Hello, I would like to seek guidance on an issue with Roblox gift cards. My son bought two cards today, each worth $25. While he successfully redeemed the first card, the pin on the second card got damaged while scratching, making some characters illegible. We have the card number available if needed. I had two accounts, jakethegamersz and HuskyAndBloop, which I cherished for all the good things on them. Unfortunately, they got banned. It was a mistake due to someone named Christian in Roblox. He threatened to hack our accounts if we didn't buy him Robux, so we did. His email ended up linked to my accounts, causing the ban. I really wish to have those accounts back as they mean a lot to me. The usernames are jakethegamersz and HuskyAndBloop on Roblox. Please help me retrieve them.

I was promised Robux on my Roblox account by a user named (PinkQueenBff), but instead, my account was taken. I am hoping for assistance to recover my account. I have been a member of Roblox for several years, enjoying the platform and playing games daily. Today, while in a game, I came across individuals promoting a "free Robux site," which was clearly a scam. I promptly reported these users and continued playing. However, the issue persisted as more appeared, potentially bots, advertising the same fraudulent site. Within a span of 20 minutes, I encountered over 10 of these users. It is concerning to see such scams targeting users, especially younger players who might fall victim to having their accounts compromised. Urgent action is needed to address this widespread problem.

I would like to report an issue with the official Lore Group "Korblox" on Roblox. The group Administrator OstrichSized is the main person I need to contact, along with Sorcus. I experienced a similar issue with my account. I fell for a free robux game that requested my password, which I entered unknowingly. The individual who hijacked my account changed the email and phone number before I could alter the password. The game was linked to a person named Kingdred44, but their account no longer exists, along with the games they created to obtain passwords from minors. I am eager to reclaim access to my account. My sister and I both had usernames that complemented each other (Wetmuddysock/Drycleansock) that we established a while back. I am curious if there is a way to trace when the email was modified and potentially recover my account using the old details, such as password, phone number, and email. Hopefully, there is a method to access the previous credentials.

I fell victim to a scam by an individual named cyberfang1z45 who promised free robux. Despite my suspicions, I, unfortunately, lost my Omega Builders Club membership of 3 months to this scam. He tricked me by claiming there was a game to acquire free robux by entering my password. Regrettably, I shared my password with him, resulting in the theft of my account. Strangely, I found myself unable to access my account when it was offline even with the correct password. The system kept rejecting my attempts to reset the password. The two accounts involved are "TestAccount203838," which I used to communicate with myself, and the hacked account "TestSubject_290." I urge you to address this matter promptly and reach out to me if necessary.

Hello, my name is Diana, and on Roblox, I go by the username dianangle. Recently, my account got terminated because of what seems to be disputed charges. However, after speaking with my bank, we confirmed that no disputes were made, and the charges were valid. The payment cancellation was done by Xsolla. According to them, it was due to a Dispute regarding a purchase on a different website called woozworld. Even though there were no disputes related to Roblox, Xsolla still canceled the payment. This payment was authorized, made months ago, and I reached out to both Roblox and Xsolla. Xsolla has cleared me, but Roblox has not reinstated my account. Initially, I mistakenly thought that I was the one disputing the purchase, but after clarifying that it was Xsolla's decision, I explained this to Roblox. Despite providing solutions to repay them for the canceled payment, Roblox refuses to reconsider, accusing me of unauthorized charges. I have evidence from the bank to prove otherwise. I am eager to resolve this issue but Roblox seems unresponsive to my emails and calls. I feel the decision was unfair as no charges were disputed; it was Xsolla who canceled the payment. I have been trying to regain access to my account for over a month now, and I genuinely hope for a positive resolution. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I purchased a Roblox gift card for $25.00 for my daughter. Due to a change in Roblox's policy, we only used a part of the amount and should have $15.00 remaining. When attempting to redeem the remaining balance, I keep receiving an error message to try again later. I am facing difficulty redeeming the gift card. Hello, I need assistance with recovering my old ROBLOX account named xChara. The account was recently hacked, and I had to create a new one with the username xCharaaa. However, I really want my old account back as it contained valuable items, including a limited hat. However, I received a message about my account being accessed by the game, leading to repeated disconnections. It became apparent that I had been hacked, as the password was changed. I am requesting ROBLOX to unban the accounts HuskyAndBloop and jakethegamersz, which had valuable items. These accounts were hacked and subsequently banned for distributing Robux to individuals. I believe the hacker had multiple accounts and threatened further actions if we didn't comply. I ask for the restoration of these accounts as I cherished them for the possessions and Robux they held. I am a devoted player of ROBLOX and initially joined upon discovering it on YouTube. Please consider unbanning the mentioned accounts as I hold them dear and have invested a lot in them.

I have noticed that ROBLOX withdrew funds from my bank account multiple times, with over 10 transactions in one week and 8 on a single day. Last week, when this occurred, my bank refused to refund the money because apparently ROBLOX has a history of this. Initially, I suspected my daughter, but after checking her phone, I found she only has 12 Robucks instead of the expected [redacted]+, considering the deductions. Her profile name is Monaesiw. Due to this situation, I am deleting her profile and requesting a refund of all the funds taken, as well as the overdraft fees that accumulated. These unauthorized transactions have caused significant financial strain and stress, impacting my ability to pay bills. If ROBLOX cannot address this issue promptly, I will have to seek legal assistance, as this has occurred too frequently, resulting in substantial financial losses without the corresponding Robucks benefit for my daughter.

I am unsure who I should reach out to regarding a concerning interaction I had in the game "Royale High" with a player named biscuit8642. They shared distressing details about their mental health and being mistreated by their parents. The situation escalated when they mentioned grabbing a knife and counting down. A person claiming to be their father entered the conversation and made threats if I were to disclose the information. As a young individual, I am unsure of the best course of action. I am reaching out in hopes that the game administrators can identify the player's location and assist them.
