I believe my account was compromised. On the day it happened, I reset my password, played some games, and joined a group. Later, I left the group and then got kicked out of Roblox. The next day, I found myself logged out and couldn't access my account with the correct credentials. I tried to reset the password with no success, ultimately creating a new account. This was disheartening as my previous account held valuable items and currency in games like Royal High and Bloxburg, which I invested a lot in. I'm only 11 years old and feeling really upset about losing all my progress. I hope Roblox can assist me in recovering my old account.

The company won't refund the robux my son used on game passes in the game Warrior Simulator after banning the developer. They keep instructing me to contact the developer, who can't access their account anymore. I'm not concerned with why the developer got banned; my focus is my son's account. He spent [redacted] robux on these passes, but they aren't functional. Roblox should either remove games by banned developers or intervene to fix them. I'm not worried about the robux; I gave the money to my son for the passes to work. If Roblox won’t address this, they should either allow the banned developer to rectify the passes or refund the robux to players. With over 80k robux tied to the banned developer’s game, it's the developer, not Roblox, who faces the loss.

I am disappointed with Roblox. As many are aware, all Pokemon games have been removed. I am not requesting that they be reinstated. My concern is that I purchased four game passes from Project Pokemon. I have the 100X shiny, faster running, pokedollars boost, and legendary passes. These total to [redacted] Robux. Now that the game is gone, these passes are worthless. I feel deceived and have lost over $20. I kindly ask for a refund of the [redacted] Robux spent on the game. Thank you.

Hello, I am a Roblox player and I encountered an issue with someone pretending to give out Robux in Adopt Me. They hosted a party and claimed to give away Robux. They asked for my password, which made me concerned about my safety. After giving them my password, they accessed my account, stole all my pets, including a new rideable Griffin, and gave them to their friend. I was devastated to find all my pets missing. I also noticed they were changing my avatar and harassing my friends and family members without any prior information from us. This situation is serious, and I am pleading for assistance in recovering my items. My username on Roblox is XxJulymarsxX. I urge the Roblox team to take action and address this issue promptly to prevent further incidents like this from happening. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Roblox, I am sincerely asking for another chance. I already learned my lesson from the punishment I received. I promise not to use exploits again. Please forgive me for my mistake. I value my account greatly as I worked hard to reach max stats in Ro-Ghoul. I have been very upset since my account was deleted. I apologize for using exploits in the game. I truly won't do it again. Please reconsider and restore my account. I am truly sorry for what I did. I am willing to prove that I will play fairly from now on. Hello, it has been a couple of months since I last accessed my Roblox account under the username DestinyShardYT. Two years ago, my account was hacked and a pin was placed on it. At that time, I was too young to seek assistance from ROBLOX, so I left the pin on my account. Unfortunately, in January [redacted], I lost access to the email linked to my account, "[redacted]" This has made it impossible for me to update my email. I would appreciate it if the pin on my account could be removed so I can change my email address and also add my phone number ([redacted]) to the account. I have a concern regarding the use of different currencies on the platform. My parents do not have US Dollars on their credit card, hindering my ability to purchase Robux. I suggest providing a starter pack of 20 Robux to new users to make it accessible to everyone. There are issues with bullying, swearing, hacking, and unauthorized transactions on the platform that need to be addressed promptly. Consider offering Robux donations on users' birthdays or providing a starter pack to alleviate financial barriers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to support a variety of currencies, such as Jamaican Dollars, Euros, and naira, to accommodate users from different countries. These changes would enhance the overall user experience and promote fairness among all players.

While playing Tower of Hell by YXCeptional Studios, I managed to reach the top but was unexpectedly kicked out of the game and banned for allegedly exploiting it. I was using the in-game perks like many others and did not engage in any improper behavior. I received a message stating I was banned for cheating, which left me confused and disappointed. I would like to request assistance in reaching out to the game studio to clarify the situation. I truly enjoyed playing the game and it is unfortunate to be banned without valid reasons.

As a child who was naive about online security, I found myself hacked around [redacted]. I remember friends using my computer to play ROBLOX and clicking on ads, possibly compromising my login details. When I noticed changes in my account, like missing items, I sought help through a ticket, but was only advised to enhance my password security. Despite following those steps in 2[redacted], my items were not recovered. In [redacted] or early [redacted], I reached out again to request restoration of my lost possessions. After some back and forth where I provided details and pictures of the incident, Roblox initially agreed to restore the items, but then backtracked, citing the ticket's age. I experienced disappointment at the inconsistency in their responses. Although the current system prevents item removal, unfortunately, my old and event items from [redacted] remain unrecoverable. It would be heartening if someone could make an exception and return my missing items.

I reported this previously around 11 a.m. in the Philippines. I'm experiencing an issue where I was kicked out of the Tower of Hel(l) and suspect it was due to winning. It's currently 3 p.m. in the Philippines, and upon trying to play, I discovered I was banned for allegedly exploiting the game. This was quite unexpected and upsetting. I am reaching out once again through email. Not being able to play my favorite game on Roblox is disheartening. I kindly request assistance in identifying who reported me and why, as this holds significant value to me. Please rectify this situation, as being unable to play the game I'm so passionate about is truly distressing. It's frustrating when people report others without valid reasons. I accidentally purchased the elderly animation pack instead of the cartoony animation pack due to internet issues. The picture did not display properly, making it hard to identify the selection. While playing a game with my friend, I encountered a player named foxtrampot who offered me a free gamepass. Despite my hesitation about sharing my password, he assured me of his honesty. However, when I tried to log in at the sign-up section, it failed, and upon checking my profile, I discovered that he had unfriended everyone on my friends' list. I am a 10-year-old Roblox player, and I need assistance in retrieving my account named DarkYTN.

My 8-year-old sister's account was compromised by two older girls who used it to send themselves items. The usernames of these girls are "leashxx1304" and "luluxx7654." I suspect this is a form of bullying, as these girls are 15 and 12, while my sister is only 8. They have also changed the password to her account, which she has had for years (her username is "Candyworldxox19" and her previous password was "Amelia2010"). Unfortunately, she cannot recall the email address associated with the account as she created it when she was younger. Roblox claims to be a safe platform for children, and I hope that steps can be taken to regain access to my sister's account and address the bullying behavior of these two individuals.

Earlier today, my account got hacked. My child mistakenly shared the username and password while playing a game. Now, someone else has unauthorized access to the account. The game in question was created by a user named 'kingdred44'. Even though my child reported the game and the creator, the person seems to have disappeared. Regrettably, the hacker has already altered the associated email and phone number, preventing me from regaining control through those means. The account's username is 'wetmuddysock'.

It appears that someone accessed my account and used up the [redacted] Robux I had saved to spend on Bloxburg. Could you kindly consider refunding the [redacted] Robux to my account? I am eager to use it in Bloxburg. If you assist me, I will recommend Roblox to my friends over Fortnite. In my opinion, Roblox is far superior, as Fortnite was easy and uninteresting when I tried it. I joined a server called "Dungeon Quest Legendary Giver," promising 25k Robux. After entering my password, I was kicked off my account within 5 minutes. Despite multiple login attempts and trying to reset my password using my phone number (which I hadn't previously registered for privacy reasons), I still couldn't regain access. The hacker, known as Kole_man55, compromised my account named Lucky_master18. I recently purchased Builders Club and 10 euros worth of Robux, totaling around 60 euros on my Lucky_master18 account. I'm hopeful for assistance in recovering my account.

Today at around 11:15 am California time, while playing Heartbeat Hospital, my 9-year-old was bullied by a player with the screen name "Jake" who proceeded to make racist remarks towards a black avatar, calling them "poop skin" and other offensive things. Unfortunately, this player didn't appear on the player list for reporting. I witnessed the incident and strongly feel that action should be taken to remove this player from Roblox entirely. Hello, my name is Alex, and I was hacked about 1 or 2 months ago. I accidentally joined a free Robux game, which turned out to be a hacker. Since I entered my username and password, they accessed my account and changed my skin. My username was atheswede123, and I cherished my account, playing Roblox every day. I had spent over $[redacted] on it. This is the third time I am reaching out to you, hoping you understand how important it is to me to get this fixed. I recently changed the password for my eccount kitiking80 and now I can't recall it. I'm unable to access it via email because it was registered under my cousin's name, who doesn't remember the email password. I think the email used might be with Yahoo. My eccount had 141k robux, and my previous passwords were abananapotato and abananapotato321. I didn't purchase any robux or BC; I earned them through game development. The eccount seems secure, but I'm facing an issue with password retrieval.
