Even though this popular site has a lot to offer, there may be reasons that you wish to delete your Pogo account. There is not a delete button because no one wants to accidentally delete their account and all their accumulated playing time. However, if you really want to delete your Pogo account it can be accomplished. Steps to Take to Delete a Club Pogo Account

If you have a Club Pogo account that you wish to delete there are certain steps you need to take to do this. If, during this process, you have any questions, just reach out to Pogo.

1. Go to pogo.com.
2. Log into your Club Pogo account.
3. Make sure you keep your password handy throughout this entire process because you might be prompted to enter it for security purposes.
4. You will see your avatar in the right corner.
5. Click on your avatar.
6. Next you will see My Account.
7. Click on My Account.
8. Click on Billing and Subscriptions which is located on the left.
9. From there you need to select Cancel Subscription.
10. At this point, you will be asked to complete and submit an optional survey. You can always just choose Cancel Subscription.

Steps to Take to Delete a Free Pogo Account

You need to reach out to customer support in order to delete a free account. You will follow these steps to reach someone via email in order to let them know you want to delete your Pogo account. If at any point during this process you need assistance, contact Pogo.

1. Log into Pogo's help area.
2. You will see where you to enter your Pogo username and password.
3. At this point you will see "What Can We Help You With?" which is where you type in Pogo.
4. Click where you read Find Solutions
5. Choose Accounts Management from the drop-down list at this point.
6. Now click Find Solutions
7. You will need to scroll down a little until you see I Still Need Help on the lower right side.
8. This is where you will see a window open when you click on I Still Need Help.
Scroll down just a little further until you see the Email button with a form displayed for you to use to send in your support question.
