyer for my ticket on StubHub, but they are not responding to my messages. To transfer the ticket, I need to provide their details to Ticketmaster for them to pick it up at the venue on the day of the event. Recently, I listed two General Admission tickets for the III Points festival in Miami, FL. Unfortunately, my apartment was burglarized, and my bag containing the tickets was stolen along with other valuables totaling around $[redacted] in losses. Amid dealing with insurers, I received an email from StubHub notifying me that the tickets had sold. When I tried to cancel the sale due to the theft, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted] by StubHub. This unexpected charge has put me in a difficult financial situation as I cannot afford rent now. I find this charge unfair and unjust, and I am contemplating taking legal action to resolve this. I believe the buyer should be refunded, and I should receive my $[redacted] back promptly. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I am experiencing issues with a payment for tickets I sold in August for an event on September 22, [redacted]. Despite the event passing, my account still shows the payment as processing, surpassing the 8 business day limit. I have been attempting to get in touch with StubHub via phone multiple times. I have waited on hold for approximately 2 hours on certain occasions without speaking to anyone. During my last call, after finally reaching a representative, I was informed that she couldn't assist me with my issue. I was then transferred to another representative, but after waiting for an hour and a half, I had to hang up. The problem I am facing is that someone bought tickets and linked them to my account using Affirm, which seems like identity theft that occurred on September 17th. I have reached out to Affirm, who have been supportive and will not process the payments, but they advised me to contact StubHub to resolve this matter on your end. I have no knowledge of these ticket purchases and was unaware of StubHub until I saw the transactions on my Affirm account. Despite my numerous attempts to contact your company, I haven't been successful in reaching anyone. Therefore, I am now trying to resolve this issue via email. I'm frustrated by the back and forth and want to clear this up as soon as possible since I did not make these purchases. I am 35 years old and have never purchased show or game tickets before. I purchased concert tickets back in July, but I never received a confirmation email. Despite seeing the purchase on my StubHub account, I couldn't find any details in my email inbox including junk, trash, or spam folders. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to create a Ticketmaster account, assuring me the tickets would be available there. Unfortunately, I've checked, and the tickets are not in my Ticketmaster account either. The concert is approaching in less than a week, and I'm still without the tickets. I really hope this situation can be resolved without causing too much inconvenience.

I would like to request a refund for two tickets that my family purchased. We bought the tickets on August 1st, with one ticket on each charge for a show that was subsequently postponed due to a hurricane in Louisiana. Since we are from Oregon and will not be in Louisiana again, we are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
Ticketmaster advised me to contact Stubhub since that is where the transaction was initiated. The concert has been rescheduled twice, and it is now set for February 24, [redacted]. Given that we cannot attend, we are kindly asking for a refund for both tickets.

I am disappointed with my experience on Stubhub. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting for assistance. Despite my multiple attempts on different days, no one is answering the phone. There used to be a callback option, and now there isn't one. Last week, I spent over 3 hours talking to a Stubhub representative about purchasing tickets and not receiving them due to an issue with Apple third-party login. I need immediate help but typing out all the details is too long. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible to address this issue. I have already tried reaching out through Stubhub's online messaging system about my order, but have not received a response. This customer service experience has been the worst so far. I was guided by an agent to refund the first set of tickets, create a new account with my actual email, and purchase new tickets via AXS account, but the QR code did not work at the concert. I am frustrated because I had to drive back after tickets didn't work, missing out on seeing my favorite rapper, Isaiah, in San Francisco. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I demand more than a refund for this inconvenience. My order number is [redacted].

A few weeks ago, I had a set of 7 seats for the NY Jets @ Denver Broncos game on 9/26/[redacted]. After selling one seat (order# [redacted]1), the remaining tickets disappeared from my listing, even though they were not in expired listings, sales, or the event page.
Today, a similar situation occurred with another listing. I had 7 seats for the Las Vegas Raiders @ Denver Broncos game, and after selling 5 seats (order# [redacted]13), 2 seats remained. When I tried to update the price to sell the remaining seats together, they were gone without generating a sale email or appearing on the event page.
I suspect they were sold, but I have not received any payment or sales information. It has been challenging to reach StubHub for weeks, with long wait times exceeding an hour on two separate occasions.

I am writing from Ireland seeking your aid regarding the mentioned order, which I completed payment for last Tuesday. My family and I plan to travel to NYC next February to celebrate my 60th birthday. The purpose of the purchased tickets from StubHub was to attend a Billy Joel concert at MSG on February 12th. While I received several emails confirming our order, none of them contained the actual tickets. Despite notifications like Order Confirmation, Receipt, and 'Tickets Ready,' attempting to access the tickets led me only to a transfer request for the seller. In [redacted], I bought tickets for a Morgan Wallen concert for $[redacted], which got canceled. Instead of a refund, StubHub kept my money in my account. I later used this credit, along with an additional $[redacted], to purchase Harry Styles concert tickets for October 27, [redacted]. Even though I bought them a year in advance, I never received the tickets on the day of the event. When customer service offered me new tickets far from the stage, I declined. Unfortunately, the tickets didn't arrive last minute, and I missed the concert. The next day, I asked for a refund, but was only reimbursed the $[redacted] I paid additionally. I'm frustrated as I'm now out nearly $[redacted] for a concert I never got to attend. StubHub had a whole year to inform me of any issues, and their customer service was unhelpful. I'm adamant about receiving a full refund - no StubHub credit or coupons. This experience has deterred me from using the app again.

Hello, I bought Toronto Raptors tickets on March 8, [redacted], for a game in Toronto on March 16, [redacted]. The game was canceled, and the order number is [redacted]37. When I visit your website, it states that I was refunded for these tickets. How can I confirm this? I recently sold 2 tickets for the Ole Miss-Auburn football game through StubHub. The tickets were sold in advance, but a day before the game, a bar code error prevented the sale. I contacted StubHub, and after several follow-ups, was assured the issue would be resolved. However, just 2 hours before the game, the sale was canceled due to the same bar code error. I have since obtained confirmation from the University of Mississippi ticket office that the bar codes were indeed correct.
I am requesting the promised sale proceeds of $[redacted].00, as assured by the StubHub representative on Friday. I have also requested a transcript of the call but have not yet received it. As an attorney, I will not hesitate to take further action to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

In early September, my boyfriend and I unintentionally purchased soccer tickets instead of football tickets for the US Army against Georgia Tech game. Despite the purchase being pending on my locked credit card, we promptly realized the error and disputed the charge. The credit was reversed, but now, several months later, the charge is reappearing on my account. The tickets were never officially charged due to the pending status, and I did not attend the event. I have been struggling to list my tickets for the past three months. After finally getting through to a supervisor by phone on November 22, I was informed that the tickets were listed but ended up in pending status for an unknown reason. I was assured they would be posted within 24 hours, which did not happen. Following up on November 24, the noisy background made it hard to communicate with the representative. Requesting a supervisor, I had to re-explain the situation to another lady who then placed me on hold for 20 minutes before the call disconnected, leaving me frustrated.
In another issue, I found out on November 22 that my listing for the AZ Cardinals/Colts game was removed by Stubhub without explanation. Despite unlocking it for me to relist, I encountered difficulty listing the second seat on November 24. These experiences have been upsetting, and as a ten-year customer, I expect prompt resolution to these issues.

I sold Vegas Golden Knights tickets on Stubhub for the November 20th game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The tickets were priced at $65 each. However, I did not receive an email notifying me that I needed to transfer the tickets to the buyer. Consequently, I was charged $[redacted], which I believe should be refunded as per your agreement to send notification emails when tickets are sold.
Despite contacting customer service and successfully reselling the tickets through Stubhub, I still did not receive any emails from your system. I have checked my spam folder too. I suspect there might be an issue delivering emails to my address with a dot in it, similar to a previous problem I faced with Capital One.
I request a refund of $[redacted] due to the lack of communication regarding the ticket sale. Moving forward, I hope that Stubhub can ensure timely email notifications for ticket sales to continue using your platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently placed a sell order for a MetLife Stadium parking pass on StubHub for the first time. In the past, I used NFL Ticket Exchange, where the pass was sold, and direct deposit was made without any further action from me. However, StubHub notified me after the event that I didn't fully comply and they planned to charge my credit card $60. I've been unable to reach StubHub's corporate offices to address this issue. I'm unsure why I didn't transfer the pass, given that's how I would receive payment.
