I paid for a phone number, [redacted], for Ocean City Rentals, LLC linked to the email [redacted] Next, I bought another phone number, [redacted], but the system mistakenly linked it to the email [redacted] instead of [redacted] with the company name ACTV, LLC. I need separate accounts, names, and emails for each LLC. Please split them into two separate accounts with unique logins and passwords. If not possible, please cancel and refund the [redacted] number so I can purchase it again correctly.

I have been a long-time Skype user and have never encountered this issue before. I am frustrated that I cannot make calls to a paid subscription in a particular country that I haven't had problems with in the past. For the last two weeks, I keep receiving an error message that says: "We're having technical problems. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again after a few minutes." This message is becoming repetitive, and I am unable to check my account. If this problem continues, I may need to reach out to Customer Support with the reference ID: REQUEST-f7a3bd59/[redacted]2. Hello, I am inquiring about a particular scenario on Skype that has caught my attention. I am wondering if there is a way to set up an automatic video response when someone calls me. Essentially, I am interested in uploading a pre-recorded video which would play automatically when a specific individual calls me. Is this something that can be done on Skype? I have not used my Skype accounts linked to the email [redacted] for a while now. The [redacted] email address no longer exists, along with my old phone number. I remember all my usernames but have forgotten the passwords. Could you assist me in recovering the passwords for my Skype accounts: adkstory, domcn8, gxcf.fd, sex.cam2cam491, and pie is.t1? I don't use Skype often, and I had installed it on my ASUS laptop a few months back. I set up a username and password but didn't write them down because my computer saved them. However, on March 5, [redacted], I bought $10 of call credit for my Skype account to make calls this week. Later, when I tried to log in, it asked for my password, which I seemed to have forgotten. I tried signing in with my email [redacted] multiple times but couldn't get in. I even attempted to reset my Microsoft account password twice but couldn't succeed. Now, I can't access the calling credit I purchased. I need assistance to resolve this issue through a talk or live chat with someone knowledgeable.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Skype account as I cannot remember my password. When I attempt to recover it, I notice that it is linked to an unfamiliar email and phone number, despite my verified email being correct. While I am currently logged in on my laptop, I fear losing access if I log out or try to sign in on my mobile. I am having trouble canceling my Skype subscription. The instructions provided on the website do not match what I am seeing when I try to manage my subscriptions. There are no subscriptions listed on my account page, and it only mentions my inactive Skype Credit, which I have never used. Despite this, I am still being charged monthly. I also found some purchase details, but they do not help me cancel my United States unlimited minutes mobiles and landlines monthly subscription for $2.99. The order number is [redacted][redacted]65. I have received several messages regarding my Microsoft account. The email suggests I requested a single-use code, which I did not. I believe someone may be trying to access my account. I have already initiated the process to close my account, but it will take 30 days. I am concerned about the security of my account in the meantime. I have been using my Skype account for many years to make phone calls to Madagascar. Recently, I encountered an issue where I can only use Skype online instead of making direct phone-to-phone calls. I am wondering how I can enable my account to make phone-to-phone calls without using the Internet, in addition to calls over the Internet. I have $49 in my account with automatic refill set up. I rely on Skype for these calls to Madagascar, which are costly. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, I signed up for Skype to connect with my family and chose a subscription with minutes for calls to France. However, as I reside in France but need to call Russia, I mistakenly selected the wrong subscription. I promptly canceled the French call subscription and kindly request to have it refunded. I have been charged $9.99 for credit that I just tried to add. The charge has gone through on my credit card, but I am unable to make calls as the Skype to phone payment is stuck on "processing." I had a similar issue six months ago where I paid for credit but it was never added. I need this resolved, and I would like a refund for the [redacted] purchase that did not add any credit to my account. If this cannot be fixed, I will need to create a new account.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Skype account under the username Stella.btmf. Microsoft is asking me questions about past passwords and contacts, which I am struggling to answer as I haven't used the account in over 5 years. I have filled out the form three times but Microsoft says my answers are not sufficient to validate the account. Hello, About a year and a half ago, I deleted and blocked a contact I had been chatting with for several years. I would like to retrieve and contact them again. Their displayed username was "Foepiz" and they were in my contacts since around February [redacted]. I do not know the email address associated with it, and I cannot seem to find them on Skype.
