I seem to be experiencing a problem with my Roblox account. I attempted to log in using my saved password, but it did not work. When I tried to reset the password, I could not find the account linked to my email address, which seemed disconnected. I reached out to Roblox support and provided the necessary details, including my email being the original one on the account and proof of previous purchases. Despite supplying the requested information and waiting for two days, I was informed they couldn't assist me, leaving me frustrated. As a next step, I left them a voicemail in the hopes that direct contact might yield better results. I am currently awaiting their response.

I had an account created with the username "izzyg75" when I was 8, but I didn't link an email for password recovery. Two years later when my iPad data transferred to a new device, I couldn't recall my password. I lost years of game progress. I've created a new Roblox account, but I wish there was a way to recover the old one's password. The old account was created on 10/11/[redacted].

Due to my cookies being stolen, my account was compromised, and someone gained access to it. Busy with exam preparation, I didn't notice until 6 p.m. that my account was tampered with. Offensive content was posted by the person who likely stole my number, resulting in my account being deleted. Despite filing a complaint, my chances seem slim as I'm not a prominent streamer or supported by big influencers. The Roblox administrator rarely reviews regular player accounts for appeal requests, so it's likely my account is lost.

Hello, my username on Roblox is Fizzy_freak. I am facing an issue with my account as I am unable to change my old phone number and email. The problem is that I need access to my email to change the phone number, and vice versa, but I can't do that. I really want to log into my account on my device but I am unable to because it requires a verification code that I can't receive due to the old email. Hello, I have lost access to my account. This happened because when I reset my phone to factory settings, I did not set up the account. I want to reset my password with the help of Roblox admins. I can prove that the account is mine because I have played a lot: anime adventure, Tower Defense, SCP: Roleplay, Prison Real Life. I have been ignored for a whole week while waiting. I even donated [redacted] Robux. My first donation was for SCP: Roleplay, then I bought the "error" skin as glasses and put on a free blue hat. Please reply, it's frustrating to lose my account.

My daughter's "Adopt Me" account was hacked after she recently added a Roblox gift card on 8/5/[redacted]. We attempted to reset her password, but the hacker quickly changed all the information. My daughter, who has autism, finds comfort in playing with her adopted pets on the game, and the hack has greatly upset her. She is devastated and confused as to why someone would do this to her, as she is kind to everyone in the game. My account got banned after someone falsely complained about our chat during a game where we were just talking normally. I am encountering an issue whenever I attempt to log in to the Microsoft version of Roblox, as a human verification prompt appears but fails to load properly. I have already tried reinstalling the Microsoft version of Roblox, fixing my Microsoft version, and downloading updates on my PC, but none of these solutions have been effective. I even created a new account and tried various other troubleshooting steps like using Ccleaner, downloading Windows updates, and repairing the Roblox app, but nothing has resolved the issue permanently. The only workaround that has worked in the past was resetting my Windows entirely, which is time-consuming. This problem is frustrating, and despite finding no solutions on YouTube, Google, or Reddit, I am hopeful that someone here can assist me in resolving this ongoing human verification loading problem.

Hello, I have been accused of harassment, so let me explain from the beginning. My friend and I were playing a game peacefully, which is "Grand Piece Online" on Roblox, a great game by the way. We were playing calmly when two unfamiliar people came and eliminated us. The first time, we said nothing, but then they continued. It annoyed both me and my friend. Also, because my in-game character has dark skin, whenever they killed me, they would call me derogatory names related to slavery. This made me react angrily and use inappropriate language because I do not tolerate being treated that way. I know I behaved poorly, and I regret it. I got banned, and I understand I was wrong. Hello Roblox, I recently purchased a gift card, but I encountered difficulties as the code was invalid when I tried to redeem it. After much effort, I managed to redeem it, but only received a "virtual object" instead of the expected robux. Despite following all instructions provided, I couldn't use the card's value to purchase robux. As a minor, this was upsetting as it was my saved money.
