I am reaching out regarding my son's situation with GTA. He lost several special vehicles over the summer and I would like to request assistance or replacements, if possible.
My son, who has special needs, enjoys playing GTA and was quite upset this summer when he realized he had lost these vehicles. He uses the game as a way to drive around and upgrade cars, finding joy in the simulated driving experience.
He had 9 vehicles in his arena garage, including a Scramjet, Deluxo, Armored Kuruma, Duke o' Death, Insurgent Pick-up Custom, Night Shark, Vigilante, Stromberg, and arena upgraded Dominator and Rat Truck ("Dot"). The loss occurred when he misunderstood a question about replacing vehicles in his garage, thinking they were being moved to another location.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. My son saves his birthday and Christmas money to make purchases in GTA, and it would mean a lot to him if the vehicles could be restored.

I can log in on the Rockstar website without any issues. However, when I launch GTA V on my PC, I am prompted to log in to the Rockstar Social Club. After logging in, I receive an error message stating I can't play offline as I haven't previously logged in while online. The error code is [redacted].87. I have never encountered this problem before, as I usually play in story mode. Is there a solution to this login issue?

I am reaching out regarding the issue with the new casino DLC. I am currently in Portugal and I'm unable to access any of the casino games involving gambling. There are numerous gambling options in my country including websites, casinos, and sports betting apps. I am curious as to why this content is unavailable to us. In Portugal, gambling requires a permit only if real money is involved, which is not the case since shark card money cannot be exchanged for casino chips. I have been a dedicated player since day one and appreciate the free DLCs, but I am puzzled as to why Portugal is excluded this time. I would appreciate it if someone from Rockstar could provide some insight into this decision. Thank you.

I discovered that some friends were exploiting a money glitch in GTA Online, which is troubling to me as I value the grind in the game. The glitch involves buying the arena workshop and Benny’s mechanic, filling up the garage with free elegy rh8’s, and engaging in a mission called Titan of a Job. One person initiates the sale while the other joins the mission, which results in a prompt to purchase the elegy custom. By backing out, they receive the cost of the vehicle. This exploit creates $[redacted],[redacted] in about a minute and a half. I chose not to participate and am seeking to have this glitch removed from the game to maintain fairness. As a result, I would like my friends, known as KillShot0809 and Gamma Croc, to receive a one-week ban on their Xbox accounts. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Hello, I recently purchased GTA V on Steam about five days ago. However, whenever I attempt to log into the online mode, I receive an error message stating that the saved data for Character 1 has been corrupted. I then try to overwrite it, but it displays another error saying "Rockstar cloud save error while deleting your character. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later." After attempting the first new casino story mission in GTA Online on Xbox One, I encountered an issue where I had to leave mid-mission due to a teammate's death causing a failure. Upon returning, I found myself unable to progress past the blue circle outside the management room within the casino. It seems the mission is stuck just before revealing the lobby with player names. I have attempted various solutions such as switching sessions, restarting GTA, and requesting a job from Ms. Baker via phone, but the problem persists. Any assistance would be highly valued.

Hi, I have a Rockstar account under two usernames. The email should be under Insidious last Asylum [redacted] at gmail.com. I believe my PS4 username is DJ infolacity [redacted] at yahoo.com. Two weeks ago, I encountered an issue where I cannot access my online character. I have two accounts on my PS3: DJ techno 11 and 2 isms. I'm trying to delete one account but keep the other. I want to delete the second account but not the one with [redacted]. I'm unable to access that account without a message saying it's timed out. I suspect my account may have been hacked or there are internet connection issues causing this problem. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate my account to check for any suspicious activity.

I recently noticed a promotion on a loading screen offering an additional 1,[redacted],[redacted] in-game dollars with the purchase of a Great White Shark Card. I went ahead and bought the card from the Xbox Store, not the in-game store, but I only received the initial 1,[redacted],[redacted] dollars. I made sure to reload the game and enter Gta Online, but the extra currency was nowhere to be found. Additionally, the promotion mentioned that the bonus would be doubled for first-time card buyers. I don't recall ever purchasing a Shark Card before, and I was hoping you could verify that for me. My Xbox gamertag is BoboFinn. Thank you for looking into this for me.

I recently installed Google Authenticator to participate in the Social Clubs 2-Step Verification promotion for the gold bar reward in rdr2. After receiving the gold bar payment, I uninstalled the authenticator app. Currently, my Club account, sanandreassaints, is linked to both my XB1 GTAv account and my PS4 RDR2 account. I was gifted a copy of GTAv for PS4 by a friend to play together, but I cannot transfer my GTAv character from XB1 to PS4 due to the 2-Step Verification prompt on the Social Club. The issue stems from reinstalling Google Authenticator. Despite syncing the internal clock and verifying my device and email associated with my Social Club account, the codes do not work. I have tried multiple times to sync Authenticator's clock to no avail. I seek help in resolving this syncing issue or removing 2-step verification to set it up again.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing Social Club services, affecting my use of GTA Online, Red Dead Redemption 2 Online, and the Social Club website. When accessing the website, I encounter a continuous connection timeout error. In GTA Online and RDR2 Online, I receive the error message "Unable to connect to Rockstar game services." Despite being able to install game updates and play Story Mode on my PlayStation 4, the issues persist. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache, rebooting the router and PS4, changing DNS settings, adjusting MTU values, and switching from WiFi to LAN connection without success. Using mobile data is not a sustainable solution due to the high costs involved. Numerous users in Southeast Asia, including myself in Malaysia, are facing similar problems, and the issue appears unrelated to the recent Casino DLC release. I urge you to investigate and provide a lasting solution for this widespread issue. I eagerly await your response.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my shooting in GTA 5. I'm unable to use any gun in the game, which is causing problems in earning money. I've tested three other controllers on my console, and they work fine with other games, so it seems to be a problem specific to your game. I've had to resort to using alternate controls, which I've never had to do before since I prefer the default controls that have always worked until now. As a result of not being able to shoot, I've lost approximately 3.6 million in in-game currency, which is deducted daily. I believe I should be compensated for this loss, as the issue is out of my control and is affecting my ability to earn money in the game. My name is Matthew S. Kubow. Someone I know gained access to and misused my Xbox Live account (Redneck Rambo15) by spending $[redacted].74 on Grand Theft Auto V Online Shark Cards without my permission. These unauthorized charges occurred between 6/27/19 and 7/8/19. I only discovered these transactions on 7/9/19 when reviewing my bank statement. I am requesting a refund for these charges. If necessary, I am willing for my Xbox Live account to be banned from GTA V Online to ensure any remaining in-game funds are utilized. As a college student with limited income, I cannot bear this credit card debt. I have already updated all security information on my Xbox account.

I have encountered a persistent issue where I lost most of my weapons and cannot acquire new ones due to a glitch. This problem made me stop playing the game roughly a year ago. I hesitated to reach out for support as I feared being accused of hacking. Recently, my cousin bought the game, sparking my interest in playing again to join them. However, without my gear, I'm unable to fully enjoy the experience. I understand there isn't a specific ticket for this issue, so I'm posting the details here for assistance. One of the weapons I intended to purchase, the Up-N-Atomizer, led me to waste about [redacted],[redacted] GTA cash due to this malfunction.

Hello, recently I completed the casino story from Loose Cheng to Full House. I encountered issues claiming my mystery reward. The first time I entered the car, my game crashed. After reloading, I went to Los Santos Customs with the car, but someone attacked me, so I activated passive mode and drove away towards Benny's. Unfortunately, my game crashed again. Upon reloading for the third time, I got the Porygon, but my money decreased from 4.5 (post-casino story) to 3.8 (pre-casino story). I am seeking assistance to recover my lost money. I can provide Discord messages from my attempts in a public chat as proof of the issue. My reward seems to have disappeared.

I recently purchased the starter pack and I was under the impression that all stuntman outfits were free. While purchasing what I thought were all free outfits, I realized that not all of them were indeed complimentary. Consequently, I unintentionally spent around +GTA$500k due to the lack of clarity in the pack details. On GTA 5 Online, I claimed the Social Club x Twitch Prime reward about 2-3 days ago. I successfully connected my Twitch Prime and Social Club accounts, with the promise that I would receive the penthouse in 48 hours or $1.5 million if already purchased. After waiting 48 hours and finding nothing, I double-checked the penthouse but still have not received the cash return. I received a message from Rockstar Games Social Club about an email address change on my account, Mastros77. The new email address receiving notifications was [redacted] I did not authorize this change, and my email address, [redacted], was also hacked and had to be recovered. I am feeling overwhelmed with the situation. I purchased a nightclub just before the casino update, and have been attempting to obtain a master penthouse since the update launched. I initially connected my Twitch Prime membership, but encountered issues with my payment information. I tried to re-connect, but it didn't work, leading me to believe it was processing. Today, I noticed that I didn't receive an in-game message or see the penthouse listed as free. I worked tirelessly to save enough money, participating in missions, jobs, selling vehicles, nightclub goods, and properties to accumulate approximately $1,[redacted],[redacted]. I have been trying all day to play online with my friend in GTA 5, but we encountered numerous glitches and poor game quality which prevented us from playing. Despite checking our internet connections, the issues seem to persist within the game itself. Initially, I had trouble with the controls and had to restart the game multiple times. Subsequently, both mine and my friend's games froze, forcing more restarts. After finally starting to play missions together, we were unexpectedly kicked out just before completing one. This resulted in frustration as it seemed like a waste of time and money, especially considering the game's unreliability. I am disappointed with Rockstar Games for failing to provide a seamless gaming experience and for not living up to the expectations of a paid service.
