Good morning, I've been experiencing issues with my Snapchat recently. Initially, I wasn't receiving notifications even though the notification setting was on. This affected my communication with others as I was unaware of incoming messages. Two days ago, I unexpectedly lost all my streaks. I reached out to support to recover some streaks but couldn't retrieve all of them. I believe these problems are due to glitches in Snapchat. It's frustrating to lose streaks, especially when I actively engage by sending pictures daily. I hope to get assistance with resolving these issues. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Chloe S., and I noticed that my account, username Chloesquires216, was deleted today around 3:00 pm. My account was hacked, and someone posted inappropriate content without my knowledge. I kindly request for my account to be reinstated as it holds precious memories of my family and friends over the past 2 years. I have been a Snapchat user for over 6 years and never encountered such an issue before. I am saddened by the loss of my streaks, especially one that was over [redacted] days long, and over [redacted] other streaks. Additionally, there are over [redacted] pictures in my memories that I value deeply. I never received an email notification prior to my account being deleted and have been trying to reach out to Snapchat support since the incident. I recently got a new phone and have been unable to log into my account due to password issues. I don't have an email linked to my account, which is making it difficult to reset the password. Additionally, the phone number linked to my account is incorrect, and I have no way of accessing it. I have attempted to resolve this problem, but so far, nothing has worked. It's frustrating that I might have to create a new account simply because I changed phones, especially when Snapchat is not cooperating with password recovery. I wish to update my username on Snapchat, but I have many memories and streaks that I want to keep. It is frustrating that Snapchat doesn't offer this feature due to security reasons. Platforms like Twitter and Instagram allow username changes as long as it's not taken. I have been using my current username for about four years, and it's disappointing that Snapchat hasn't addressed this issue over the updates. I'm concerned about the Snapchat memories I lost from September 16, [redacted], and September 17, [redacted]. These memories were crucial as they included photos and videos from my grandfather's last birthday party. Even though I had backed them up, they are now missing without any action on my part. I recently contacted Apple customer service and am looking to connect with a representative to explain my situation. My phone was stolen at a music festival, and the thief made $[redacted] in INTL calls to Florida Keys and Cuba. Although my Snapchat account remains accessible with no issues, another user, "mochedda420," appears under my name when friends search for me. I would like to address my safety concerns regarding my personal information being compromised. I am seeking information on the user to potentially take legal action or, at the very least, understand my options. I have a screenshot of this user's story if needed. Yesterday, around 12:30pm, I logged out of my Snapchat to access my boyfriend's account. When I tried to log back into my account, I realized I had changed the password and couldn't remember the new one. As my phone number is linked with my boyfriend's account, I can't reset my password that way. I've tried all my email addresses associated with my account but haven't had any luck. I'm wondering if there's a way to find out what email address my account is linked to, or if it's possible to log in with a previous password. I can verify that the account is mine with past passwords, the phone number it's linked to, and my recovery password. The photos in my memories are very important to me, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I lost a streak with my boyfriend on Snapchat unexpectedly. We exchanged snaps, but the streak vanished when I checked in the morning. The streak was at [redacted]. My college roommate and I have been dealing with harassment from a former friend at school for a few months now. Despite blocking him on Snapchat and his phone number, he persists through emails and in-person encounters. We have arranged to meet with our Dean and need to provide evidence of the harassment from text messages. While we have saved text messages, we require access to our saved Snapchat conversations, which might contain vital information. Although some messages remain saved on Snapchat, we are hesitant to unblock or re-add him for fear of further contact. This morning, I received a verification code for my Google account linked to Snapchat. Ignoring it initially, I later found myself unable to access my Snapchat account. Upon checking, I discovered that my Snapchat number and password had been changed. Despite receiving a warning email about a login attempt, my account was still hacked. I am deeply frustrated by this security flaw as I have cherished memories spanning four years on that account, including those of my niece.
