I was enjoying Sweet-tooth Town and reached level 54. I used extra plays and special items to advance, but now the game has reset me back to that level. I lost all the items I bought. I beat level 54 and moved on to the next one, but now I am back at 54. Please help fix this issue. I would like to have the pogo gems for the extra plays and special items back at the very least.

In the interim, I have created a temporary account with a one-week trial, but I am eager to regain access to my original account. My Pogo account has not been functioning for the past three days. Despite trying to log in and resetting my password, I have been unsuccessful. I have been a loyal member of pogo.com for more than 20 years. When I contacted customer support, I was asked to verify recent crystal usage and game details, which I couldn't recall from a few days ago. Despite providing my screen name, email, password, address, phone number, and name, the representative insisted I prove ownership. I find it disheartening how I was denied access to my account after being a paying customer for over 20 years. The information I provided should have sufficed, making it frustrating to receive a flat denial of service.

I'm experiencing a lot of frustration while playing games on Pogo, particularly Scrabble and Canasta, due to my opponents' behavior. The majority of my opponents tend to quit or delay their turns when they are losing, which is incredibly frustrating. It has become a common occurrence that when I start to win or am ahead in a game, my opponent will stop playing altogether or leave the game. I believe Pogo should enforce penalties on members who continuously leave games prematurely, as it affects my points and rank each time. I have been a member since [redacted], although my profile states otherwise. Additionally, there is an issue of verbal abuse from some players when they are losing, leading me to block them. This behavior significantly diminishes the enjoyment of the game, as I am constantly anticipating my opponent's early exit. I hope that Pogo can implement changes regarding player conduct during games, distinguishing between legitimate disconnections and unsportsmanlike behavior. I am using the account SOPHYAS5000 to play the Sims 4 for years. Recently, I decided to try out Curse Forge based on recommendations. After downloading two small mods and subsequently removing them along with the Curse Forge app, I noticed that all my game saves were missing. Despite having [redacted] hours and 13 minutes of playtime, the game was treating me like a new player. I checked the documents folder and its subfolders as suggested by EA, but the saves were nowhere to be found. I even searched my entire computer, including the trash bin, without any luck. I am at a loss of what to do next as I can't find my previous game progress. I attempted to seek help through EA's live support on their website, but I had trouble accessing it. I have completed every weekly album since [redacted]. In the [redacted] album, I was unable to complete the Yahtzee challenge due to undergoing eye surgery. I received a date in December to try again, which I attempted, but it then instructed me to wait until January. Despite January passing, I have not been given the option to activate it. I currently have 20 completed Wednesday challenge badges, but I am missing one in the [redacted] album because it will not allow me to activate it. As a long-time Pogo player, one of the originals, this situation is quite frustrating.

On 5-7/8, Ann Runshang noticed multiple game purchases on her account around midnight, which she did not authorize. She usually buys games occasionally, but this time it was excessive. When questioning the charges, she did not receive a clear explanation for the sudden surge in purchases. She suspects there might have been a technical glitch that caused the repeated transactions. Her email is [redacted] and passw=arsoB0221. Ann believes she should be refunded for a significant portion of the charges, approximately $86 to $20.

I am seeking a refund. I reached out to EA Help on 04-07-23 regarding a $19.99 purchase for [redacted] gems I made. A $39.99 unauthorized charge showed up on my credit card on the 10th, which I did not make. The $19.99 purchase appears in my POGO account, but not the $39.99 one. Despite providing screenshots of my POGO account and card statement, I have received over 12 emails requesting the same information repeatedly. Each response comes from a different representative (11 different names so far). Progress seems stagnant, and I'm considering closing my account due to the ongoing frustration. I have been enjoying playing Pogo for a long time. Unfortunately, I am currently facing issues with two games this week.
Scrabble has been malfunctioning for almost a year. Even when it loads, it does not provide the correct number of tiles in the tray. It should always have seven tiles, except when they run out. Today, the game won't even load.
In Claire Hart: Secrets in the Shadows, all clues are labeled as "undefined," making the game unplayable.
I have already reported both of these ongoing issues to Pogo. Despite understanding that immediate fixes are not possible, I would like my Pogi credits for playing these games, or an alternative way to earn them.

I am a paying member of Pogo, but I am unable to access any games today on my MacBook. The website's usual homepage is not loading, and I keep getting prompted to "play free or join" by a robot despite being a member. When attempting to play for free without success, I face the same frustrating prompt. This issue is extremely disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal user for 15 years without any changes in my routine. If this problem persists, I may have to consider closing my account due to the inability to enjoy the games I pay for.

I recently updated my contact information and when I logged into my Pogo Account, my screen name had changed to @659mcihclp5q instead of Snoopy9342. In a panic, I reached out for help on GetHuman and was directed to someone requesting $39 for assistance. After following their instructions, I ended up creating a new account and losing all my badges and gem balance accumulated over 20 years. I later found out about a Pogo update that removed screen names, which explains the change. I am hoping Pogo can help me recover my original account with all its data intact. I signed up while playing free games online, and even purchased the $[redacted] jewels package. When I tried to log in later using my email and password, I couldn't access the site. I reset my password multiple times as advised, but still couldn't play. I've followed all instructions, but nothing has worked - I keep getting prompted to change my password. I have been a Club Pogo member for about 20 years, and recently renewed my annual fee. I enjoy playing Mahjung Sanctuary daily, but I am currently stuck at level [redacted] for several weeks now. Last week, while playing numerous games on Pogo, I encountered an issue regarding tournament participation and game completion that left me puzzled. It wasn't until Thursday, [redacted]-05-06, that I noticed the note stating: "You currently have an Event Challenge active and you will need to complete your Current Active one before you start a new one."
Having been a loyal paid player for over 20 years, I never received such specific instructions prior to the change in ownership, which has left me feeling frustrated. My Pogo account was set to auto-renew for over a decade, always granting me [redacted] gems or more upon renewal. Due to recent bank account hacks, I missed the renewal date. After updating my payment information and renewing my membership, I only received 25 gems instead of the usual [redacted]. This is disappointing as I have a large number of employees who also benefit from Pogo, Caesars Palace, and Slingo memberships. I have contacted you multiple times, and the situation is frustrating. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. On June 13, [redacted], a payment of $16.38 was deducted from my bank account. However, on the same day, I encountered issues accessing Pogo games. I have reached out, but no action has been taken. After resetting my password, I managed to log in and discovered I could only access free games despite the payment. I am unsure why the $16.38 was taken without providing access to the games. I have been experiencing a frustrating issue with Poppit bingo for over a year, leading me to let my membership expire. I have been trying to get assistance, but have not received any help yet. I created a second account because I couldn't sign in to my existing one, but the system keeps saying my information is incorrect, despite me entering it correctly.
