I am reaching out regarding issues with our Spotify family premium plan managed by [redacted] Our accounts have been glitching for the last two months, randomly kicking members off. Initially, two out of five members were affected, and [redacted] had to resend verification emails. Despite thinking it was due to simultaneous logins, the problem persisted even after relogging into one device each. Recently, three out of five members were unexpectedly removed from the plan, causing frustration. As a dedicated Spotify user, I value the service but these recurring problems need addressing. I hope Spotify can investigate and prevent future disruptions while considering reimbursement for the disrupted service. Thank you for your attention.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Spotify account. All devices that were previously logged in automatically have been logged out. Despite inputting what I believe is the correct username and password, I am unable to access my account. I am also encountering issues with resetting the password as I no longer have access to the associated email, [redacted], as it has been deleted. My username is Vitalyl, and I have a premium account. This situation is prompting me to consider canceling my subscription, which I would prefer to avoid. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I tried to access my Spotify account to listen to music, but it kept redirecting me to the login and sign-up page. This has happened before, and last week, I had trouble logging in as well. Despite entering my email, password, and username multiple times, it kept saying they were incorrect. I received an email with a button to regain access, which worked temporarily. However, when I tried to log in again yesterday, the issue persisted. I attempted to log in around 30 times without success. I received multiple emails prompting me to reset my password, but the problem persisted. I'm frustrated because I just want to enjoy my music, but I keep facing login issues. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter, as I prefer not to create a new account due to the effort I've invested in my current one. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. -M.

For the past week, I've been encountering an error on my Spotify account that reads: "Spotify can't play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it." This prevents me from enjoying any music while I work in the office, where I typically listen to Spotify Premium. I've had to resort to Pandora because of this issue. I've been a loyal Spotify member for years and find it superior to other streaming services. If this problem persists without explanation or resolution, I may have to switch to a different streaming platform. Despite my upcoming 6-hour drive, I hope that Spotify can address and fix this bug promptly.

Recently, someone accessed my account, altered my email and password, and now I am unable to log in. I received an email notifying me of the email change which was done without my knowledge. The email was in French, the new language of my email. Although I can't access my account on my phone, I am still logged in on my computer where I can view all my account details, including my family plan. The intruder is attempting to add random people to the family plan, indicating they are actively using my account. Despite being unable to revert the email change due to the password alteration, I can still access my account on the computer as long as I remain logged in.

I have been a Spotify user for a while, on and off with premium, and I absolutely love it. Recently, they offered a deal to add Hulu to the subscription for free, and I took advantage of it. This was a great deal for me since it allowed me to watch shows and movies I enjoy on my phone.
Unfortunately, I lost my debit card and didn't update my payment information immediately. When I noticed ads on Spotify, I updated the information but didn't cancel my subscription. Now I realize that I missed the deadline to continue getting Hulu for free by just 2 days. Is there any way I can still get Hulu for free? I understand that I should have updated my payment information promptly, and I have learned my lesson. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Spotify account. It is requesting me to update my payment information despite me already making a payment on May 15, [redacted] via Globe using my number. I received a confirmation text from [redacted] stating the payment for Spotify Premium. I thought all was well as per my usual transactions, but today the app prompts me to update my payment. I verified my account and encountered the same message. I am confused as I paid on time and was using the service without any troubles until now. I did not receive any prior notifications regarding an update for payment, and I believe my payment went through your system successfully.
I am hopeful this matter can be resolved promptly as I cannot afford additional charges for Spotify Premium this month. As a student, I am unable to apply for discounts due to my school not being registered. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! If needed, I can provide screenshots of the messages and errors upon request. ❤

Regarding reference POAC845CF2 and the monthly charge of £9.99 on my credit card for Mrs. Rosemary A. Wilson, I am noticing recurring payments to Spotify that I am unfamiliar with. I am unsure how this subscription began as I do not have any account details and have been unable to reach out to them. I urgently need help to cease these charges immediately. If there is an existing account, I am unsure how to access it as I am facing difficulties in doing so. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter by cancelling the account and stopping any future transactions. I appreciate your prompt attention to this.

Dear Spotify Team,
I am Katie Knotts, the Finance Director of Generation Church. We have noticed a recurring charge on an old American Express card ending in [redacted] that is linked to a Spotify account. The cardholder, Beth Lavino, is not associated with the Spotify account, and we don't have any login information for it. Despite canceling the credit card, the charge continues to be deducted monthly. As an organization, we urgently need assistance in closing this unidentified Spotify account to stop the recurring charges. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help,
Katie Knotts

One day, someone or something accessed my account, resulting in all my playlists being deleted. Every time I try to listen on my iPhone, the intruder takes over my Spotify, pushing me out. Strangely, my account details in the settings remain the same, yet someone else is using it, controlling it, and my playlists are missing. Although I still follow the same people, my playlists have vanished. My account username is "Chriscardiofitness," and my screen name is "Chris LeSchieffer." It appears that my data has been hacked, and I would like to cancel this account to ensure my data is erased. While I wish to retrieve my playlists, my priority is to prevent this unauthorized person from accessing my private information that Spotify collects. I seek guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you, Chris.

I have 5 Google Homes in my house, all linked to Spotify using a Family Account with 1 Main and 4 Family sub-accounts. Each Google Home is associated with one of these Family accounts. This setup allows my guests in the guest house to play their preferred music from their devices.
However, currently, if music is playing on one device and I try to play music on another, the first device stops or an error message is shown. I have reached out to Google multiple times for help with this issue, but no solution has been found yet. ☹

I had signed up for the Spotify premium 3-month deal for .99 previously. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen right after. I haven't received the premium service yet and still get frequent ads. I spoke with someone yesterday who noted that I wasn't charged for the deal. I attempted to sign up for premium again but was charged $1.98 even though I was told I hadn't used the .99 deal. Now it's asking for the full $9.99 price. It's frustrating to be charged for something I never got and then be charged again at the full price. I'm hesitant to trust that I'll be charged correctly if I subscribe again. - Danielle G.

I am having trouble accessing my account and suspect it may be compromised. My username is Sierra6249, and I am a premium member. I am concerned about losing my playlists, as my mom manages the subscription, and I am unsure which email is associated with my account. Despite receiving emails from Spotify, I am unable to log in successfully. I recently received an email in French, adding to my confusion.

I am unable to access my Spotify account due to forgetting the password for both the account and associated email. The username is jakegrahamazing and the email is [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could either help me regain access to my current account or assist me in transferring it to a different email address. If necessary, my alternate email is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I have recently experienced an issue with my Spotify account. Overnight, I found myself unable to log in, and despite trying to recover it, my email address was not recognized. I ended up subscribing again, assuming I would be notified of an existing account, but instead, I could create a new one. Strangely, I had just upgraded to Premium and even invited my family to join. However, I can't access my longstanding account. Moreover, I was charged $14.99 on 5/21/19 for the Premium service from my bank account. To make matters worse, the email associated with my old account is now linked to the "new" account I created. This situation is quite frustrating. If not resolved promptly, I will have to take action by contacting my financial institution to dispute the charge.

I reached out to customer support two days ago regarding an ongoing issue with Spotify Premium. I use the account to play spa music in my treatment room through my iPad/UB Boom Speaker. Every day, from 3:30-7 pm, the music stops abruptly, and a message prompts me to continue listening on a PSX4-[redacted] device, which I do not own or have on my Wife network. Despite selecting "forget this device" in the Spotify menu multiple times, the issue persists. There are also explicit songs in my account that I have not added. The attempted solutions by Spotify Tech Support have not resolved the problem, leading me to believe it may be a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth signal issue rather than an account compromise. I am requesting Spotify's assistance in permanently preventing my devices from connecting to the PSX 4. If unresolved, I may need to cancel my account. The interruptions and explicit content are unprofessional and disruptive to my work. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. - Bridget S.

Recently, my Spotify has been working perfectly. However, today when I attempted to log in to enjoy some music, I encountered an issue with my login credentials. My username is mikeyjoe7194, but for some reason, I am unable to access my account. I typically use two email addresses: mikeyjoe6618@gmail and mikeyjoe7194@yahoo. Upon checking, I couldn't find any Spotify account associated with these emails. This situation has left me feeling frustrated as all I want to do is listen to music. I can provide evidence that I have owned these emails for years and have other accounts registered under the same name. Additionally, my mother's account (genallison@yahoo) can confirm that she gifted me a Spotify Premium account in the past. If there is any way to review past emails or assist in any manner, please reach out to me.

Today, I tried to log in to my Spotify account while working, but my phone prompted me to log in manually, even though I usually have it set for auto-login. When I attempted to sign in, it kept saying my password was invalid. I tried to reset it multiple times, but each time I received the reset email, the link was already expired or used. Now, I'm stuck unable to log in, as it says my email is not in use, yet when I try to create a new account, it says my email is already taken. With no contact number for support, I am frustrated and unable to access my account. It's disappointing since I just renewed my subscription on the 20th. I may have to consider other music apps if this issue persists.

I have been signed out of my Spotify account on all of my devices. I have not changed my password recently, so I'm unsure why it logged me out. The latest payment to process for my premium account was on May 14, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the contact email on my account is an old email address that no longer exists (I believe it is [redacted]).
My current email address is [redacted] If I could get a password reset link sent to this email, that would be awesome.
The username on this account is Cjw08d.
I would like to reset my password as this is a paid Spotify account. Is there any way my email address can be updated to [redacted] so I can reset?

Dear Sirs,
I recently had to cancel my Spotify Premium membership due to a fraud attempt. I have not been able to reactivate it yet because of issues regarding the fees.
Despite canceling my membership, I am still being charged £9.99 by my mobile provider, Three. Additionally, I was double charged until April [redacted] even though I only had one membership. Three advised me to contact Spotify as the charge comes directly from them.
I am requesting the cancellation of any future fees and a refund for all the previous overcharged fees. I have been double charged for at least a year, which has resulted in a significant amount of money being wrongly charged to me.
Please address this matter urgently.
Thank you,
Carla M.
