My situation is complex. I began playing Roblox at a young age, and my mom created my account using her email. Fast forward 6-7 years, I received a Roblox gift card from my sister, only to discover the next day that my account had been accessed, and the Robux spent on someone else's t-shirt. Despite knowing changing my password could have prevented this, I contacted support using my personal email. Unfortunately, they locked my account, insisting on speaking to me only through my mom's email, which I no longer have access to as I no longer live with her and struggled with the recovery process. Now, about 2 years later, I'm deeply affected by the loss of my Roblox account, a significant part of my childhood. I was playing Pet Simulator on Roblox when I encountered a player who claimed that the player with the best pets would receive a rare pet if they added him to their friend list. His username was *kokidedd*. After a short wait, he disappeared with all my exclusive pets, leaving me with none. It seems like I have fallen victim to a scam. My daughter wanted to open her account on her Fire Tablet, but it said she had to uninstall the game to get the necessary update. So, she uninstalled the game only to find that she couldn't log back onto her account, even though she wrote down her account name and password correctly, as far as she knows. She got pretty upset when she couldn't log in again. I tried to help by reinstalling the app and entering her data, but it kept saying the password was wrong. She spent about 50€ from her pocket money on her account and did not verify an email address or cellphone number. Is there any way to recover the account?

I was playing Roblox when someone named Loofty#[redacted] hacked my account. Now I can't log back in. Roblox, can you delete my account "TheOneJay32"? The password was formerly "TheJay346" until it was hacked. I'm very upset as I had made a lot of progress on that account. Please, Roblox, do your best to delete it. I encountered a 2-step verification issue while trying to access my Roblox account, redrose421. The email linked to the account, [redacted], was deleted by AT&T two years ago, making it impossible to receive the verification code. I lack recovery codes for access as well. Despite contacting Roblox support, their responses are repetitive, instructing me to check the defunct [redacted] email for the code. Despite explaining the deletion of the email, their suggestions to contact the internet provider and use the email for further assistance have proven fruitless. The verification code remains undelivered, leaving me locked out of my account without phone number access. The account's email has been deleted, creating a deadlock for accessing the necessary code.
