I admire Rockstar's impressive success in the gaming industry and want to suggest a small improvement for GTA 5. Please consider making L3 toggle crouch/COS in the game, similar to the mechanics in the first Red Dead. This change could enhance gameplay without requiring much effort. I believe this adjustment would be beneficial for players without compromising the game's quality. I hope Rockstar will take this feedback into account for future updates. Dear Rockstar, during an online session, my brother (gamertag: BobaFett5798) and I were unexpectedly placed in a blank area with money bags falling from the sky. Without merit, I received [redacted],[redacted] GTA dollars. I want to prevent any potential ban for unintentional hacking. Please remove the unauthorized funds from my GTAV account promptly. I am unsure of the responsible hacker(s) and would appreciate if you could identify them through the session details. We swiftly exited GTAV and joined a new session. I have contacted support four times regarding my issue with Red Dead Redemption 2, which I purchased two weeks ago. The first disc installed correctly, but the second one did not. Despite following the support agent's instructions, the problem persists. After struggling to reach anyone for two days, I finally received a call back. The support person advised me to borrow a disc from a friend, which I explained was not an option. When I pressed the issue, they suggested having someone try the second disc on a different console. This also failed to work. It has been nearly two weeks since my purchase, and the game remains unplayable. I am unable to return it to Gamestop and have not received a response from Rockstar Tech Support. I seek assistance to resolve this so I can enjoy the game without further issues.

I attempted a cargo mission to sell 16 crates and make $[redacted],[redacted] with double XP. Following the instructions, I went to LSIA, boarded the specified airplane, and set out to deliver goods to 10 designated drop zones across the GTA 5 map. However, although the first drop registered, the subsequent 9 did not. I completed the mission, waiting out the remaining 26 minutes, but unfortunately did not receive any payment for my efforts after grinding for 2 hours. I am hoping for a resolution to receive compensation for the unsuccessful mission.

Hello! I recently received Red Dead Redemption 2 for Christmas, which was the gift I desired the most. I had a specific plan for the game, intending to play the campaign first due to my completionist nature when it comes to games, and then explore the world of Red Dead Redemption 2. Leading up to Christmas, I took great care to avoid any spoilers to fully appreciate your creation. Once I started playing, I was immersed in the story almost non-stop, even playing from 11 am to 2:30 am on one occasion. I completed the campaign by the 27th of December and finished the epilogue on the 28th. I felt disappointed that Arthur Morgan died, as I had hoped to continue exploring with him. While I understand I can play with John, I truly prefer Arthur for his charm, masculinity, and story. I find it unsettling to be deprived of the opportunity to experience the world with him and feel like I've missed out on the game. The option to play as Arthur Morgan, either through an update giving players a choice of characters or by modifying save game data, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to any further discussion. In the meantime, I may replay the campaign without completing the final mission.

I was recently permanently banned from Grand Theft Auto 5 Online. I'm wondering if there is a way for me to transfer my Social Club account to the Steam version of GTA 5. Will I need to purchase a new serial code? Also, why was I banned? I was only having harmless fun driving cars and planes. Instead of banning me, could the modded items have been removed so I could continue playing? I find it frustrating that I have to spend money to regain access to GTA 5 Online. Could you not send me a new serial code? It seems unfair to have to pay for a new one. Thank you.

I have already contacted customer support multiple times regarding an issue I have with a Christmas loyalty gift from Rockstar Games for GTA-V. I was awarded the Buzzard attack helicopter as a gift, but I already owned it. I tried to explain this in my ticket, but the responses I received did not understand my concern. They kept advising me to redeem the free gift, which I couldn't do because I already had the item.
I suggested that Rockstar Games could offer me a different item, allow me to choose something else, or provide virtual cash instead, but the responses continued to miss the point. After several failed attempts to clarify, I felt ignored and frustrated by the lack of understanding.
I hope someone can investigate this further and ensure that loyalty gifts are meaningful and not redundant. It's disappointing to feel overlooked, especially during the holiday season.

While driving my Karin Futo, a random player in a T20 car suddenly changed the color of my car to chrome with new wheels. After he went into his garage, I found him, shot some bullets, and asked him to come out. He appeared invisible and killed me when he did. Upon respawning, I noticed my levels decreasing, causing me to become anxious. I changed lobbies, but my levels dropped to 1, and all my progress in apartments, garages, cars, and guns vanished. The player responsible had the game tag PHUK_YOU, while mine was Y_uMad_Sunshine. I used to be at level [redacted]. This game is important to me since my brother gifted me his copy from [redacted]. I play on the PS3 platform and hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I experienced repeated random explosions at spawn from an unknown source. After this odd occurrence, I received an invitation from ragdawg2k19 to my apartment. Despite accepting, I faced a five-minute loading screen with no success.
Frustrated, I exited GTA V and restarted my Xbox [redacted]. Upon returning to the game, I noticed a significant loss in RP, demoting me to level 1 without any experience. Unable to identify the responsible player due to lack of information, I suspect my account has been hacked. This situation has left me disheartened as I feel all progress in the game is now lost.

Dear Rockstar employee, I am writing to report an issue with my account. I appear to be missing over 50 levels in ranking points and almost $5 million in cash. This problem arose after encountering a modder in my game session who dropped money on me against my wishes and subsequently kicked me out. Upon logging back in, I noticed my cash balance had dropped to $23,[redacted] and my level had decreased to 23. I am concerned about being flagged as a "bad sport" due to this incident, although I did not solicit or intend to keep the money given by the modder. I have already reported the modder. I kindly request your assistance in reinstating my original cash balance and level, as well as ensuring my account is not designated as a "bad sport." Prior to the incident, my level was 73. I believe someone accessed my account without permission and changed my username. My original username was "GWILKS" and it was changed to "kamilque21". I'd like to have it changed back to "GWILKS" or be given the option to change it myself, as I am unable to do so currently due to the recent alteration. Additionally, the individual who accessed my account also removed me as the founder of my crew, "Rowdy Royals". The new leader is now "DoctorZethicules", whom I know. It seems that leadership was transferred to him as the next in line after me. Is there a way for me to regain my position as the Founder and Leader of the crew, or do I need to create a new one? I have already created a new crew just in case this issue cannot be resolved, and I will invite my friend "Doc" to join. I have changed my account password as a precaution. I do not have the Steam version; I am using the multiple disc version to play on PC. Please inform me if you require any further information from my end. Thank you.

I believe my account was accessed without my consent, and my username was altered. My previous username "GWILKS" was changed to "kamilque21". I would like to revert it to "GWILKS" or receive permission to change it myself as it appears to have been changed recently. The person who accessed my account also removed me as the founder of my crew, "Rowdy Royals". I led this crew, and now "DoctorZethicules" is the leader. I was initially unsure what this was about and did some research online but found little information. Upon checking my email inbox, I noticed emails from Rockstar Games, which were oddly in Russian. Upon translating them, I discovered that a two-factor verification had been set up (see Screenshot_15 below). I have been enjoying Red Dead Redemption 2 on PS4 online along with its captivating story. While I am currently enjoying the game, I am curious if there are plans to enhance the online experience with more immersive features in the future. For example, the ability to sleep at camps or use beds found in abandoned cabins, as well as sitting on chairs or logs scattered around the map. I believe that these additions would further enhance the realism of the game. I acknowledge that the online version is still in beta and under development, but I am hopeful for updates that may include these features.

I have eagerly awaited the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 for over 3 years. However, I am disappointed with the online version of the game as it does not meet my expectations. The beta should have been launched before the game, not after. The shooting system lags even though I have a fast download speed. Many side missions do not function properly, the economic aspect is a joke, character movements are slow, and the card system is not working correctly. The online system frequently crashes, causing frustration. I feel let down by the company for not addressing these issues. Hello, I recently purchased a Progen T20 supercar from Legendary Motorsport. I stored it in my nightclub garage and then drove it to my Arena Workshop for customization. I opted for red headlights and modified it to my liking. Following that, I took it for a stunt race and cruised around with a friend. I then did some special cargo missions with another friend online for about 3 hours. When I returned to play today, I couldn't find my T20 anywhere - not in Mors Mutual Insurance or any of my garages. I haven't purchased or moved any other cars, and I have restarted my PS4 without any luck. I'm reaching out to see if there is a solution to this issue. Thank you. - Brett
