Hello. I am Joel Larsen. I noticed a strange issue with my phone's battery when using Snapchat. Despite having a high battery percentage, like 86%, after sending a video, it quickly drops to 1% or even shuts down if I send multiple snaps. When I charge it, the battery percentage shows around 70%. This only happens with Snapchat. Using the phone's camera app doesn't cause this issue. With other apps, the battery percentage drops normally, a few percent per hour. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Snapchat app, but it always restores the same way from "iCloud," leading to the same problem. I enjoy using Snapchat, so I would appreciate any help with this battery drain issue.

I was signed out of my account an hour ago. I know my old email address but it was deactivated. I know my current and previous phone number, but Snapchat tells me neither of them are correct. I have forgotten my password but remember all of my previous ones. I believe I added a 2 to the end of my old password but I can't recall. My Snapchat username is Emil-2JZ with a 30,[redacted]+ score and a streak of about [redacted] with Rhiannon. There are a few other streaks as well. I remember the previous passwords and even the "my eyes only" password, so I can prove the account is mine. Please assist me in resetting my password as I really want to retrieve my memories with significant sentimental value. Thank you.

I was promised $[redacted] by a friend (who turned out to be a hacker) to share it with friends, targeting broke college kids. Now, my account has been hacked, and the hacker is stealing from my friends. I created a new Snapchat account, contacted the hacker, and requested my account back. He asked for my "my eyes only" password, which I refuse to give. I need assistance in reclaiming my account with two years' worth of irreplaceable memories, photos, and videos. The hacked Snapchat account is: Adecarloxoxo. The hacker changed the email to: [redacted] and even posted from my memories. I'm fearful as the hacker is not kind. Please help me.

Having trouble creating an account on Snapchat. I downloaded the app from the Play Store, but keep getting an error message preventing me from signing up. The link provided with the error message didn't address the issue since I don't use any VPNs on my phone. Even after checking my phone settings, disabling Opera Max VPN, and ensuring everything is in order, the app still doesn't work. As someone with technical knowledge, I find it frustrating that Snapchat is giving me such problems. I expect a resolution within 24 hours; otherwise, I will share my experience on social media. Hello, my name is Nikhil and my Snapchat username is fateh_316. I encountered an issue this morning where a friend blocked me on the app. While I understand and accept being blocked, I am concerned that I have lost access to our past chats. I believe that despite the block being justified, it is unfair for the other person to have complete control over our previous conversations. Last week, our son had his phone taken by a classmate at school who then created a Snapchat account under his name. After discovering the situation through group notifications, we reported it to the school administrator. Two accounts were found, one created by the boy and another by his friend. We request all accounts created under our son's name, including any unknown ones, be deleted from your system. The first account username is Alongton81 with the password npas5757. I forgot the password to my email linked to my Snapchat account. While trying to change the email in my account, I also forgot my Snapchat password, resulting in being locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I can't access the email or phone number associated with the account from middle school. I'm hoping to either reset the password or transfer my memories and 'My Eyes Only' snaps to a new Snapchat account. I need assistance. My friend and I were drunk one night and created a Snapchat account for me. Although the app is installed on my phone and my account appears active, I'm unable to update my profile because I don't remember my email or password. I would like to continue communicating with a customer service representative. I have a concern regarding a friend whose country has been hacked. I am reaching out on their behalf as English is not their native language. The issue began about 2 months ago when her Snapchat account and primary email were hacked, leading to deactivation by the attacker. Recently, the account was reactivated, and the hacker is now sharing her old photos, including explicit ones, with her contacts. I established a group on my previous account for my trucking company, where all my drivers share updates, images of their hauls, and jokes. After deactivating the old account due to unwanted connections, I forgot about the group. I need urgent assistance with my Snapchat account, aisling_cremin. I am upset and frustrated. My 17-year-old cousin can easily dress her Snapchat bitmoji with devil horns and tails, yet I cannot find any angelic options like wings, halos, or heavenly attire. As a woman of faith, I find this disparity insulting. In a country that prides itself on freedom of religion like America, why can people freely adorn their bitmojis with devilish accessories but not with symbols related to our Lord? The lack of angelic options, other than a simple message like "I'll pray for you," on the Bitmoji app we are required to download for editing is a significant problem. This issue needs addressing. I am having trouble accessing my account. I suspect it may have been compromised, as I posted a photo including my phone number and now my phone number has been changed.
