Hello, my name is Emma Torres. My Roblox account has been hacked, and someone else is currently using it without my permission. The hacker is spending the money I have on there and is threatening me to give her access to my friends' accounts in exchange for mine. The username of my account that has been compromised is kittypusheenlol, and the hacker has changed the password, so I cannot access it anymore. The previous password for kittypusheenlol was torresfamily6. I am deeply upset because the hacker has even deleted my Bloxburg house. If I don't regain access to my kittypusheenlol account with all the money and Robux I have spent, my parents will prohibit me from using Roblox in the future due to security concerns. Dear ROBLOX Support Team, I am reaching out to report an incident involving a developer named PowerfulEnvy who scammed us in the GRP (group recruiting plaza). We hired him to add features to our game for [redacted] robux. Despite seeming legitimate and requesting half of the payment upfront, he disappeared after receiving the initial payment, blocking us on ROBLOX and Discord, and leaving our group. Another member, iiAccess_Law, witnessed this deception. We are disheartened by this situation and have lost both a developer and group funds. The hacker changed the pin and adjusted my privacy settings, preventing me from interacting with others on the platform. Hello Roblox, I want to address the termination of my account, Omar17790. My account got banned due to a misunderstanding regarding a game called Cooking Simulator that I purchased a copy of. I clearly stated in the game description that it was a bought copy from the original creator and also mentioned this on Wayless Studio's group wall. Another user, CITY_PETS, who claimed to be Tofuu, offered me a free copy, failing to disclose that it was stolen. I later discovered that CITY_PETS was a fake who scammed me. I intended to shut down the game, but my computer issues delayed this. Upon fixing my computer, I found my account terminated for "scamming," despite being the one scammed. I did not profit from the game, as it was made uncopylocked after I received it. There are multiple copies of the game, and I believe CITY_PETS stole it, as evidenced by a YouTube video they posted admitting to the theft. This morning, I purchased $49.99 worth of Robux in Roblox. After checking the amount which was displayed and receiving payment confirmation from Xsolla, I exited the game. Later, when my daughter logged into her account, she noticed that her Robux balance was at 0. Even after restarting the computer, the balance remained at 0. I contacted Xsolla, who directed me to reach out to customer support for further assistance. To clarify, the Roblox password has not been shared with anyone else. I am concerned about the security of the account and this is the first time we have experienced such an issue despite frequently purchasing Robux. I am requesting a prompt resolution by either receiving a refund or having the purchased Robux credited to my daughter's account under the username horse_loversonly. We waited the entire day yesterday for a solution but did not receive one.

While playing on Bloxburg, a player asked me to friend them, so I accepted. They then requested I join them in another game, prompting me to input my password, which unfortunately I did. Later, when I tried to play Roblox, it asked me to either log in or create a new account, despite me already having one. After attempting to log in, it displayed my username as Kitty_jessica12. I was thrilled about having Robux, but it turned out to be a scam. Even though I entered my password again, it kept saying it was incorrect. I tried to reset the password using my phone number, but the code never arrived. I need assistance to regain access to my account. 😭😭😭

Hello, I am facing an issue with a customized power product that I ordered for 50k to make it limitless and the strongest. The individual I originally dealt with, who was the owner of the game, has since been replaced by someone else. The new group, including the lead developer and developer, started a new Discord server and a Robux group with similar concepts and financial backing (primarily from me). Despite assurances that all old project payments would be honored, when I brought up the limitless power request, they denied it. Instead, they offered solutions that I find unacceptable. Now, they are threatening to withhold my power unless I accept their inferior proposal. I am reaching out to seek assistance with this situation.

I have experienced multiple scams in a game called "Adopt Me" while trying to acquire a pet giraffe. Despite reporting the incidents, no actions have been taken, leading to frustration with the continuous scamming by both friends and others. I have lost my dragon and unicorn to these scams, and I am pleading for help in stopping this behavior. It is disheartening to be targeted repeatedly, so I urge for proper actions to be taken to address and prevent future scams. Returning the stolen pets and ensuring measures are in place to prevent further scams, along with receiving the desired pet giraffe, would greatly help resolve this situation. Thank you.

Despite this, I was not logged out of my account on Xbox. I primarily use Xbox on PC and mobile, not through the Xbox console. I need to report a stolen account belonging to my friend, CookieCat76313. I can provide more details if necessary. Essentially, CookieCat's account was taken after she gave her password to our mutual friend, Bin_blox, whom we trusted. Bin_blox had offered CookieCat Robux, leading her to share her password and promptly get logged out. Although Bin_blox denies any involvement, there are indications pointing to her. I even have screenshots of conversations with the individual using CookieCat's account, who threatened to remove my account. Additionally, another account named delfy1 claimed responsibility for the theft while being in the server at the time.

I encountered two individuals who were very impolite to me in Sunset Island, a location within Royale High. I mentioned having an attention disorder and explained my low patience level, to which they responded dismissively, claiming that ADD did not stand for Attention Deficit Disorder. Despite my attempts to provide them with information clarifying the difference between ADD and ADHD, they accused me of being rude. I sought to explain, "ADD refers to symptoms like inattention and poor working memory, while ADHD includes hyperactivity and impulsivity." Despite my efforts, they continued to allege my rudeness. A companion of the rude individuals joined in, using inappropriate language towards me. I defended myself, emphasizing that I was merely presenting facts, but they insisted I was bullying them.

I recently experienced a scam while playing Booga Booga. My friend asked me to craft an infinity chest. I shared that I had previously crafted god armor, which led to me giving him some gold. He then trap-killed me, leaving me without resources. I've been struggling to rebuild, asking for help from others. I recently encountered a virus issue after receiving a message from a friend, suspecting her account was hacked. The virus seems to have originated from a free catalog app. It logs me out of my account, sending the virus to others. Unfortunately, my password was changed, and I've lost access to my account containing my credit card details. My account has been fully compromised. The individual altered the email linked to the account, and despite my attempts to change it back and alter the password multiple times, they continued to regain access. The email previously associated with the account is [redacted], which has been used consistently since [redacted]. Although I could recover the account, the hacker also gained entry to my email and changed its password, despite having two-step verification in place. The account in question is AriiiMota, and I possess evidence via screenshots of threats and email notifications regarding changes made before my email was taken over. I am reaching out from my alternate email for assistance as I have invested significantly in this account and am eager to regain control.

A person I used to play with on Roblox, under the username "RonaldHackerBr," somehow gained unauthorized access to my account and left a message in my bio. Suspecting a hack, I sought help from my friend Jonathan to recover my account by adding his email for security verification and changing the password. However, despite these measures, I found myself locked out of my account with an old password that was no longer working. Additionally, my friend noticed Roblox was no longer linked to the email address that should have been associated. While playing Trade Hangout, I encountered a user named SpeedySpedest who offered an Immortal sword in exchange for help with a game. Despite having items worth over 6.5k Robux, I agreed to his request. After sending him a game link on Discord, he manipulated the situation and attempted to scam me. He then tricked me into a trade where I unknowingly gave away my valuable items for an egg. Upon realizing the deceit, I lost access to my account temporarily. When I regained access and checked my trades, all my items were transferred to SpeedySpedest's account.
