Recently, while playing with friends in Brookhaven as usual, someone started bothering me by constantly breaking into my house. After locking them out, they insulted me, and I responded in self-defense, having read that self-defense should not lead to being banned. I checked on my phone in Roblox to see if they were banned but apparently they were not. That's why I came here to ask why.

This is the 30th message I have sent regarding my login issues with my Roblox account. I'm unsure if it was hacked or it's a bug, but I urgently need access to my account or a refund. If account recovery isn't possible, I would appreciate a refund. Please don't just suggest resetting my password; kindly log into my account and change the email address back to "[redacted]". Additionally, if you can investigate who altered my email or determine if it was a bug, I'd be grateful if you could resolve it. My Roblox account got hacked. I fell for the deception and gave out my password. Shortly after, I was kicked out of the game and then completely from my account. Even though I changed the password, it did not prevent the hack. When I attempted to log back in, I couldn't access my account. Upon checking through my second account, I noticed someone was playing on the hacked account. The person is currently offline, and it seems they may have changed the password as I was unable to regain access.

My son's account was hacked, resulting in the loss of all his inventory that was purchased using real money. I would like to request a refund for the purchases he made as he now has nothing left. While playing Murder Mystery 2, a player called me black as an insult due to my character being black in the game. When I confronted her about it being racist, she dismissed it as just a color. I reported her without consequences, so I am reaching out for support to address this issue and ensure a safe environment on Roblox for all users. The players involved were errorme_mp4 and Nightskies79. I believe it is unfair to resort to insults based on skin color. Additionally, during the game, a player targeted me disproportionately. I hope this feedback leads to a more inclusive and respectful gaming community.

I believe there has been a misunderstanding leading to the unfair banning of my account. I would like to request the reinstatement of my account, as I have experienced repeated bans shortly after being unbanned. I wholeheartedly apologize for any wrongdoing on my part, and I value my account which has had significant investment. Recently, during a game, I responded to a rude player, for which I am sincerely sorry. It's disheartening to observe that while their behavior goes unpunished, I face deletion of my account. I kindly ask for the restoration of my account as it seems unjust.

I am Thelegends951 and recently got disconnected from my account for unknown reasons. Following your advice, I set up 2-step verification and downloaded the AUTHENTICATOR application, but it removed my passwords and recovery codes. Now, I can only log in via quick connection on another device as I have no access to any of my devices due to being disconnected from all of them. I have been unable to recover my account as each attempt prompts me for verification codes that I do not possess. I have previously explained this issue without resolution. Could you please disable the 2-step verification on my account so I can regain access?

She took a sign from the inventory box and put it on, asking me to be her boyfriend. I was role-playing as a cop at my brother's house. I recently regained access to my account after it was hacked. Upon checking, I noticed several unauthorized transactions:
- User "crystal40765" purchased a private server using [redacted] robux
- User "kimjinwook12345" purchased a private server using 44 robux
- User "kifimnena" purchased a private server using [redacted] robux
- Users "ikoned2008iko" and "Just_Chris," now deleted, bought two products for 16 robux each on "Bulgarian_studio's Place" and "ikoned2008iko place"
I kindly request a refund of the robux and the possible banning of these players to prevent further theft.

My daughter's account has been deleted/cancelled. I am requesting to have her account reinstated. We have invested a lot of money into her account with numerous items on Roblox. If her account is permanently cancelled, she will lose all the investments made. I understand she had an argument with another player, common among kids. I attempted to record a TikTok and was temporarily banned from Roblox for one day due to a report from another player. Feeling unfairly treated, I reported the incident. I am here to address the unjust ban I received from Roblox without a valid reason. I was upset by the derogatory remarks made by the other player that led me to react defensively. I respectfully request Roblox to reconsider my ban and take action against the other player involved. It's frustrating to be punished for something I did not do, and I believe she initiated the conflict. I suggest a one-week ban and thirty million Robux as a fair resolution. Despite asking her to stop harassing me, she continued and used inappropriate language towards me.
