Hello! I'm facing an issue with my long-standing Origin account. It was linked to a computer that recently crashed, and now I can't access it on my new computer. I remember my login and password, but my associated email and phone number are outdated, and I can't recover the verification code. I've invested a lot in The Sims 4 packs but might have to start fresh due to this. I attempted to recover my old email's password but found out it was deleted. The old phone numbers are also out of service. What steps should I take to regain access to my old account and games? Any help is appreciated.

I was prompted to change my Pogo password due to security concerns. Despite multiple attempts, I keep receiving alerts that the passwords I create are not secure enough. I am unable to access my account since renewing it in March [redacted]. I am frustrated and contemplating canceling my 20-year membership. I need assistance in getting back into my account to enjoy the games I love.

I would like to continue enjoying playing games on Pogo.com, however, I have recently moved and no longer have access to my previous IP address. I am looking to update my email address for signing in. I am concerned about losing my current gem balance and play statistics during this process. Every time I attempt to change my login email, the system prompts me to use the old address to send a verification code, but I cannot access it as I no longer have that ISP account. I have not received satisfactory assistance from EA online on resolving this issue. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for Pogo a long time ago. I recently rejoined but found it harder to navigate now. Due to being diagnosed with Parkinson's, I struggle with using the site. My account has been compromised. It was linked to [redacted] My user ID is Tanner Man Joe. The last four digits of my payment card are [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reset or recover my account. The unauthorized email linked to my account is [redacted], but no account exists under that email. My bank confirms a $39.99 charge on August 14, [redacted], to EA Sports. Please close the only account associated with my bank card ending in [redacted].

I am having trouble logging into my Club Pogo account. Despite resetting my password multiple times, I keep getting an error message saying my credentials are incorrect or have expired. My subscription is valid until mid-December [redacted], and the only change I made recently was removing my credit card information. I'm having difficulty accessing my Pogo account. The email associated with my account is incorrect since I no longer have access to it, causing me to be locked out. I need to update my email address without losing any data stored in my account. I'm struggling to access my Pogo account due to an issue with my email. It was hacked last month, and I tried to update it on Pogo, but I couldn't. Now I'm only able to sign in with my old email, but today, when I signed out, it required my new email to sign back in. I can't retrieve the new 6-digit code sent to my old email. My 78-year-old mom needs to update her email linked to her Pogo account. The old email [redacted] is no longer active, and we are unable to receive the verification code sent to that email. Pogo requires us to log in to change the email, but this is impossible without receiving the verification code. Support is requesting payment before allowing us to update the email address so she can access her games. Her new email is [redacted] We are concerned she won't be able to play even though you will charge her annually in September. Please assist us in resolving this issue.

I need help with my Pogo account. It was created with an email that is no longer valid. I attempted to update it, but the system is trying to send a verification code to the old email, which I can't access to make changes. I also tried adding my phone number, but it's experiencing the same issue by sending the code to the non-existent email. I have been a member since [redacted] and encountered very few issues. On Tuesday, when I returned from dinner, I had to sign in to Pogo again. I received a message requesting a verification code after 23 years of membership. No verification code has been sent to my email address, which has remained the same for the past 20 years. My membership is up for renewal in about two weeks, and I do not want to pay for a year of service if I cannot access it. As a Canadian resident, my fees are higher than those in the USA. My email is functional as I have been using it all morning, but Pogo seems unable to verify me on my laptop, where I always play. My account got closed due to inactivity. The email linked to the account was deleted as it was connected to a school that closed unexpectedly. I have made several purchases and have important game data saved. I need to retrieve access to my purchased content and saved files. The email associated with the account was [redacted], which no longer exists due to the school closure. I believe I had set up a recovery email, but support chat is unable to verify this. I can provide purchase details, user data, and other information, but I am unable to access the email. There must be an alternative solution to retrieve my data.

I am having trouble logging into my account. After entering my username and password, the site says it is sending a code to my email, but the code never arrives. I have checked all folders, including Inbox, Trash, and Spam, but I can't find the email anywhere. I have interacted with multiple customer representatives without success in recovering my account, causing me significant stress at the age of 73. I have been a loyal member of Pogo for nearly 20 years based in Idaho. Unfortunately, in the last six months, I have faced multiple suspensions and now a ban due to incidents in the Canasta jazz room. I was provoked by other players who not only verbally attacked me but also shared my personal information, including my name, address, phone number, and details of my business involving children, in the public lobby. I retaliated by standing up for myself, which led to my ban. I am dismayed by the lack of action taken against the offenders, particularly Bobby Blue 3, Bobby Blue 33, and devil mama 13, who have been disruptive, shared personal information, and even made threats. I feel the response from Pogo has been unfair and biased. I demand to be reinstated or refunded as this situation poses a threat to both me and the children I work with. The safety of all subscribers should be a priority, and I urge Pogo to thoroughly investigate these issues and take appropriate action to protect its members.
