My email linked to the Roblox account was hacked about 4-5 months ago. Surprisingly, it was my brother who accessed my Outlook account while it was open, changed the password, and now I cannot receive verification codes to access my Roblox account due to the email being inaccessible. I still remember my Roblox password, but without being able to receive the verification code sent to [redacted], I am unable to log in.

While I received an email to reset the password, the link provided did not work, and there was no option to recover my email. This is why I am contacting you. I am facing issues accessing my Roblox account "avryl_is". Each time I attempt to sign in and enter the verification code, it keeps stating it's incorrect. Hello! In November [redacted], I purchased four Robux gift cards. I used two of them then and recently tried to use the remaining two. Everything was fine until I was offered a free virtual item without reading the details. After that, I noticed my Robux balance remained the same as last time, at 1,[redacted] Robux. I had extra Robux previously, so I'm confused as to why I didn't receive the Robux from the new gift cards. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Good morning, On 2.1.23, around 10 o'clock, my son lent a valuable weapon, ICEPIECER, to @Mihay_Dead. They have been playing Murder Mystery 2 together for a while, so he had no doubt that the weapon would be returned. Shortly after handing over the weapon, @Mihay_Dead removed him from his friend list. The weapon was not returned, and contacting @Mihay_Dead is impossible because he has blocked him. I noticed several inappropriate clothing options in this child's game, despite it being marketed for kids. The game developers need to be more mindful of the content they are promoting to children. Exposure to indecent behavior at such a young age can be harmful and sends the wrong message. As a psychologist and a parent, I am concerned about the impact this could have on young minds. It's disheartening to see such content being normalized in a game meant for children. I plan to address this issue with the developers or someone in charge to understand why this is being permitted. The well-being and moral development of children should be a top priority, and these kinds of influences are concerning.

I recently tried out the new custom profile picture feature and found that after experimenting with it, my character looks strange because the photo is moved down and zoomed in more than before. The default position now seems off, with the full view option displaying the character facing front instead of to the side like before. It would be helpful if there was an option to reset it back to its original state. Currently, I'm unsure if there's a way to do this or if Roblox plans to address it. My friends and I enjoy chatting through bios and checking each other's profiles regularly, so having a profile that reflects me accurately is important. I urgently need help regarding my Roblox account "Tenzoth." Two days ago, I was hacked by someone who proceeded to upload inappropriate content, resulting in my account being deleted. I have attempted to contact Roblox support via email, but I have not received a response yet. The hacker changed my password, enabled authentication via the Authy app, and locked me out of my account. I have evidence of the hacking, including Discord chat history, the scam server link, and the scam website used against me. I can also verify my ownership of the account. I need help recovering my account on Roblox that was hacked after I shared my username with someone on a mutual server for trading in a game called Box Fruits. The hacker changed my email, password, and added a parental control pin. I am unable to access my account due to this pin. I am requesting assistance in resetting the parental pin and recovering access to my account safely. The hacker is the older brother of the account owner. I would like the hacker to be permanently banned from Roblox and Discord. I suggest that Roblox improves its website security to prevent unauthorized access to accounts with significant purchases. I encountered an issue on Facebook with a user named Gelbirt Daganon who posted about "free robux." He asked for my username and password, claiming to help me. Unfortunately, after sharing my details, he pretended not to be able to log in and then blocked me. He used my account without permission. Desperate, I borrowed my sister's account to confront the hacker. The hacker suggested we trade accounts, but I refused to trust someone who hacked me. Despite my efforts, the hacker left the game, leaving me with no resolution. I reached out to Roblox support for assistance, and they promised to email me soon.

I was playing in a game called "tt" and came across a live offer that promised free pets if I connected it to my account. However, after encountering a problem with a specific code, I logged into Roblox and realized that all my valuable pets in Adopt Me were missing. I lost pets like my mega owl, neon shadow, mega bat dragon, winged horse, neon robin, horse, mega kangaroo, neon flamingo, mega frog, mega crow, neon pink cat, mega cow, evil unicorn, neon frost dragon, neon giraffe, neon lion, mega albino reindeer, neon dalmatian dog, neon elephant, mega parrot, neon crocodile, mega frost fury, and even some special eggs like my Aussie Egg, Christmas egg, Safari egg, and Jungle egg. I don't know the username of the person who did this, but please help me retrieve my pets. They mean a lot to me, and I am truly upset about this situation. Thank you for your assistance. I am experiencing difficulties with my monthly subscription. I made a purchase last night for [redacted] Robux, but they did not arrive. The Google Play Store shows me as a subscriber, and when trying to repurchase on Roblox, I receive an error message stating I am already a subscriber. To confirm the issue, I bought 80 Robux, which arrived promptly. Although I made the payment, the badge indicating my subscription is not reflecting in the game server's online user list. I bought the subscription on January 14th at 10:04 pm Italian time on a mobile device. Despite previous payment rejections from the Google Play Store due to insufficient funds, the subscription appears paid there but not on Roblox. I received a 24-hour ban for uploading custom One Piece Jolly Roger decals I created using Photoshop. Initially, I uploaded an imperfect version that was moderated, prompting me to make improvements. I patiently waited through multiple review processes, making necessary adjustments each time. Even after significant changes, including transparency and resizing, the decals were still moderated. Upon successfully uploading one, it had low resolution, necessitating another version. Despite my efforts, my account is now moderated for uploading skull images. It seems like a case of excessive moderation, potentially due to automated systems. Despite appealing, the responses were dismissive. The reasons varied from being inappropriate to even labeled as "Illegal and Regulated Activities."
