I was banned recently for using inappropriate language in the chat. I saw someone else use a word I didn't know was prohibited, and I used it as well. I've been a dedicated ROBLOX player for over 4 years, buying ROBUX frequently. I apologize for my mistake and promise not to be toxic again.

Hello Roblox team, I am encountering a significant issue with the FPS level in my games. Occasionally, my game experiences a drastic drop in FPS, going from 60 FPS to [redacted] FPS, then plummeting to 10 or 3 FPS for around 10 to 20 seconds. This has been quite frustrating for me, especially because it only occurs when I play Roblox. I have tried various solutions like uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox to rule out any computer issues or potential viruses, but my efforts have been in vain. My antivirus software has not detected anything, and I have ensured that my Roblox is clean, yet the FPS problem persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Hello, I'm sorry to bother you. Yesterday at this time, something really catastrophic happened, my friend, Lea, username fleure_noire5, was banned due to a small dispute. She was banned until the 26th, and I will quote the sentence she said: "I swear you are annoying." I find it unacceptable that when she reports, they are never banned. I have another problem, it has been 2 years since Roblox said they would unblock my account. The account (playmile2009) has been banned for 2 years, and Roblox sent me an email saying they would unblock it at some point. It's been 2 years, which is a bit long. Either you unblock it for me (I had over €[redacted] on it), or I will file a complaint for lying for 2 years, especially just for a small argument over adoption. So, please unblock it, or I will file the complaint in 48 hours. Have a good day.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding my brother's account, "LolligerLollipop45", which has been hacked. Today, he attempted to log in but was unsuccessful. Consequently, he created a new account and checked the game's "last online" feature to determine when his account was last active. Surprisingly, it showed that he was online 2 hours ago, even though he had not played that day. It appears the hacker altered both his password and email address, making it impossible to access the account. Given the significant amount of money my brother invested in this account, I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am having an issue while playing Blox Fruit. Another user, @egveuhdyj (MonkeyDLuffy), asked me to remove a fruit from my store. After complying, my own fruit disappeared from the game without any disruptions. I am concerned about this player's actions and would like to retrieve my very rare shadow fruit. The shadow fruit is of mythical rarity and cost me 2,[redacted],[redacted] in-game currency to acquire. I am seeking guidance on potentially having @egveuhdyj banned either temporarily or permanently due to the severity of the situation. Thank you for looking into this matter.

My brother's account, "LolligerLollipop45," was hacked. I urgently require assistance! Today, when he attempted to log in, he was unable to access his account. Despite having an associated email, the login attempts were unsuccessful. Consequently, he resorted to creating a new account. After logging in, he checked the game's feature "Last online" to determine his recent activity. Surprisingly, it displayed "Last online: 2 hours" even though he hadn't played all day. Recovering the hacked account would mean a lot to him as he truly enjoys using it. Thank you in advance for your support! :)

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my Roblox account named 'PatrolCat123' since implementing the new 2-Step Verification. I have forgotten the email associated with my account. After contacting Roblox Support, I received a hint about the starting of my email address, allowing me to remember it. Unfortunately, I have also forgotten the password for this email address. Despite attempting the password recovery process, I have been unsuccessful. As a result, I cannot access my account. I have informed Roblox Support of my situation, although they explained they could not provide further assistance. My email is the only way to verify my ownership, but I cannot access it due to the forgotten password. I have invested robux into this account, which is not particularly popular. Hello! Three days ago, I purchased a 10€ Roblox Gift Card in-store. Upon arriving home, when I attempted to redeem it, an error message appeared stating "unexpected error, please try again later." I tried again after a few hours, but the issue persisted. The next day, I attempted once more, only to encounter the same error message. Even this morning, after multiple tries, the message remains. I loaded 10€ onto the Roblox Card and kindly request Roblox to provide me with the equivalent Robux that the 10€ gift card should have given me. Thank you.

I was playing Pet Sim X when I received a message on Discord from a user wanting to trade with me. They sent me a Roblox profile link, and when I tried to access it, I got logged out. Someone has changed my email from Gmail to Outlook and my password. I have all the original account information and evidence to prove my ownership. I am willing to involve my friends to provide additional proof if necessary. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game, and I'm very concerned about losing everything. I have been banned from my main Roblox account, and now I am unable to play on my PC. Whenever I try to access the game, I receive a [redacted] error message prompting me to try again, but it continues to happen. This occurred after another player falsely reported me for regular chat messages. Sadly, I was disconnected from the game and remain unable to access Roblox due to this well-known [redacted] error. I recently received two $25 gift cards as a Christmas present, which I was thrilled about. When I went to use them on Roblox, I mistakenly didn't combine the gift cards and ended up purchasing $25 worth of Robux twice. This happened around 20 minutes ago. I've since realized that spending $50 at once would have given me more Robux than buying $25 worth of Robux twice. Due to my oversight, I lost approximately [redacted] Robux. I purchased Bloxburg cash on eBay, unaware that it was obtained through exploiting or cheating. I was hoping it was legitimately earned. Upon trying to play Roblox, I discovered I was banned from Bloxburg. I had invested a significant amount of Robux in various game passes which now seem wasted. I would appreciate a refund of the Robux spent on the Bloxburg game passes. This situation is very disappointing as I had no knowledge of any wrongdoing. Thank you.
